Split Second (Stern 1981)
By burger
Thank you to jpsalas for creating this beautiful table and allowing this mod!
This is a VPX version of Split Second, a classic widebody focused on precision and timing. Featuring multiple flippers and a layered playfield, it rewards controlled play and accurate shots—true to its name, every move matters in a split second.
This mod was a joint effort between @studly_do_right and myself:
I added nFozzy physics and Fleep sounds studly_do_right did the original VR implementation, visual tweaks, and sound polish @DGrimmReaper replaced VR cabinet and added VR backglass digits
Special HUGE thanks to @outhere for verifying DOF functionality after the Fleep conversion. I just can't thank him enough for all his help on every table
Enjoy!
Note: This is a widebody table, so it shouldn’t fill your entire cabinet screen. Leave a few inches of black at the bottom (shrink vertically) and move the table upward toward the backglass. You won’t notice the empty space during gameplay—and the proportions will look much more natural.

Andromeda (Game Plan 1985) VPW
By VPinWorkshop
We are pleased to share this exquisite reproduction of the rare, weird, fun, cult classic: Andromeda. It has hot alien females and bat-dogs, what more could you ask for? Legend has it that Tomate, during a pinball fever dream, conjured the playfield image and 3D models directly from the cyber-aether, formed from pure digital radiance. Apophis, mesmerized and in a fit of spontaneous fervor, and with the help of a small team of machine elves, constructed the maniacal clockwork animating the little universe contained within the boundaries of this simulation. We hope you enjoy!

Mass Effect
THANKS:
JP Salas allowed me to use his Attack From Mars table as a base and provided advice during the creation.
@KRAKEN provided the original Attack From Mars Serum colorization, which was an immense help and saved me countless hours of dumping, masking and assigning frames. He also fixed many bugs in the video mode I would have never figured out on my own.
@apophis invited me to the VPW Discord and kindly let us use his asteroid for the VR room.
@DGrimmReaper created an awesome VR room, just looks so insanely good.
@cyberpez let me use key assets of his AFM table, which made the table so so much better.
@Thalamus supportive on VPU since day one and connected me to the VPW team.
@r2z2 and RomKnight provided insight on using Claude for VPX code optimization.
@hauntfreaks 's backglass was a template for the modded b2s.
@wrd1972 physics of cyberpez table were adopted as an option in F12 menu.

=============================================================
Needs the following software installed:
- Visual Pinball X 10.8 or higher
- VPinMAME 3.7 or higher
- DMDext 2.5.0 (with latest Serum version)
1. Place Mass Effect.vpx and .b2s in Tables folder.
2. Download the ROM afm_113b and place it in VPinMAME/roms directory.
3. Place altcolor/afm_113b_me in your VPinMAME/altcolor directory.
4. Start up the table. On first launch it configures itself via two dialogs:
- ROM alias: press "Yes" (registers "afm_113b_me,afm_113b" in your VPinMAME alias file).
- DMD settings: answer whether you have a RealDMD — "Yes" installs the SD
configuration (native resolution, right for RealDMD hardware), "No" installs
the HD configuration (upscaled, right for LCD / virtual DMD windows).
Written into DmdDevice.ini as an [afm_113b_me] section with values: colorize = true / scaletohd = true / scalermode = doubler / style.default.brightness = 0.70; settings of other
tables are not touched.
5. Press F1 and check both "Use external DMD (dll)" and "Colorize DMD (4 colors)".
Select "OK" to save.
=============================================================
This table includes a few "enchanced" gameplay elements inspired by the games, some of them are physics-altering in a non-realistic way. They can all be toggled in F12 menu or live by hitting both magna-save keys.
Enhancements include:
- Biotic powers (Stasis, Throw, Pull, Barrier) cycle with left magnasave, activate with right magnasave. (new power becomes available after each beaten wave.)
- Mass relay jump when completing a full orbit
- Reaper cannon shots on ball in vision cone during attack waves.
- Kickbacks, recharged by collecting Paragon (left ramp/orbit shots) and Renegade points (right ramp/orbit shots)
- Flipper strength ramp-up during Suicide Mission: each second passed and each jackpot hit in Suicide Mission (Total Annihilation) will increase the flipper strength.
- Ball manipulation during Indoctrination: Balls velocity remote controlled during this MB.
- Auto aim during Normandy MB: balls in the center area are automatically launched into the center target. Deactivated by default as it makes jackpot shots difficult

