  1. StarCraft Pinball (Original 2026) v1.0.2

    "You must construct additional Pylons!"

...So, so many Pylons... What a long journey it's been.  I'm happy to finally present Star Craft!  This table features THREE playfields, one for each race and some fun animations along the way.  Start as Terran race and battle Zerg on planet 1, then battle Protoss on planet 2.  Planet 3 (and 4) will switch to Protoss race and finally finish as Zerg for the last two planets!  After completing each world/map you will be "Victorous", shot required shots to advance along in the game.  Each race has up to three specific buildings that get built as you mine resources, thanks to @yacuthulluzan and @Tombg for model help.  Full pup created by @GtecArcade with over 250 video clips and 20 audio tracks pulled from the games!  Sorry (not sorry) for the pup size, we here like variety; nothing worse than hearing the same clip over and over!  PupDMD setup by @merlinrtp, many thanks for the help.  HUGE THANKS to VPW for the original table and permissions!  Thanks to @Supergibson for guidance and glowing ring animations, @DrNobody for overlays, our testers at @SuperTilted and anyone else I forgot!

    -------------------------------------
    Some important notes:
    -------------------------------------
    *  Our table uses the startrp2 ROM, make sure to download it.
    *  An Alias needs to be added to VPMAlias.txt:  "startrp2sc,startrp2".  We have a bat file with instructions to automate this in the Pup or in the downloads above.  Or add it manually.
    *  This is a ONE PLAYER game only!  Because limitations to the ROM and the scripting, the table plays best with single player.  The ROM will accept more players however there may be issues with playfield switches, etc.
    *  The pup pack is not required, however HIGHLY encouraged for the full experience!
    *  Pressing start before the rom is started will result in the game loading too soon.  However not to worry, it will not break anything, as pressing start again will only restart the sequence.  Do try to refrain from pressing start mid-game.
    *  ANYONE WITH CRASHING should download this rom, a few mentioned it solving their issues:  https://www.vpforums.org/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=7349

  3. Shooting The Rapids Deluxe

    Table requise :
    - Pour VPX 64 bit version 10.8.0  (or +)

    Table includes :
    - Nfozzy Fleep physics et sounds

(Pour ceux qui souhaitent modifier les musiques de la table, attention le script est programmé pour les durées actuelles de chacune d’entre-elles)
    - VR Room mode Cabinet/Mini/Méga (Table Hybride)

    - 1 mini-game sur le plateau principal (Echo of the Totem)
    - 3 SkillShot (Add 1 ball / Active KickBack / Start Mission ready)

    Bon jeux à tous !!!

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here is a brand-new original creation; its layout and gameplay are inspired by the "Shooting The Rapids Deluxe" version from Zaccaria Pinball, for those familiar with it.
I have retained the majority of the Zaccaria version's rules (about 90%) while adding, modifying, or improving a few elements—such as introducing a Skill Shot and changing the ball launch from the plunger. Naturally, the design and soundscape are completely different for this VPX version.
I hope you enjoy the many possible combos and the various game modes set against this Native American backdrop.

    Table requirements :
    - VPX 64-bit version 10.8.0 (or later)
    - Pinup version 1.5.2 (or later)
    - DoF: needs updating

    Table features :
    - Nfozzy/Fleep physics and sounds
    - Basic DOF and some MX effects
    - PupDMD (Configured for 2 screens only sorry, I’ll leave it to you to add mounts for your other screens yourself) but UltraDMD can also be enabled.
    - Switch between 9 music tracks during gameplay using the left and right Magna-Save buttons
(Note: If you wish to change the music tracks, the script is programmed based on the current duration of each track)
    - VR Room Cabinet/Mini/Mega modes (Hybrid table)
    - Menu F12 options for customizing sound and visuals, plus a higher difficulty mode (center post removed + RIVER lights that change position with the flippers)

