  1. Cybernaut (Bally1985) Physics Sound Hybrid MOD

Thank you to mistermixer, Schlabber34, and RajoJoey for this incredible table and for allowing us to modify it!

Cybernaut is a 1985 Bally pinball machine designed by Steve Ritchie, featuring a futuristic computer and robotics theme inspired by the emerging digital age. Fast shots, standup targets, drop targets, and electronic sound effects combine to create a game that reflects the excitement and mystery surrounding computers in the mid-1980s.

    People involved with this version:
-I added nFozzy and Fleep physics and sounds, and converted the table into a hybrid version that supports desktop, cabinet, and VR
-@studly_do_right made minor tweaks to a few lights and resolved missing sounds

    Credits from previous versions:
    @RajoJoey for implementing VR support
    @mistermixer for creating the table
    @Schlabber34 for the 3D work
@Sixtoe for the VR room and cabinet templates
@Rawd for the analog clock from his toyroom (this was originally taken from Rascal VP9 clock table)

    Info
There are two rooms: the minimal room and a sphere.
You can easily switch rooms by pressing the magna save-buttons.

There are 16 LUT-files in the table. So you can change the lighting.
Hold the left magna save-button and click the right magna save-button to change the LUT-file.

Desktop users can see the VR room if they change the value of vrtest from 0 to 1 in the script  (line 193)

  2. Camelot from Bally (1970)

    CAMELOT by Bally.

**As usual you have my permission (and encouragement) to re-use or improve this table and the B2S**

This machine will actually award 1 point!  Most have a minimum score of 10.  There is also a 2-player version of this machine with freakier colors called GALAHAD.

    It features:
rollover buttons (up top) to lite the A bumpers or B bumpers (they score more points when lit)
rollover buttons to raise and lower the center "PlayMore" post
rollover buttons to lower and raise the "gate" post back into the shooter lane
The hit targets advance the saucer bonus on the left (when lit)
The "50 or 500" bonus on the right saucer rotates every time you hit a 1 point object (rubbers, unlit bumpers and rollovers).
An extra ball ("shoot again") can be earned by hitting the left lane when it is lit.

  3. Cyclone (Williams 1988)

    Hurry hurry, step right up!

At the end of 2023 I got a request from ClarkKent.
He made the effort to update Sliderpoint's version of Cyclone with a brand new PF scan and reposition everything needed to make it fit.
Clark also added new plastics with highres scans.
He asked me to give it the nFozzy-Roth-Fleep package so that is exactly what I gave it.
For the very first time I have implemented the improved Fleep 2.0 sound package wich I took from Bad Cats.
It is a mix of old and new sounds on purpose, because many of the old sounds were actually recorded on Clark's old Cyclone machine years ago.
I also made a request to our latest soldier DarthVito to help me get this baby into VR.
We took assets from Senseless' VR version wich is no longer available for download but I still have the files saved on my external hard drive and cloud storage.
So what started as a simple mod turned out to be my first major overhaul.
Within a short time we got ourselves an absolute A-Team assembled from members of the VPW team to get this baby in the shape she is today!

This table requires VP 10.8 and VPinMame 3.6.

    Update v.2.4:
This is a big visual update and also has physics updates on the target mass and Slingshot Corrections.
Also an updated code on the Fleep sound package.
I baked the playfield shadows, sidewalls and custom blades, backpanel, all plastics and all ramps.
In the end a very satisfying result and once again I raised the bar and I am a big step closer to forfilling my ambition to do a full VLM project in the future!

    Update v.2.3:
I included an extra option for people suffering from issues with anaglyph 3d and headtracking.
A lot of options deal with reflections, like a new option to have the backglass reflect on the playfield wich will work in all formats.
When I have PWM plus refractions plus reflections enabled on the table people in VR will see black holes/blobs inside the lights.
So I added an extra ini file for VR to deal with all of this straight out of the box.
Just add it in and you are good to go!
These options will help taking those away but feel free to try them out when you like. I just disabled them inside that ini file for VR.
    Support for the Legends Cabinets.
You can use the option to enable the Legends Cabinet setting to use the bigger sideblade option and a second ini file has been added to make it fit.
This ini file is only needed if you want to use this option.
I do ask in return to not see this being patched even when I release it as free to mod.
Feel free to reach out to me instead if you want extra art added (real art only available on a real table).
If somebody would ignore this I would be crushed...