Solar Fire (Williams 1981)
By UnclePaulie
Solar Fire (Williams 1981) is one of several Williams System 7 machines, and one of the most complicated rulesets of the time, but only had 507 units made. It's a fun, fast table and higher scores are very achievable... 1M-2.5M is a good game. The Solar Gun feature is fun to achieve, as a magnet slings a captured ball back and forth while generating points when lit. There is a lot to do on this table with all the targets to hit to enable other functions. You'll find similarities to Black Knight, Grand Lizard, and other tables of that era. This table significantly utilizes magnasaves to keep your ball from going into the outlanes.
I made Solar Fire a few years ago but was only an update to another table, and the playfield, graphics, etc were not great, nor accurate. Also, I've learned so much more since then, and physics, graphics and everything is leaps further now, I decided to redo the table from scratch.
I found a playfield online that had accurate hole placement, and so @redbone completely upscaled, enhanced, and cleaned up the playfield. This 3.0 version utilizes the latest VPW standards, physics, alllamps and 3D inserts, backglass for desktop, roth targets, standalone compatibility, sling corrections, updated flipper physics, VR and fully hybrid, Flupper style bumpers and lighting. Baked GI, walls, and created a playfield mesh for the saucer physics. Dozens of hours were spent studying gameplay videos to match the table shots and action.
Also I loved what Mecha_Enron did in Cosmic Gunfight as far as an interactive tutorial, I decided to learn and implement in this table. To utilize, go into the F12 menu and turn on the tutorial.
Also thanks to Primetime5k for implementing staged flippers and testing. As well as to the VPW team for testing.
Once again, I've included several options in the F12 menu including various balls, ball brightness, GI brightness, insert brightness, flippers, caps, plastic edge colors, LUTs, and other VR stuff, including LED undercab lighting... AND the interactive tutorial.
For the ROM settings... The baseline comes pretty much correct except for the high score to date is defaulted to something high and the coins are defaulted to one credit is 3 games. I've included a .nvram file that will adjust the coin/credits to 1 coin is 1 credit. Also, I've set the default high score to 100,000.

Barracora (Williams 1981)
By UnclePaulie
Barracora (Williams 1981) is one of several Williams System 7 machines, AND was designed by Roger Sharpe, and had 2,350 units made. It's a fun, fast table and higher scores are pretty achievable... 1M-2.5M is a good game. If you can get to 4-5M that is a very high score.
I made Barracora a few years ago and was the first table I did with Redbone. I've learned so much more since then, and physics, graphics and everything is leaps further now, I decided to redo the table. when looking at the old table I realized there were so many things that weren't just right in my opinion I decided to completely start over from scratch.
@redbone completely redid the playfield and Hauntfreaks redid the backglass images. Thanks to the VPW team for the thorough testing!
Once again, I've included several options in the F12 menu including various balls, ball brightness, flippers, caps, plastic edge colors, LUTs, and other VR stuff, including LED undercab lighting, and an AI generated topper as an option based on H.R. Giger's 1974 painting called, Li I. (this was the inspiration of the Barracora lady).
For the ROM settings... The baseline comes pretty much correct except for the high score to date is defaulted to 2.5M and the coins are defaulted to one credit is 3 games. I've included a .nvram file that will adjust the coin/credits to 1 coin is 1 credit. Also, I've set the default high score to 100,000 (2.5 million is too high to achieve, and I was not able to save zero as the high score).