    Media included:
PupDMD / Wheel art / Loading screen / Rules sheet / FullDmd png

    Gameplay:
    - 1 to 4 players / 3 to 5 balls
    - Objectives/Rules visible directly on the PupDMD
    - 5 timed missions (Arrow/Axe/Bear/Hawk/Wolf) - (FYI, hitting a bumper changes the pending mission.)
    - 3 mini-games on the upper playfield (Sun/Wind/Moon)
    - 1 mini-game on the main playfield (Echo of the Totem)
    - 3 Skill Shots (Add 1 ball / Activate Kickback / Ready Mission Start)
    - 1 Indian Multiball
    - 1 Add-a-Ball (in addition to the Skill Shot) via the upper playfield's spinning pin
    - End-of-ball bonus multiplier 2x/4x/6x/8x/10x (BOW targets)
    - 2 in-game bonuses on the upper playfield (Net Bonus and Water Combo)
    - 3 temporary/timed bonuses on the main playfield:
                  - Tomahawk Spin (Women) = Right spinner activates a bonus on the right slingshot
                  - Tomahawk Spin (Men) = Left spinner activates a bonus on the left slingshot
                  - Spirits Rapids = Increases bumper values
    - Single/Double/Triple Combo / Super Combo
    - Single/Double/Triple Jackpot / Super Jackpot
    - Other: Reactivates Ball Save or "RETURN" bonus if already active / Activates "CANOE" Kickback

Thanks to @Burger for improving the table sounds, @Gman for certain sounds, @Dicentim for testing and feedback, and the entire SuperTilted Team for all the current and future projects we share daily.
    Happy gaming, everyone!!!

  4. Svengoolie (Original 2026)

    Svengoolie (Original 2026)

“Svengoolie has been the premier horror show icon of Chicago, since multiple Emmy award winner Rich Koz became the hand-picked successor to the original Svengoolie back in the late '70s. He has appeared on a national basis on MeTV since April 2011 - and generations of viewers have become fans of the monstrous mirth and movies that this video vampire dispenses every week over the airwaves.”

    MeTV.com - Svengoolie

This table was originally Itchigo's precoded table on Roguepinball.com. It was a working table with no graphics that was built to reskin so people could learn visual pinball. He originally designed it in 2012, so it started life as a vp 9.2 table. Downloaded over 500 times, this is the first finished release of it. Slackers!

Backglass included in the zip along with a couple of wheels and the music folder to drop in your music directory as is.

Thanks go out to the @Itchigo for providing the layout and vision for this table and for some unknown reason allowing me to run with it in any direction I chose! Thanks also for being so easy to work with and his many contributions to the hobby. What started out as just helping him with some artwork became a complete overhaul of the entire project including a couple tweaks to the initial layout. Didn’t know who Svengoolie was when I jumped in, but glad I did. Fun project.

    Thanks also go out to:
@jpsalas – Living legend and classiest guy in the hobby.
@burger – Tips and tech 24/7 tech support when implementing Nfozzy/Fleep. Da man!
@studly_do_right – More unpaid Nfozzy/Fleep support and fixes and being Studly.
@LoadedWeapon – Table lighting and for all he does as well.
@Guycharrette – Testing, suggestions and unreasonable demand for flying chickens.

Stop reading and go play some pinball.

  5. See Saw (Bally 1971)

    Another fun Bally EM Table.

Accumulate and collect a yellow bonus and a blue bonus.  The bonus resets when the turn ends.
This game has a lot of fun stuff :
A top gate to the shooter lane
    A left outlane kickback
A right outlane gate back to the shooter lane
A "playmore" post between the flippers

There are a bunch of options on Page 3 of the F12 menu.  Including a high score saving piece of tape that a few people have asked for.
Fun Fact: if you were playing this machine in 1971 you would have needed to use tape because post-it notes were not sold until 1980.

For version 1.0 there are a bunch of awesome Teisen improvements!

  6. Show Boat (Gottlieb 1961)

It's show boat!  An interesting table that tried some innovative ideas.  Four Flippers on the bottom, six pop bumpers, and 4 gates turned so that they are pretty much impossible to hit from the flippers.  There's also a chance to earn a second match number at the end, by hitting all three A, B, and C outlanes.

I could only find a couple videos on YouTube but they did have some good details.  I guessed the rules based on what was shown, so hopefully I'm mostly accurate.

There are some options on the F12 menu, including showing high score and using the manual ball lifter.  It looks like the real game has a manual ball lift, but I defaulted it to do an automatic one because many people are confused by it.  I know I was at one time.

Let me know if you find anything that is broken or isn't accurate.  There's always something...

Thanks to others, there are a couple nice looking B2S backglass files available.  Thanks!