    Update v.2.2:
With the official releases of VP 10.8 and VPinMame 3.6 I decided to give this one more update.
With updated Rubber Dampeners the latest nFozzy codes have been implemented.
I replaced the old VPW Options UI with the new Tweak Menu and added many more LUT options then ever before.
I only recommend using this option when really needed, because we found out it does have a performance impact.
I added a custom sideblade as option.
The VPW Ambient Ball Shadow was added to replace the old VPW Dynamic Ball Shadow.
LoadedWeapon provided a second sideblades primitive and a POV to match.
I also resized the flippers matching settings provided by Apophis, and reworked the flipper triggers.

  4. Circus (Zaccaria 1977)_Teisen_MOD

First I would like to thank Loserman76 for the beautiful work... wherever he is playing pinball!

small changes were made only aesthetically

small improvements in the playfield, plastics, lighting, flippers position...  I want to make it clear that the descriptions for the tables I'm sharing are "standard" for all, changes are made when there is a need for some adjustment.

version used, follow the link to the original table    https://www.vpforums...&showfile=13248

    Adjustments made:
    - lighting and playfield lights
    - adjust targets position and color
    - new POV
    - plastic contrast
    - color adjustment and small touches (unfortunately we don't have good image quality from PF)
    - adjust PF buttons color and animation
    - new hole
    - changing the upper arch to wire
    - base bumpers color correction
    - correction of spinners (correct animation)
    - new yellow plastic guides
    - red poles
    - adjust erasers color
    - adjustment of the slingshots right left next to the flippers

    Description of Loserman76:
    VPX conversion
    Artwork done by GNance
others to thank: JPSalas, Pinuck, hauntfreaks, Borgdog, Arngrim
in addition to the "standard" keys (typically "1" to start game and "5" for coin), I've added "3" as another coin input and "4" for coin and auto-start game (like I recall the dime slots generally were) to simulate 3 coin slots
when game is not in progress, holding down left flipper for about 3-5 seconds will bring up the options menu. left flipper selects item, right flipper changes option.
I've also included shadows for the ball and flippers. If you want to turn them off look for these lines at the beginning of the script:
    Const ShadowFlippersOn = true
    Const ShadowBallOn = true
change to false if you want either of the shadows not showing on your tables

  5. Class of 1812 (Gottlieb 1991) w VR Room

Early in 2021, I received permission from Bigus to update this table and add the VR conversions... originally done by Tom Tower and Ninuzzu.  The VR conversion included backglass, flashers, lighting, GI, and other table issue fixes (high score initials, trough multiball and tilt issue, and others).  I used the Blacksad dark image from his backglass, as it looks amazing.  All the interactivity was done in the script.  Sixtoe did a lot of lighting updates as well, including bloom lighting, overlay, etc.

Version 2.0 includes a hybrid mode for desktop, cab, and VR.  Plus all the latest updates that the VPW team has been doing lately.  It includes Fleep sounds, nFozzy / Roth physics and flippers, and general table physics updates.  It also has Rothbauerw drop targets, VPW Dynamics Shadows by Iakki, Apophis, and Wylte, Flupper Domes, and LUT options.  Bord also added a playfield mesh so the ball goes into the center saucer more realistically.  I also added a recent update by fluffhead35 for ballrolling and ramproll amplication sounds.  Hauntfreaks provided a couple lighter ball images as well.

I also added more VR options to include a wall clock, and additional animation.

There are plenty of options in the script including LUT lighting changes, ball brightness, VR, cab, and desktop modes, dynamic shadows, rolling amplification, and other sound and shadow options.  Also for VR users, you can change to different room environments.

If you get 3 credits each time you add a coin, I put instructions in the script on how to modify your ROM to only add one coin.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy!  And thanks again to all involved!

  6. Conan the Barbarian - FIRE AND STEEL EDITION (source - Conan, Rowamet 1983 SoundMOD v2.1 by Xenonph, mod by Arminio)

"... Let me tell you of the days of high adventure!"
CONAN THE BARBARIAN - FIRE AND STEEL EDITION - mod - with "Forge mode", extra scoring, some new graphics, lighting, sounds, new LUT (Steel mood), 4 different aprons, 9 flipper looks etc. ...