Diablo 2 (Original 2026)
By ChuckRibbits
Welcome to my first VPX table!
As an avid player of Diablo 2 for the last 26 years, I knew as soon as I got the inkling to create my very own table... It had to be Diablo 2.
About 3 months of feverish work went into crafting this and I think both Diablo 2 and Pinball fans alike are going to get a real thrill out of it.
There are very helpful FULLY VOICED live tutorials IN GAME.
You must hold both flippers during attract mode to access the tutorials and then you can navigate them via the flippers.
StartGame button exits tutorials whenever and returns to attract.
Additionally, there is an extensive and detailed rulesheet PDF for your reading pleasure.
The table itself will tell you a lot about what's happening as well between lights, callouts and a deep DMD system, but the rulesheet can really ground you in the details.
All 5 iconic Acts of Diablo 2 are here to be enjoyed with each boss, music and enemies... Plus something special for the fans in the Wizard Mode/Act 6.
Like Diablo 2, this game is cutthroat, but you will be rewarded for your skill.
3 VR rooms: Mixed Reality, Minimal and a custom Mega Room I put together.
**Mixed Reality uses Magenta 255, 0, 255. If you want to change it to White or something else, all you need to do is, in the editor, search "Sphere" in the layers panel, double click it, go to its properties and scroll down to Modulate Color. Click the color box and set to whatever you want. Then save.
The artistic intention for day/night setting is about 12-13%.
Check F12 for options/feature toggles.
The table has the features VPX fans have come to expect: Nfozzy, Fleep, Flupper bumpers/flashers and a quality FlexDMD. BIG THANKS to the VPW team for their Resource table and YouTube series.
This is over 13000 lines of code and a lot of interwoven systems with basically RPG math underneath and I am just one guy with a Claude Max plan, so while the game is bug free as far as *I* know it, you may run into things as you play. I do plan to support this project going forward and possibly add more content. I have ideas. I am having my firstborn this August, and this table is in a great spot as is, so it was time to release... Oh, and DIABLO 2 RELEASED on the 28th of June in 2000... So that's fun. Celebrate that by downloading my table.
Extra special thanks to my boys @MekelburgJ and @Krobs for playtesting this for months with me and giving their feedback. They have been in this thing with me from early on. Also special thanks to @Burger for his expertise, advice and creating a B2S for you VPin folks (im all VR, sorry). The B2S is one photo, but in VR you can select from 4 backglass photos - 2 classic and 2 new.
I hope people have a blast with this and get sucked into it's systems and presentation the way my buddies and I have. Please let me know what you think in the comments/reviews. Long live Diablo 2.

Cybernaut (Bally 1985)
By Mecha_Enron
Cybernaut challenges players to become a curvaceous cybernetic woman and her robotic companion in a battle to take out an Ion Generator in the face of its mechanical guardians. Fight your way across a feature-slim playfield by knocking down Guardian targets, spelling B-L-A-S-T for big points, shooting the tube, or attacking the Ion Generator targets.
With only 900 units reportedly sold, this has become quite a rare and underappreciated machine; right up my alley. Cybernaut came out at a time when Bally was cutting costs with a lesser focus on resulting in a simpler rule set and more modest sound package. What really sells this machine is the aesthetic of player vs guardians in an attempt to blow up their Ion Generator for rewards. Don't let the simplicity fool you as this virtualized version plays fast and is quite the addicting score chaser. There are plenty of lighting options as well but I think the table really shines with the lights down low, ironically.
The playfield is a redraw based on a scan by @DigitalJedi084. I also redrew each plastic based on images from various sources and auction listings. The physics-side was done by the wonderfully skilled and well-known @apophis with VR provided by the equally talented @DGrimmReaper.

