  1. Metallica Premium Monsters (Stern 2013) VPW Mod

    Metallica Premium Monsters Table Tune-Up by members of VPin Workshop Discord. This was a long road for a table mod. Work started by EBisLit with brand new playfield 4 months ago. Playfield is now straighter than the one this had originally. This meant that the whole table had to be rebuild, so the table geometry is closer to the original table now. Added Flupper inserts, new flashers, Fleep sounds, latest nFozzy physics, some new textures, countless hours of tweaks and testing.
    Playfield: EBisLit Inserts: EBisLit nFozzy physics: Benji, iaakki Re-alignment: Sixtoe, iaakki Toys: Tomate Fleep Sounds: Benji Lighting: iaakki, Sixtoe VRRoom: Sixtoe, iaakki Miscellaneous tweaks: iaakki, Sixtoe, Tomate Testing: Rik, VPW team
    This release would not have been possible without the legacy of those who came before us including, most notably, HauntFreaks, Freneticamnesic, Sliderpoint, Byancey, Dark, Peter Docker. This is a mod of a mod of a mod, so thanks to all before us.

    Thank you to Flupper for 3D insert techniques. Thank you to Rothbauerw for nFozzy physics.

    UPDATE 106: We got some more feedback from Rik and EB how to make this play even more like the real cabinet. This ended up fine tuning slope angle, flip angles and various parameters of the table to make it a bit harder to play. LUT is now saving correctly. Tomate rendered better wireramps and Skitso finetuned lighting. Oqqsan made wheel image. Enjoy.

  3. Maverick VPW (for VPX 10.7) (Data East 1994)

    Ante Up! Welcome aboard the Lauren Belle for the release of Maverick from the VPW team!

    This one is one of many peoples grails, with (as far as we know) no version since a vp9 one. We were lucky that someone supplied us with a lovely set of photos with which we could build a lovely playfield from so this could finally be a reality!

    ** Please use VPX 10.7 ** - This won't necessarily be normal for VPW, as it's caused more than a few issues, but we wanted to try it as an experiment.
    ** Make sure you have the latest VPX 10.7 build, 249 was broken. **

    VR Options are all in the script.

    '*** V-Pin Workshop Mavericks ***

  4. Medieval Madness (MOD) nFozzy, Fleep Sounds, LUT 1.1

    Hello there,

    here i want to present to you an upgraded version of Ninuzzu, Tom Towers and Skitsos "Medieval Madness" table.

    I have implemented the nFozzy Physics, Fleep Sounds, and a LUT selector (Hold LMagna and scroll through the LUTs with the RMagna).
    I have also done some rubber cleanups and small changes.
    To fit the screen i adjusted the POV and stretched the y-scale a little...if you dont like it, change it back to the original scale (Y-Scale 1,12).

    I  want to thank Ninuzzu and Tom Tower for his table, Skitso for his graphic overhaul, VPW Team for their awesome example table, Bigus1 for his graphic overhaul and all other that are involved in there to deliver a much better VPX experience !

    Cheers and have fun

  5. Munsters (Original 2020) 1.05.vpx

    Folks have been asking for this since the other site went down. Sorry to say I am not 100% certain this was the released version but I believe it is close.
    This includes the pup pack that Nailbuster helped configure. I realize things have moved forward quite a bit since this original release in 2020. There are 2 files in there to deploy using 2 or 3 screens for your back glass.
    Hoping it helps folks - if you have a working version already you are NOT likely going to get anything with this update/release.
    If there are issues and bugs - please feel free to post - I am trying to get back into the vpinball scene.

  6. MINIONS (MOD) by NitroNimbus c/w Pup Pack

    @hawkeyez88 has been kind enough to offer his Mega link with out restriction for the pup-pack download.
    I think that is a very generous and awesome! thing to do.
    Please let him know how much it is appreciated!!
    The text file in the download has been update with his new link to the pup-pack, cheers!

    VPX conversion of yes another one of my FP Mods.
    Ok, technically a table for kids but give it a chance.
    You might be surprised how enjoyable and challenging it is to complete all the objectives.
    Hope you enjoy it, cheers!

    There are two versions in the download section:
    One with Pup-pack:  includes table and link to pup-pack.
    One with-out Pup-pack: includes table and B2s Backglass. (will not work with pup-pack)
    There are options at the top of the script to turn off the video on the apron if your having frame rate issues.
    LUT can be changed by holding the Left Magna save key and then hit the right Magna save key.

    Music files need to be placed in your VPX Music folder.
    Minions folder needs to be placed in you PUPVideos folder (if using pup-pack).
    Minions.UltraDMD folder needs to be placed with the table file.
    MinionsNP.directb2s file needs to be placed with the table file (if not using pup-pack).

    Table Author: ROM FP Version
    MOD 2.0: NitroNimbus FP Version
    VPX Conversion: Javier
    Backglass: hauntfreaks
    MOD 3.0.0: SLW   Please see here for changes and rule set https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/8677-minions-30/
    MOD 3.0.1: NitroNimbus  DMD animations, Playfield fixes updates, lighting, sounds, LUT, Minions animations and pup-pack

    Special thanks to:
    @DrSandraNo  (SLW)  for permission to mod and sending me her latest updated table to work from, much appreciated!!
    @hawkeyez88 for testing the pup-pack, cheers!