*Feel free to modify or improve this table.

  11. Split Second (Stern 1981)

Thank you to jpsalas for creating this beautiful table and allowing this mod!
This is a VPX version of Split Second, a classic widebody focused on precision and timing. Featuring multiple flippers and a layered playfield, it rewards controlled play and accurate shots—true to its name, every move matters in a split second.

This mod was a joint effort between @studly_do_right and myself:
I added nFozzy physics and Fleep sounds studly_do_right did the original VR implementation, visual tweaks, and sound polish @DGrimmReaper replaced VR cabinet and added VR backglass digits
Special HUGE thanks to @outhere for verifying DOF functionality after the Fleep conversion. I just can't thank him enough for all his help on every table

    Enjoy!

Note: This is a widebody table, so it shouldn’t fill your entire cabinet screen. Leave a few inches of black at the bottom (shrink vertically) and move the table upward toward the backglass. You won’t notice the empty space during gameplay—and the proportions will look much more natural.

If you want the robot voice:

    Check/Enable talking sound
    Click OK

  12. Solar Fire (Williams 1981)

Solar Fire (Williams 1981) is one of several Williams System 7 machines, and one of the most complicated rulesets of the time, but only had 507 units made.  It's a fun, fast table and higher scores are very achievable... 1M-2.5M is a good game.  The Solar Gun feature is fun to achieve, as a magnet slings a captured ball back and forth while generating points when lit.  There is a lot to do on this table with all the targets to hit to enable other functions.  You'll find similarities to Black Knight, Grand Lizard, and other tables of that era.  This table significantly utilizes magnasaves to keep your ball from going into the outlanes.

I made Solar Fire a few years ago but was only an update to another table, and the playfield, graphics, etc were not great, nor accurate.  Also, I've learned so much more since then, and physics, graphics and everything is leaps further now, I decided to redo the table from scratch.

I found a playfield online that had accurate hole placement, and so @redbone completely upscaled, enhanced, and cleaned up the playfield.  This 3.0 version utilizes the latest VPW standards, physics, alllamps and 3D inserts, backglass for desktop, roth targets, standalone compatibility, sling corrections, updated flipper physics, VR and fully hybrid, Flupper style bumpers and lighting. Baked GI, walls, and created a playfield mesh for the saucer physics. Dozens of hours were spent studying gameplay videos to match the table shots and action.

Also I loved what Mecha_Enron did in Cosmic Gunfight as far as an interactive tutorial, I decided to learn and implement in this table.  To utilize, go into the F12 menu and turn on the tutorial.

Also thanks to Primetime5k for implementing staged flippers and testing.  As well as to the VPW team for testing.

Once again, I've included several options in the F12 menu including various balls, ball brightness, GI brightness, insert brightness, flippers, caps, plastic edge colors, LUTs, and other VR stuff, including LED undercab lighting... AND the interactive tutorial.

For the ROM settings... The baseline comes pretty much correct except for the high score to date is defaulted to something high and the coins are defaulted to one credit is 3 games.  I've included a .nvram file that will adjust the coin/credits to 1 coin is 1 credit.  Also, I've set the default high score to 100,000.

    SoundMOD v1.0
I added 11 musics of classic Fife and Drum songs.
5 are played during game, and 6 are played during attract mode.
Added 2026 decals to right side drop targets. Previously was 1976 to celebrate 200 years.
Added modified JPSalas LUT's triggered with Buy-In Key. (2 Key)
Adjusted GI lights so top of plastics look like they are lit from below.
Adjusted so GI lights only come on when a game is started.
Added 250th logo to top right of table, and on DT Backdrop.
The DT backdrop was stretching 250 logo, so I changed resolution from 1400x1050 to 1920x1080.
Adjusted and set X and Y scale to 1 for DT POV.
Also raised table using Z Offset to push Lockbar offscreen for DT POV.
Added material to DT side rails so pink color is gone.
Converted the biggest pics in Image Manager to WebP format to save on file size.
    Original table file size = 44.2 MB's
    SoundMOD table file size = 33.1 MB's

All Pictures, Sounds, Logos and Trademarks are Property of their respective owners.
I just found the pics and sound files on Google.

This table should be considered as fan art, and therefore should be covered under the fair usage act.