Monte Carlo (Bally 1973)_1.0
By teisen
I would like to thank the creators of this incredible work and Mustang1961 for allowing me to use their latest version; here are the adjustments made previously:
Initially -=Kees=- wrote:
Original table of this replay canon in FP is done by Leon Spalding.
Graphics are taken from FP.
Rebuild and script is done by -=Kees=-
You are allowed to improve this table.
Albert supplemented his enrichment with:
The „Kicker Hole Lights“ are now changing in the correct sequence (triggered by various playfield elements): Two are lit with four unlit lights in-between; changing anticlockwise.
After the drain bonus is given, the bonus lights will sequentially unlit.
Bumper lights now alternating, with a scoring of 10 or 100.
Plastics: New picture of the girl in the upper right corner.
Saucers now with animated kickarms.
Mushroom bumpers are now animated.
Post now with an appropriate picture via primitive.
Two rubbers (Rubber50 and Rubber100) now with scoring.
Extra Ball error fixed.
Plastic lights now translucent.
Sound effects changes.
There is also a sub (Sub licht_Timer) for five blinking lamps in your backglass. If you want to use this, you have to modify your backglass.
Thanks to Kees for making all this possible in the first place.
My view on Monte Carlo:
When I worked while school vacation at an amusement operating company (late 70's) they owned one in a cheap family restaurant. The machine was completely (including the BG box) covered with carpet inside in order to reduce the mechanical sounds of the game. And - in fact - I never heard again such a silent EM. Here I offer you (with kindly given permission by -=Kees=- and Albert) "my" Version of this game.
my changes were:
- many sound & sound events (gate clicks)
- all indicator and bumper lights
- slight corrections on all lights to realize the "bulb" effects at indicator lights
- sequencing for alternator lights now in line with the real game, as visible on YouTube
- added few lights under plastics, not original, but looking good
- missing screws are supplemented (plastic at top right & bumper caps)
- new game physics
- new POV for cab users
- side lanes now with mini posts in order to look good and to reduce ball losts
- delayed new ball release, now the bonus counts to its end before the reel illumination changes
Two problems I was not able to solve, 1st the "wires" around the gates at the top of playfield, has anyone of you an idea how to solve that? And 2nd the missing transparent plate over the center kicker hole, here my skills are the limit, can anyone help?
Enough words, enjoy!
Adjustments made by Teisen:
- playfield art and color adjustments
- new playfield inserts
- adjustments to plastics / colors / art
- metal parts
- general lighting
- bumper adjustments
- new bumper caps
- addition of shadows / dynamic shadows
- addition of playfield holes
- new apron cards
- mushroom target adjustments
- addition of flipper shadows
- addition of ball shadow (Ninuzzo)
- adjustments to various materials
- environment adjustments
- various minor adjustments (screws, posts, rubbers, etc.)
- new backdrop for desktop game mode using an image of Cliffy.
Adjustments by burger
- adjustment of flipper shadows
- added code to the script to hide the B2S lighting and reels in desktop mode when playing in full-screen.

Tornado Rally (Original 2024)
By eric3dee
UPDATE:
My first Vpin is now also my first homebrew machine! Check it out here..
My first Vpin table! Yee-haw!!
An all original design, this table is an homage to the sooner state in the form of a modern EM table.
Featuring nfozzy physics, fleep sounds, and a custom-themed VR room for those well equipped. The b2s is necessary for scorekeeping in VR, so make sure that is setup and working properly if that's how you like to play.
Gameplay goal is simple--> Hit the ramps and the targets and feed the whale to spell out OKIES and release the multi-ball!
NOTE: If the score rolls over 9999 an indicator star light will appear below the score! (up to 4 stars earnable)
Special thanks to Apophis for his in-depth VPW tutorials and the whole VPW community for advice and testing, and a very extra special thanks to @hauntfreaks for his killer lighting design on the backglass! Don't forget to head on over and grab it!

Ice Fever (Gottlieb 1985) VPW
By VPinWorkshop
Pinball on Ice!
Score a winning goal with ICE FEVER! This classic 1985 Gottlieb pinball machine comes from a time when there was more blood than sweat on the rink and everyone was still riding the high of the Miracle on Ice in 1980. While the machine may look simple, it plays fast and require precise shooting to really raise the score. One noticeable feature is the amazing sound effects of a crowd cheering in the arena and the buzzer of the goal when you make it past the Goalie Drop Targets.

cheers
I'm also very proud to announce that my TimeLord banter cohort Hayden Perno, has had his first book published. Ralph Ridley in the Hunt for Time. His book is available from Hawkeye Publishing and you can check it out at ralphridley.com It is a cleverly constructed story about a boy who doesn't age and searches the Universe for the answers to his quantum curse. Hayden's story extends Einsteins' theory of relativity and stephen hawkins 7 Arrows of time. It takes you on a journey to the far reaches of the Universe and to where time stands still and incredible creatures live. It's definitely worth a read..
Requirements to play TimeLord 4.2
Requires VPX10.8Final-Rev2051 (28dd6c3), Freezy2.3.1 B2S Server 2.1.3 and Flex DMD 1.91