This table is a modified version of "Conan (Rowamet 1983) VPX Sound+Reg MOD" VPX table v2.1, made by Xenonph.
Mod made with permission from Xenonph.
Original table can be downloaded here: https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/4880-conan-rowamet-1983-vpx-soundreg-mod/
With this mod you can use any backglass made for Conan table and mods, but you can also try my "FIRE AND STEEL" b2s - I think it fits nice + you get some extra light animation supported by code in this mod. Get it here:

    SPECIAL THANKS AND CREDITS:
    ***************************
To JPSalas (author of Rolling Stones table, source for Conan), Batch (author of Conan mod, source for Xenonph version), Xenonph (who made version I modded ) To Supergibson for tips and solutions to some graphics problems To Curse for tips and ideas for improvement and for extensive testing! Additional music and sound effect are from pixabay.com (by various artists). Detail credits are in script. Some additional graphics taken from various internet sources but don't know original authors - so, thank you whoever you are!
    RECOMMENDATIONS:
    ******************
    I strongly recommend:
To turn OFF all ROM sounds to enjoy full glory of the score and sounds + ROM plays parts of Rolling Stones songs which really does not fit here... Use F1 menu to turn OFF all ROM sounds, or  add    .Games(cGameName).Settings.Value("sound") = 0    between line 258 and 259 in script - NOTE: this line in script might not work as expected on older 10.8 releases, but feel free to try. I'll add this line of code as an option in some future updates for all of you who have VPX versions that supports it. Thanks to Taito for noticing this! Set DIP switches (F6 options) as it is recommended in PDF file. Settings I like I added in ZIP (Recomended_DIP_switches-F6_menu.png) so feel free to try them or use them as a starting point... If you play this mod in cabinet mode, please set "View layout mode" (F12 menu) to "Window" and set POV settings. Otherwise you may have problems with positions of some graphic elements and reflections etc... So, for those of you who already don't have all that set, I added my INI with my POV settings in ZIP - it is far from perfect but works OK on my setup, and maybe can be helpful as a starting point for your setup.
    ZIP CONTENT:
    ************
VPX (of course ) INI file with my POV settings (as said above, maybe it won't work for you but you can maybe use it as a base for your setup) New music files (details below) Instruction card PDF with some detail instructions and recommended F6 DIP switch settings (based on original Bally's 1979 Rolling Stones manual and adapted for Conan and this mod) Screenshot of my favorite settings for DIP switch options (F6 menu)
    ABOUT MOD:
    ***********
    Conan! The Barbarian! Oh man!
When I watched that 1982 classic in cinema, back in the 80's, it was a huge hit in my country and, as a 15 year old kid, I was mesmerized! Apart from the fact that movie was different from comic books and novels I read before I watched it, entire movie tone, incredible soundtrack (but not even a candidate for an Oscar - can you believe that?!?), and big bodybuilder with impossible-to-pronounce surname in a leading role was stuck in my mind forever.
Never had a chance to play real pinball with Conan theme, except virtual recreation of Rowamet's 1983 pinball machine. And I must say it was fun! And version I like the most is the one I used for this mod - Xenonph sound mod with amazing music score and sounds.
Now, original VPX and all mods are excellent "remake" of the real thing (according to images on IPDB and some low quality youtube videos of the real machine). But the Rowamet design does not give much credit to the movie - so I decided to change some things... Still, I wanted to keep red tone and feel because it is perfectly fine and I did not want to change it much (I toned it a bit darker). But I tried to get it more "Conan-like" and more like a real machine, more "connected" to the 1982 movie, but also added a bit of a Conan comic book style (apron, b2s...). And with a new "Steel" LUT (actually, mix of LUT and graphic changes), you still can get a very different color tone and feel.
Basic changes are in main table graphics - Rowamet put an official movie poster there, while I wanted to go with alternate posters with some modifications (I know Thulsa Doom snake head is not from the movie, but cut me some slack because this fits better here  ). You can choose between several different aprons (from mentioned comic book style to a bit modified original look), flippers and rubber looks (from classic white/red combination to "After the battle" scratched steel, black, gold, messy rubber etc... - you can set top and rubber separately), already mentioned "Steel" LUT, some new sounds and mechanical effects, new score (same tracks, but in  "full glory"), complete desktop mode redesign, lot of customization of various sound volumes etc. etc. etc. ...

