Show Boat (Gottlieb 1961)

It's show boat!  An interesting table that tried some innovative ideas.  Four Flippers on the bottom, six pop bumpers, and 4 gates turned so that they are pretty much impossible to hit from the flippers.  There's also a chance to earn a second match number at the end, by hitting all three A, B, and C outlanes.

I could only find a couple videos on YouTube but they did have some good details.  I guessed the rules based on what was shown, so hopefully I'm mostly accurate.

There are some options on the F12 menu, including showing high score and using the manual ball lifter.  It looks like the real game has a manual ball lift, but I defaulted it to do an automatic one because many people are confused by it.  I know I was at one time.

Let me know if you find anything that is broken or isn't accurate.  There's probably something.

I haven't made a B2S, because others are better at that.  If nobody does anything, I'll see what I can throw together.  All of the stuff should already be in the script.