The Time Lord Story
Timelord is my version of stories between Hayden Perno and myself. We spit balled stories to try to make each other laugh and make small skits while training in the Gym. In my story you venture into the bizarre world of Kevin, aka Q-Man. Kevin would much rather hang out in seedy bars with dodgy chicks than take control of the Universe.😁 To add to his torment, he is tagged by Luigi the stray Robot. Luigi was cast aside by Mario the grape farmer because he kept draining the tractor gearbox for his favourite drink....used sump oil😂. He's like the donkey in Shrek, unwanted and a serial pest and indelibly connected to Q-man.
To be the TimeLord in this game you must complete 5 incredible dangerous tasks. You traverse the universe, reverse time ,navigate the wormholes and meteor showers must slay the dragon. Upon completion of the tasks you venture to the glory table, (Wizard mode) . The Glory table gives 60 seconds to shoot the spiral ramp for Glory Billions and reveal the real hero of the story.
I hope you enjoy TimeLord and it brightens up your day.
The Avago Crew
I was very fortunate to work with some talented people in the production TimeLord through 6 generations of the game. FrankyT does the gangster style Robot Luigi and the TimeLord. Tomate did the translucent ramps, Oqqsan did the new interactive backglass animations, the lighting, ball affects and clock animations, DOF is done by Outhere, Fleep sounds and nfozzy physics are done by Gedankekojote and Rawd did the Virtual reality. JPSalas is a huge part of the TimeLord project, providing the game framework, many explanations of scripting and he made changes to get a very clunky game to work. It goes with out saying my old mate Crackers advised and checked all the game iterations and changes over 2 years while the game went through 6 iterations. Of course there are many others who have help shaped the game including Sixtoes, Apophis, Remdwass & Wylte from PinHelp and Rajo Joey who helped shape the game in the early days. Without these people and Smaugs encouragement there would be no TimeLord 2,3 or 4. The new look for 4 was encouraged by LTEK and the new backglass implemented to celebrate the release of Hayden Perno's book.
I hope you like it and honest reviews and comments are always appreciated.
This game is not for sale or for distribution on other download platforms.
Incorporated into the game are
Interactive backglass
SSF audio and sound production
DOF

Wild Wild West (Gottlieb 1969) v2.0
By hauntfreaks
Wild Wild West (Gottlieb 1969) v2.0
This was started back in 2024, but I always hated the redraw of the cowgirls on the PF.
I tried a few times to redo it and failed. But then, at the end of 2025, my wife got me an iPad — and I HATE Apple stuff. (then the shit hit the fan)
But with the iPad, an Apple Pencil, and Procreate, I finally got the results I was looking for. Plus I also started getting my drawing muscle memory back from when I was a kid.
Anyway, here is the final product.

Rack Em UP (Gottlieb 1983)_Hybrid
By teisen
First of all, I would like to thank my friend kalavera for approving the small update I made and especially for the excellent work done and for making it available!
I also thank the creators and contributors of the initial versions, Inkochnito, TAB, LuvThatApex, Destruk, dboyrecords, wildman, STAT and Bord.
And a special thanks to JPSalas for helping me with the rolling ball sounds routine!
The work itself was very well done, so the changes I made were few to try to make the table even better.
- small touches on the playfield
- small touches on plastics
- new tabs and tweaks
- new metals
- new lighting
- flipper sounds
- new cap bumpers
- illuminated bumper base
- new backdrop
- new POV
- some small adjustments
here is the link to the original table used
kalavera description:
Thanks to :
Inkochnito for your Dipswitchs
TAB, LuvThatApex and Destruk, for your version VP8
dboyrecords for your conversion and rotation in VP9
Also thanks to all those who got involved in one way or another (wildman in backglass, STAT in media pack, and if I forget someone I apologize)
Thanks To Bord for his beautiful primitive flippers, implement them in this table.
The table was recreated from scratch, the playfield try to make it as similar as possible to the original, there are few good photos out there, so i did what i could, hope the final result will please you, the door at the top where it comes out the ball to the field of play is not the model that should be, but as i'm not good with 3D modeling is what i could achieve, if someone is encouraged to recreate it and send to me, would replace it immediately, try to recreate the physics as best i could using the three videos find on Youtube.