And this mod also have a new game "mode" and additional scoring:
"FORGE MODE" - is activated by hitting target behind the sword (pointed with the sword) in the moment when sword is lit (while blinking, hit it exactly in the moment when it is lit - that requires a bit of luck and/or good timing). If ball drains during "Forge mode", it will be returned back in game. Mode lasts 10/20 seconds (configurable in script) or until ball drains (which comes first). Forge mode settings (duration, behavior, on/off...) can be set via options in script (check "OPTIONS TO USE" in script). Additional scoring: when you hit target pointed by the sword in exact moment when sword is lit (no matter if "FORGE MODE" is on/off/active), you get some extra points (300 or 3000 - depends on DIP switch settings - check F6 options and instructional PDF).
    MUSIC INFO AND TIPS:
    *******************
Just place CONAN folder in your Music folder. And if you already have CONAN folder with OGG files from Xenonph original table, don't worry - new files have different names and won't overwrite originals so you can have both and even use old ones if you prefer them more (by setting option "NewMusicSoundtrack" to False in script - check script for details).
If music is too loud (and new tracks tend to be a bit louder because of full and "punchy" audio), you can always reduce music volume in F12 menu.

    CHANGES:
    *********
There are lot of changes, so here is a list of most important ones (details also in script):
New music track files (external OGG files) - the same music as in Xenonph version (amazing selection!), but with more bass and punch (I used all the same music pieces again from various soundtrack sources, in full sound quality). Also, you can play using original music files from source table if you have it and prefer them more  - see script option "NewMusicSoundtrack" in "OPTIONS TO USE" section... Additional intro speech added: Conan's prayer to Crom from "Battle against Doom Warriors" scene (chosen randomly between original intro and this one when game starts) Added some new sounds and mechanical effects/changed existing ones (various targets hits, extra ball kicker horse gallop, plunger ball kicks, bumper hits, target drops, sensors... etc.) Various sound and volume settings available from script... See options in section "OPTIONS TO USE" in script Changed a way how sound is played in some cases (no more music restarts if ball is re-launched, "cleaner" mixing of sounds with mechanical sound effects on hits + playback with a little delay to hear mechanical sounds better etc...) New main table graphics + various color and graphics changes on bumpers, pegs, caps, plastics, metal parts, screws... Some metallic parts are now colidable with ball, changed environment lighting etc. - all this to fit my vision and to get a bit different, and possibly more realistic look and feel (I hope it works)... + Better visibility of some parts/larger numbers etc. (for us with old eyes and/or 3D TVs ) + new lighting effects (flashers and most of classic lights replaced with halo lights etc.), some light spills fixed... All references to Rolling Stones replaced with references to Conan - on table (D-O-O-M instead 1-2-3-4 targets, THULSA instead small indicator for 5x bonus above D-O-O-M, CROM target etc...), F6 DIP switches menu, F12 menu instructions, instruction card on apron... Small changes of physic on flippers and table to get a bit more feel of ball weight (not much of a difference from source table, but still a little bit different ) + small changes of physics on plunger for easier ball launch... 4 different aprons - modded original + comic book style + fire (2 variations) - can be set via F12 menu 5+4 flipper looks - you can set 5 top and 4 rubber styles/colors separately - also set via F12 menu 14 LUTs - 13 original levels of brightness (from source table) + "Steel" mood (new LUT with some graphic "tweaks" which changes color tones to silvery-white). Also use F12 menu to set, instead magna save keys Ball and flippers shadows added Added a pin on a center drain between flippers to reduce accidental drains because ball can drops there too easily. Now ball can bounce back... Keys usage fixed - instead numbers, logical names of keys are used (compatible with VPX 10.8) New game feature added: FORGE MODE - as explained above... Additional scoring added - also as explained above... Complete desktop mode redesign - from background to LED placements + lockdown bar added + all text replaced with images (no embedded font that can cause problems on newer versions of Windows) etc... + Option to turn off all background info and logo for those of you who uses b2s in desktop mode (see "BackGlassOnDesktop" option in script) When TILT: music stops, new scream added. New b2s backglass created to use with this mod (additional light animations on b2s). ASCII art added to script...
    Etc., etc., etc. ...

  7. Chuck A Luck Game Plan 1978

This is Chuck A Luck made by Game Plan in 1978. This is the same table as Real. Game Plan rebranded Real as Chuck A Luck because Real didn't meet expectations. The only changes are the Chuck A Luck flag, and the pack of cigarettes.

This is open for all improvements/mods with no restrictions. I used 10.8.0 to make this.

The original table was made by JP, and I modded it to Chuck A Luck.