  15. StartVPX

    Hi everyone,

I'd like to share a small free tool I built — StartVPX — plus the frontend I use it with.
StartVPX (free) is a tiny helper that starts a Visual Pinball table the right way, every time. When you launch a table it pops up a clean chooser with three buttons — Cabinet, Desktop, or VR — and then takes care of everything else:

▶️ Correct mode per table: Cabinet (fullscreen), Desktop (angled playfield view), or VR (OpenGL build) — your choice at launch.
🖥️ Multi-monitor aware: positions the window where it belongs and brings VPX reliably to the front.
🎛️ Sets BGSet automatically (Cabinet vs Desktop) and handles the VPinMAME DMD window — no manual fiddling.
🎮 Built-in controller → keyboard mapping that replaces JoyToKey. It supports Xbox/XInput pads (analog triggers work as flippers, and yes — even the Guide button) and DirectInput arcade encoders. It only runs while VPX is running, and it's fully configurable. No third-party tools to install.
🪶 Lightweight and clean: a single small Windows app, free, with nothing proprietary bundled. Settings live in a simple INI file.

The Launcher is the frontend in the screenshots. It shows your tables as round wheel-art icons if you replace the default icon; one click launches the table through StartVPX. A few highlights:
Organize tables across multiple pages, each with its own skin.
It's also a full Windows app launcher — programs, folders, websites — with handy extras (clock, weather, GPU temperature, clipboard manager, screen magnifier, monitor brightness). So it's useful far beyond pinball.
Free to use for the first 16 buttons. More info on my homepage: https://www.launcher-online.de
How it works: Launcher icon → StartVPX.exe "Table.vpx" → pick Cabinet/Desktop/VR → VPX starts. StartVPX also works standalone with any frontend that can pass a table name on the command line, even a shortcut will do.

Requirements: Windows 7 or newer, Visual Pinball 10.8 (the OpenGL build for VR), optional VPinMAME for ROM-based tables.
Good to know: StartVPX doesn't touch your VPinMAME/DMD settings by default. If your DMD doesn't show up, set SetShowWinDMD=1 in the INI once, launch a table in Desktop mode, then set it back to 0.

This is an early release — I'd love to hear how it works on your setups, and I'm happy to take feature requests. Thanks for taking a look! 🎯

  16. Sinbad (Gottlieb 1978) Gold with VR 5.2

This is just a VR add-on for the great table by Designone (https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/28147-sinbad-gottlieb-1978-gold-51/).  It also includes some small graphical upgrades and other tweaks, again kindly provided by Designone.

Many thanks for all the hard work put in by all those before me particularly, Designone, as well as Pinuck, Kruge99, JPSalas, Styx, Basti and DaRdog81, my contribution was insignificant in comparison.  This is one of my first contributions, hopefully it has turned out OK.

Use F12 to select between VR Rooms or adjust the script.

You will also need a B2S backglass file.  Any will do, but I recommend using this top notch one from Hauntfreaks: https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/28607-sinbad-gottlieb-1978-gold-51/.

Lastly, if you’ve not given this a try, give it a go.  The clean design, simple ruleset and quick, fun play will keep you coming back.

  18. Shark (Hankin 1980) (no art)

Whitewood of Hankin's "Shark" from 1980.

With no decent Shark art currently redrawn or available I am releasing this to the community for anybody to skin correctly.

Shark (Hankin 1980) built as the base to mod from for Lunar Howl 8 Frozen North. I used the vp6 table by Eala Dubh / TAB/Tinyrodent as a reference. I used the desktop displays from their version, and various scripts from tables by JPSalas, and the VPX starter table. I rebuilt with modern meshes and table components, and rubbers etc. I added manual GI lighting in absence of ROM calls. (I may be wrong but it appeared the Skark rom had static GI)

I have stripped out the LH8FN mods and commented out the LH8FN related script sections.

There may be minor adjustments to make once Shark art is imported (Apron will likely need to be reshaped, bumper caps may need to be changed as these were both done to fit LH8FN.)

I have left the manual GI lighting controls in place (from Frozen North) as shark appears to not have any GI use being on and off with the table. Puritans may wish to disable GI flashing.

