Outer Space (Gottlieb 1972) - Loserman76 update

Here is another patch to update Outer Space (Gottlieb 1972), a table by Loserman76 ang GNance.

It's the 2 players version of "Orbit".
Ed Krynski at this time was like "what do you mean by no direct hit to the bumpers ??? I'll show you what a table design can be !!!"

As usual I've made a visual update (lights, shadows, plastics)

I correct some missing sound (varitarget)

I added SSF command

I've made some minor corrections (ball shadows, wall15 etc...).