  10. Camel Lights Game Plan 1978

This is Camel Lights made by Game Plan in 1978. This is the same table as Real. Game Plan rebranded this layout as a few different tables because sales didn't meet expectations.

This is open for all improvements/mods with no restrictions. I used 10.8.0 to make this.

The original table was made by JP, and I modded it to Camel Lights.

Thanks to Flying Dutchman for the graphics, and JP for the base table.

I included a b2s and a wheel. The b2s is not setup out of the box, so you'll have to enable it in the script.

Grand fan de Captain flam, j'ai voulu redonner un coup de boost à cette table culte de 2024. Certes, elle a quelques années au compteur, mais son plaisir de jeu sous VPX reste intact.

  12. Circa 1933 Allied Leisure 1979

Circa 1933 was a cocktail table made by Fascination/Allied Leisure in 1979.This is a vp8-vpx 10.8 conversion.Complete all 4 targets for double and triple bonus. It's not as easy as it looks because certain lanes pop up targets you may have already dropped (like other Game Plan tables). The layout is the same as Take Five and Roy Clark The Entertainer.

Credit for Destruk for making the vp8 version in 2008.Thanks to JP for answering some questions. This table looks pretty good, but anyone is welcome to rebuild/redraw this.

  13. Carnival Games (Original 2025)

Important note: as we have had a few problem reports related to this. The table requires that you have the b2s in the table folder regardless of you screen config or else you will get controller errors.

V1.2 released. See changelog below. A ton of changes thanks to @MachWon and the Super Tilted team.

Note: As we are releasing this over the holidays, there may be some delays in responding to comments or questions as many of us are celebrating with family. Merry Christmas to all and I hope you enjoy this table as our gift to you!

Back in July 2024, JoePicasso presented us with an original but unthemed layout. This project started as our second project immediately after the release of Bourne Identity. The original layout was created by JoePicasso and further refined by Supergibson. Concept by TiltedIllusions and Supergibson. Coding by Supergibson, Bluenmaize and MerlinRTP. Final push driven by Bluenmaize. Artwork and 3D models by Lipebello. A year and a half later, @SuperTilted present to you a completely original table for your enjoyment based on many of the classic carnival games you would find at the fair or midway:

Ride the ramps to compete against the computer in the horse races. Hit the bumpers to spray the clowns with waterguns. Shoot the orbits to score in skeeball. Knock down the pesky moles in Whack-a-mole, Knock out the clown teeth to enable ball lock and multiball. Hit the skillshot in a test of strength. Deceivingly simple but surprisingly difficult to master.

For credits, I could go on and on with an exhaustive list of everyone who had a hand in making this happen. From feedback to fixes and everything in between. Thanks to everyone from team Super Tilted. Based on our chat channel, the following characters were involved but let me know if I missed anyone!

    @Supergibson, @lipebello, @TiltedIllusions, @JoePicasso, @Bluenmaize, @cl4ve, @masonm, @merlinrtp, @burger, @Tombg, @UnclePaulie, @funkatron101, @LoadedWeapon, @Muhahaha, @X13_Pinner(rest in peace my friend), @Dr.Nobody, @gman, @hauntfreaks, @MachWon

Thank you so much to everyone who helped along the way. If we missed anyone, be sure that we are thankful for everyone who participated. It takes a village for sure. The VPin community is an amazing place full of people willing to give their time to support this wonderful hobby.

This table contains code and features that have been developed over the years by many great contributors. Thank you to everyone who may have had a part in developing any the base code used to make this table run.

We have play tested this significantly but please report any issues you encounter. This table was built and tested on multiple versions of 10.8. The table might run on older versions but you may experience problems with some of the textures and other unknown issues. We will work to resolve any problems in future updates and fixes. There have been a few reports of issues when completing the whack-a-mole mode but they are not easily repeatable. Please let us know if you experience any problems in the comments (not in the reviews!).

B2S Reel Sounds: If you are experiencing very loud reel sounds from the B2S, which seems to be mainly with SSF users, it's an issue with B2SServer's built-in reel sounds. Jarr created a CMD script to fix it (I cannot vouch for this) but it essentially mutes the reel sounds. https://www.vpforums.org/index.php?showtopic=51515&page=2#entry524614

  14. Count-Down (Gottlieb 1979)

This table is reminder to a simpler time when all you needed was a bunch of drop targets and few colored lights to keep you entertained for hours. No complex rules, no intricate ramps, no wireforms, no multiball, no loops, no fancy bash toys, heck there aren't even any spinners, just pure simple pinball fun. Complete drop target banks and blast off!

