basically a re mod of looserman76 table high hand
it was couvide years and i was locked in room
i came up withe the theme of Australian deadly wildlife
causing a small scare
loosermans76 table high hand was the perfect choice
i asked permission
couvid came and went and i just got back to it
yes i got couvid and was stuck in my little room
not sure of what rom it was so i supplied all 3
vpx b2s files in here go into table folder
vpmalias txt i used so i could play both high hand and safeaus table on one setup
pup packs here
the pup config screen needs to be set to other2.
and in the top right hand corner set to show usually this is disables.
if pups dont play still gointo your pupeditor and in the top left hand spot choose the "safeaus "
folder ..
make sure screen 8 is set to show ..
this worked for him
ive tested it in 10.8 beta 64 and it works on mine
other than that either try 32bit 10.8 or 7.4...
basically this is what should happen ..
you load table and the b2s dragonfly will show with scores
then the playfield will load then there should
be a water fall in northern australia playing in loop...
choose credits then launch... plunger works on my setup
then .
try to hit any of the targets
as the targets are hit
a spider or shark will play INSTEAD of the waterfall
on 3rd screen
then waterfall will resume until next target is hit
i just find it fun to play
looserman76 table was legendary
and this mod
makes me laugh

Sheriff (Gottlieb 1971) soundmod 4K

Based on the table "Sheriff (Gottlieb 1971)_Teisen_MOD" I've come up with an upscaled version, as the existing releases look very pixelated on my 4K cab.
The original table was released by late Jeff "Loserman76" Whitehead. There were contributions my GNance and Popotte in it as well; not sure about the details. According to Teisen's release the permission to modify is given without need for approval, so there you go.
In my release, playfield, apron, plastics and several smaller files were upscaled and anti-aliased.
I've prepared the file for the use with a yet-to-be-built pup-pack and I've added a music playback feature as well. The package I'm releasing doesn't contain any music though to stay out of legal troubles. Just put your favorite country music mp3 files into a subfolder named "Sheriff" within your music folder (usually something like C:\vPinball\VisualPinball\Music\Sheriff). To specify another folder, do so in the line
myMusicFolder = "Sheriff" To toggle between music and pup-pack playback, edit
usePUP = false and set that to
usePUP = true to enable a video juke box (coming from a pup-pack in C:\vPinball\PinUPSystem\PUPVideos\Sheriff). I'm working on that as well.
Right magnasave will play the next random track. Left magnasave will stop playback. Those controls are valid both for music as well as video playback.
The vpx file has gained a little in weight around the hips (from 40 MB to 48 MB) because of the upscaled images.
Not sure if my release qualifies as a soundmod without any music files in it, so let's just call it an update, counting the version count up from 1.0.something to 1.1.0.

The Space Cadet FAMILY Version will allow you to personalize the table with your children, your friends or whatever you want...The chosen faces will appear on the table in the cosmonauts helmets, instead of the monkeys
How to do ?
You must replace the first 5 images of the “Image Manager” of the table under VPX with portrait photos (tight shot), load and see instructions

Simpsons Treehouse of Horror MOD "redux"
Halloween is among us!!!
Thanks to @apophis for his first release and most of the inspiration for this recreation. It's hard to come up with new ideas when the first one was so good. The entire base pf and plastics set was upscaled and then work started from there. The main part of the playfield was recreated exactly like apophis had it. Many easter eggs and other playfield additions brought in all over the place. Some you won't discover until you turn some models on in the script. I found myself going in circles at one point and things became cluttered and started to feel like a fake table (which it is) instead of a table that could really exist. Clutter was removed and some things on the plastics for example were reeled back in and simplified which I think brought some realism to the table.
Thank you to @hawkeyez88 for working on updating his puppack for TOH. The table and puppack go hand in hand and I do not recommend having the table without the puppack!
I'd like to thank @hauntfreaks for making a special edition backglass for this release as well. (included
GrimmReaper (discord) had one of the last edits in testing on the table for VR users. He replaced the Backglass with HF's image and put the puppack videos on the apron. Thank you.
Lastly, I'd like to thank the initial conversation with VPW team and allowing me to use their table in a "redux MOD" of what had already been done by apophis. I give everyone involved in The Simpsons Pinball Party VPW release much thanks! I know I'm missing someone. Heck.. I should tag @UnclePaulie just because I'm certain he helped me somehow. lol
The enjoyment of this table is 100% audio and visual related. Original rules of the game remain original. This is the season and time for some spooky pinball tables! I hope everyone enjoys.