    Core Playfield Features for shark
    Drop Targets & Lanes:
Hitting the drop targets on the right and navigating the lanes on the left lights up various playfield features and scoring multipliers.Shark Bite Loop: Features a teeth-lined "shark bite" loop and corresponding playfield plastics to add depth to the aquatic theme.
Flippers: Equipped with 4 flippers to help players navigate the widebody layout.Outlanes: The outlanes are notoriously hungry, making precise ball control essential to keep the game going.

This is NOT intended as a completed table release, as if that wasn't obvious, but some days I don't trust the obvious to be so so that has been said outright.

If you want to do the redraw and complete the table, please be my guest. No permission is needed. But note that the art from the old vp6 table is NOT suitable. It is of a quality reflected by its time, that of 15"crt monitors running at 1024x768 or 800x600 in desktop mode only. Those images will not suffice for VPX on modern rigs.

  20. Spy Hunter (Bally 1984)

All credit goes to the original author 32Assassin. Also to Bigus1 for his mod, and to hmueck for his mod to add the VR cabinet and room.

Spy Hunter blends fast flow, controlled chaos, and a surprisingly smooth shooting layout into one of Bally’s most memorable early ’80s tables. Between the upper playfield, hidden ball lock, and constant mission-style callouts, it keeps you engaged without relying on gimmicks.

    Credits for this version:
I added  nFozzy and Fleep, fixed some layout issues and match gameplay to real table @r2z2helped with improving the feel of the physics @studly_do_right improved lighting for better VR experience, other visual enhancements, and identified and resolved missing sound effects @DGrimmReaper added VR backglass digits so VR no longer requires B2S for this table. Adjusted GI lights for VR. Make kicker visible in VR.
There is an optional cheat rubber for the left outlane, configurable in the F12 menu. That left outlane is brutal, so this can help a little. This same rubber mod is also used on the real table. thanks @kellyf for the idea

Originally released by Sonic, this rare Star Wars pinball table delivers fast shooting, simple rules, and classic early solid-state charm. With its unique layout and unmistakable theme, it stands as one of the more unusual licensed tables of its era.

  22. Surf Champ (Gottlieb 1976) EMU v2.0.1 Hybrid

The weather is warm and the surf is up, dudes and dudettes! Grab your board and hit the beach!

EM Underdogs brings you a completely rebuilt Surf Champ from Gottlieb in 1976 with desktop, full screen and VR, making it a hybrid.
We started with @teisen 2023 mod of Losermans 2018 version, tore it down and completely rebuilt just about everything.
@Silversurfer completely redrew the playfield and plastics in vectors
@burger checked us out on our fleep sounds and nfozzy physics, fine tuning to perfection.
@DGrimmReaper made the VR happen and added the @mcarter78 beachfront boardwalk VR room!
@Cliffy and @teisen did all the scaling, lighting, inserts, bumpers, all the detail stuff that this absolutely gorgeous table deserves
Full changelog shown in the F12 menu.

This table has a few play options available by holding the left flipper a few seconds before starting a game.

There is also a preview of the VR room for desktop users by simply changing line 42. Desktop users also have a separate backdrop available if using a directb2s by changing it in image manager

EM Underdogs hopes you enjoy playing this summertime beauty as much as we do!

  23. Sister Storm (Lunar Howl 7)

Back in LH3 (Lupine and Howling) Spirit sang "I remember looking in her eyes, little sister with the same disguise" hinting she had left a younger sister behind when she fled her abusive family home in Abilene as a child. Spirit’s long lost sister arrives unexpectedly at Wolf Haven. Christened Tempest by an abusive family, Spirit gave her the name Storm before she fled, to use outside of family so if she ran family would ask people if they’d seen Tempest, and be told no. Spirit blames herself for the injury Storm carries on her face, believing herself a danger to her younger sister. The title track is a duet between the two sisters about the name, created after they reunited at Wolf Haven.

Table is a mod of Alien Poker by JPSalas.

as usual there is a zip of the mp3s for listening outside the game.

1st of all thanks to long time table maker freneticamnesic and all his great work on the original table and allowing people to mod his work.
2nd this table does include the VR assests from Rajo Joey and Solters but they are dissabled and I have no way of testing VR but should be easy to get going.
    Now as for the Update:
Huge thanks to @burger for nfozzy physics and Fleep Sounds
I updated all the Lighting and images for 10.8 and added F12 for Cabinet/Desktop mode and POV included