  15. C.O.D. Williams 1953

This is Pbecker1946's table from Rogue Pinball, converted from vp9 to VPX. I used 10.8.0 to convert it. As always, Phil made the desktop table, and I converted it to 2 screen. Phil gets credit for making the table, scripting and artwork, and I only did the conversion. Included are the table, backglass, flyer, and Phil's commentary when he made the table. Phil's tables are always free to improve or upgrade. I know he bought the schematics to do these tables, so the logic should be spot on. The physics may be off, you're free to adjust it any way you like. Thanks to Polsonator for helping me with a couple issues. Use the A key (keycode 30) OR RIGHT MAGNASAVE to load the ball in the plungerlane.

The flippers are working correctly. Either flipper key operates BOTH flippers, and the flippers are still active at game over. Note: This game does not have a game over light. The white autoflipper works on it's own when the kickerhole is hit.

I made this for a 2 screen setup, you'll have to reconfigure it for desktop users.

  16. Courage the Cowardly Dog Pinball

Step inside the farmhouse and join Courage on his quest to protect Muriel from the strange and terrifying creatures of Nowhere.

This is a fan-made Visual Pinball table based on Courage the Cowardly Dog. It is a tribute project created purely for entertainment and has no affiliation with Cartoon Network or the original creators of the series.
Although this release is in a playable state, the project remains a work in progress. There is still much to fix,  improve and expand. However, since I’ll be busy with a new job, I wanted to share the current version with the community.

    Main Objective
Defeat villains across multiple “episodes” to rescue Muriel.

    Acknowledgments
JPSalas – for allowing me to use his spinner disk script.
Remdwaas1986 – for the pinball table template that served as the base structure.
VPinWorkshop Team – for their informative YouTube tutorials.
Dethales0756 – for drawing the playfield artwork.

    Table Features
        -Episodes
Hit the TV remote target 3 times to start an episode
        -Living Room
The chairs and rug can spin to score points, trigger commercials, or activate events.
        -Attic Ramp
Contains the Computer, which offers advice after three successful passes.
Rewards may include extra balls, coins, or other bonuses.
        -Basement target
Hitting the rectangle target three times opens the basement entrance.
Once open, 3 successful runs triggers multiball mode.
        -GET OUT
Lighting these letters activates the car insert, allowing you to hit the truck for bonus points.
        -Bravery Meter System
Each side includes a spinner object that contributes to the Bravery Meter (representing Courage’s emotional state: Scared → Panicked → Brave).
When full, gates near the flippers are closed for safety.
    When depleted:
Gates open, making drains more likely.
Flippers are reverse for 10 seconds.
The kitchen table scoop opens briefly, allowing a chance to rebuild Courage’s bravery by defeating his shadow (press the lockdown bar or fire button).
        -Family Picture Frame Targets (Kitchen)
Hitting both activates ball save poles under the Flippers.
Hold the flipper button to use the save.
        -Current Villains
    Katz
    Fred
    Storm Goddess
    Harvest Ghost
    King of Flan
        -PupPack
    CTCD

Note: This table is a fan project created for enjoyment and appreciation of the original series. There will be bugs, you're warned!

  17. Circus (Bally 1973)_Teisen_MOD

First I would like to thank Loserman76 for the beautiful work... wherever he is playing pinball!

small changes were made only aesthetically, to my liking...

small improvements in the playfield, plastics, lighting, flippers position...

version used was 1.0, follow the link to the original table  https://vpuniverse.c...cus-bally-1973/

Excellent work by Hauntfreaks with this B2S that goes very well with this table! Thanks Haunt.

This release wouldn't be possible without the following:
user42 who did the artwork/redraws and provided the backglass image

Like all of my releases, hold down the left flipper for 3 seconds when not playing a game to set the options.

ZIP includes a wheel image and directB2S

This is for personal use only. DO NOT include this in any pre-packaged ZIP of tables for commercial/non-commercial products. You know who you are. Just enjoy what is provided for FREE instead of trying to earn a buck from our community's work.

  21. Cosmic Gunfight (Williams 1982)

COSMIC GUNFIGHT is classic early-80s Williams: straightforward rules, fast shots, and a layout that emphasizes shot accuracy over deep modes. Beneath the space-western theme, it’s a very traditional shooter from this era.