*** Please read before playing. There are several pieces/options to consider before you play! ***
Table:
The table script has cGameName="simpprtyh" set. You must set an alias in your VPMAlias.txt file to "simpprtyh,simpprty" or change cGameName back to "simpprty". This is a must or the table will not run unless you then go and modify the script yourself.
Rom and sound:
It is recommended you use the included muted rom with this release. To negate any effects the muted rom has when playing the original game, you have two choices:
1. use the pup-pack included that adds the muted music back unmodified game.
2. Use the media pack for the official release.
I have tested and both seem to work. I prefer option 2, as the altsound pack is awesome for the original game!

AGAIN... Altsound is for original game to negate the effects of the muted rom!
PUP-PACK:
Thanks to Hawkeyez88 for doing an update to his puppack this release. It has new music selections and some bug fixes that really bring this all together.

Altcolor:
While not required, two options for altcolor are included. See folders altcolor.pac and altcolor.pal-vni respectively. Either should go in your altcolor folder, but NOT BOTH. Choose the right one(s) for your setup and what you want. Since you have an alias entered for "simpprtyh", you will need to have both the altcolor folders simpprty and simpprtyh dropped into your altcolor folder if you want a color dmd for both original and TOH. I hope that makes sense.
Backglass:
Two options for backglasses are included - a "2Screen" and a "3Screen". If you use the puppack, I suggest using the 2 screen. Although, in testing there were some that didn't use a backglass file at all and just did everything with the puppack. I really like what Hauntfreaks did with the backglass though. It's all personal preference.

Strikes N' Spares (Gottlieb 1995) Lebowski Mod

This is a Lebowski themed mod of mfuegemann,
zany, and
Warbler33's Gottlieb Strikes N' Spares, a completely different game from the excellent Lebowski mod of Bally's Strikes AND Spares already on this site. Most of the modification is audio with close to 100 sound bites cheering and jeering your rolls in this bowling simulator. I didn't have much visual stuff to play with so I added a third DMD (it already has two) for fun, and turned the steel balls into swirly bowling balls. You have to press f1 and "show dmd". You might as well uncheck "use external dmd" because freezy's only shows the bottom half of the double dmd. The music folder is named the same as the original idigstuff SandS lebowski mod, I only changed a couple tracks. You will need to drop the nvram and cfg files into the correct pinmame folders. The cfg file lowers the volume of the background and cheering tracks from the rom, as I supplied alternates. Big thanks to the original authors mfuegemann and
zany, and Warbler33 for the vpx conversion. One problem, on my underpowered system, I can only get about 40 frames in before lag gets crazy and I have to reset. This was a problem with the original vpx conversion that was never fixed and I'd love any advice on what to do as my experience with vpx is extremely limited.

Speed Racer (Original 2018) graphic and music mod

This is a reskin and music mod of Jungle Queen. The original table was created by Starman in VP9, then convert to VPX by BorgDog, and then reskinned by Hursty, and now music mod added by MauiPunter.
The zip file contains everything you need for the table; the backglass, the media files, and the soundtrack to the show.
1. Place the sound files in your Music directory in a directory named speedracer.
2. The media zip contains all the media files you will need for Pinup Popper.
3. Place the VPX and directB2s file in your Tables directory.
Music Control:
Right Magna = Next Track
Left Magna = Stop Music
Music starts immediately when the table is loaded. Then randomly chooses songs from the playlist, which contains the background tunes from the TV show.