This release builds on the original scratch build by 32assassin (2016) and the full rebuild by Goldchicco (2021). For my own rebuild, I refreshed many of the visuals—including a new playfield and plastics redrawn by hand for sharper detail and better color accuracy—to match the modern VLM lighting and new material standards. Gameplay-wise, the right orbit is the primary shot on the table. It feeds reliably and sets up most of the available flow. The center drop targets, standups, and saucers make up the bulk of the scoring features, and like many early solid-state games, missed shots tend to send the ball into dangerous territory quickly.

A new Instruction Mode has also been added, accessible through the Player Options menu. This provides basic rule and objective information directly in-game, making it easier for new players to understand the table without referencing external sources.

Fun fact: the original marketing leaned hard into how economical this game was—“Cosmic Gunfight has everything you want in a pinball. And less!”

    Features include:
Updated playfield and plastics redraw Nfozzy physics Fleep mechanical sounds VLM / VPW toolkit enhancements VR Room Desktop & Cabinet modes In-game Instruction Mode via Player Options
Cosmic Gunfight remains a simple but quick and demanding table—easy to pick up, tough to consistently control, and very representative of its era.
PSA: If you are getting sticky flippers, its most likely your B2S. You may need to update VPinMame

  23. Centaur (Bally 1981)

    Bad Move Human!

Centaur (Bally 1981) has quickly become my favorite pinball machine after doing this development.  Its fun, challenging, and the multiballs are awesome!  Thanks to Bord, @redbone, and Hauntfreaks for graphics assistance.  Bord provided a real scanned playfield, and Redbone updated it for scaling, inserts, and other touchups.  Redbone also created images for the plastics, apron, bumpers, and targets.  The VR backglass images are from Hauntfreaks.

Version 2.0 is a complete build from scratch utilizing full VPW standards, physics, baked GI VLM, 3D inserts, AllLamps routines, shadows, updated backglass for desktop, roth drop and standup targets, standalone compatibility, sling corrections, optional DIP adjustments, updated flipper physics, VR and fully hybrid, Flupper style bumpers and lighting. Lot of hours were spent studying gameplay videos to match the table skill shots and physics action.

I've implemented a full two trough system in this table to recreate what the actual table has and does for the orbs multiballs.  A lot of work and timing went into getting that just right.  Many primitives were redone in blender to get as accurate as I could. Some were reused and/or updated from Bord's prior table.

And as usual, there are plenty of options in the F12 menu, including ball choices, flipper colors, targets, screw caps, pulsing Queen's Chamber, and brightness of bumpers when off and when lit.  There are also multiple VR room environments and other VR options all done via the F12 menu, including LED undercab lighting, toppers, and more.  You can also change the ROM sound volume in the F12 menu.  (Note if you want to change the ROM volume, you'll need to restart the table after the change.).

I've also implemented some mods to replicate the recent Haggis Pinball Centaur Orblivion mod/update.  Graphics, VR updates, targets, etc. will be automatically updated with the Haggis mod in the F12 menu.  You can also get all the mods individually by selecting them one at a time.

Please NOTE there are several items to consider on the ROM settings:  The default settings for the ROM options are hard coded into the script and are based on the recommended values from Bally for 3 balls and harder play, AND a one free tilt with a warning.  If you want to change the ROM settings yourself, you need to change the "SetDIPSwitches to 1" in the script, and then use the F6 menu to change.

However... I am not able to hard code the ROM menu options.  Typically, there are levels of score achievements that award a free play.  The default ROM has that set to off.  I've included an nvram file you can use that sets that to match the instruction/score cards and Bally's recommendation (1,200,000 and 2,800,000).  Also, there are settings in the menu to set replays, sound, and HSTD. All this has been done for you in the included nvram file.  I also have instructions in the script on how to change that if you wish to do yourself.

Thanks again to Redbone for providing all the graphics updates, and to Hauntfreaks for the updated backglass images, and Bord for the playfield!

  24. Canasta 86 (Inder 1986)

I decided to redo the playfield of this popular pinball that recalls the 86 basketball world cup, which I shared with JPSalas to update their great work, and allowed me to do this with the new physics and other improvements from the vpw team, which I thank for his constant work and teachings
I also thank my Spanish friends who insisted on having this pinball in good resolution
It plays very fast as a good inder table, but you can get a lot of extra balls to drain you just as fast
    Enjoy it