    Please note this is a single player table only!
    You can change this line Const MaxPlayers = 1 to Const MaxPlayers = 4
    You will have individual scores for each player but it will not remember who did what, so I guess you would call it co-op play.
    This makes the scoring un-fair for each playing depending on what has been done before.
    For example if player 1 locks 2 balls and then drains, Player 2 will only need to lock one ball to get multiball.
    Then player 3 will need to lock 3 balls to start multiball again etc...
    I believe this is the case for every FP table ever created, unless it is an older EM and/or resets the table every ball.
    Mine is set at 4 players, but if you want correct scores for each player you will just have to wait for your turn.... 🤪

  7. Mousin' Around! (Bally 1989) w VR Room

    So you wanna mouse around!

    This table was originally done by Herwey, and he gave me the permission to add all the latest physics, sounds, etc. to this fun table.  Thank you very much, Herwey!  On his version 1.1 he had help from several others including Schreibi, OldSkoolGamer, ICPjuggla, Cosmic80, Flupper, JPSalas, 32assassin, Sliderpoint, Ninuzzu, Dark, DJRobX, TTTTTWii, Bork and Thalamus.

    I did quite a few updates in version 2.0 mentioned below (and detailed in the vpx script), essentially getting up to the latest VPW physics and sounds, and other corrections.  Also thanks to Rothbauerw, PinStratsDan, Bord, Tomate, Sixtoe, Thalamus, and Benji for improvements, testing, and feedback on the 2.0 version!

    If you are playing in VR... you MUST select VR_Room = 1 in the script!!

    There are several options to select in the script, including ball brightness, color mods, GI and Flasher options, VR Room, VR clock, VR posters, VR topper.
    Color mods and flippers can be changed by clicking the right and left magna save buttons.  (You can turn that off in the script as well)

    IF YOU experience performance issues... there are options to change that.  First of all, you can uncheck "Reflect Elements on Playfield in the table options window.  Also, you can turn dynamic shadows off for additional performance if needed.

    Version 2.0 Updates include:

    - Implemented the table to a hybrid (desktop, cab, and VR), and has options for ball brightness.
    - Added VR to include an animated backglass (image from Wildman), and several VR options (room, poster, clock, topper).
    - The table and flipper physics have been updated to the latest VPW standards, as well as dynamic shadows, drop targets, ramprolling sounds, and several other tweaks.
    - Fleep sounds added, as well as relay sounds.
    - Added Flupper dome and Flupper bumpers.
    - Adjusted the flippers to be actual size, and tweaked the flipper physics.
    - Corrected a couple errors in the table, as the million lights didn't light up correctly, and a few other things.
    - Adjusted the lighting levels some.
    - Rothbauerw corrected some code to control the motorbank correctly, as there were cases it wouldn't move or impact nvram.  He also helped correct some other trap code issues.
    - Tomate added new plastic ramps and textures.
    - Enhanced performance as much as I could by removing all getballs calls and no longer destroy and recreate balls.  I implemented only the gBOT global call.
    - Updated the trough code to manage all balls on the table.
    - Updated some images to implement see through holes in the apron and back wall.
    - And several other updates, all documented in the script.

    Once again thank you to Herwey, Rothbauerw, PinStratsDan, Bord, Tomate, Sixtoe, Thalamus, and Benji for improvements, testing, and feedback!!

  8. Magic City (Williams 1967) [mod]

    The active gameplay, a center pop bumper, and wonderful artwork elevate Magic City to one of the great EMs.

    Magic City is a collaborative project between armyaviation, mlager8, apophis, and myself. It is a top to bottom rebuild on top of Loserman's scripting. mlager8 and armyaviation were on asset development, I was on visuals and physics, and apophis was on scripting and light map implementation. Visuals utilize Niwak's Blender lightmapper for a more dynamic experience (requires 10.7+).

    Line 12 of the script lets you adjust Room brightness (between 0 and 1).

  9. Mustang (Stern 2014)

    Light 'Em Up!

    What goes great with pinball?  Speed and Muscle Cars.  What makes it even better?  Great Tunes and a Mustang!

    This mighty workhorse was released in 2014 by Stern and features fast action game play and an actual turn table rotating with a Mustang in the middle.

    Dozer and team put together a beautiful rendition of this pin a few years back and the lighting and visuals are still top notch to this day.  Of course, some features on older Visual Pinball tables get antiquated and need to be re-mastered / modded with upscaled graphics, physics, sounds, etc. and the VPW libraries never fail to deliver.

    Some new goodies were added such as the incredible VR arcade room from Senseless which is a script option and pictured below also as well as a few other options.

    All in all, this table received this "tune-up" while at the shop:

    * nFozzy Physics, Fleep Sounds, VR Room, Flupper Domes
    * Lighting Tweaks, Dynamic Ball Shadows, Multi-Ball Cradle Physics
    * Script Organization, Ramp Refractions, Gameplay Balance, PWM Flashers
    * VR Cabinet Assets - Senseless
    * Playfield Upscales - MovieGuru
    * Arcade VR Room Assets - Senseless
    * Arcade VR Room Setup - DGrimmReaper
    * Testing - VPW Team

    Thank you to the original authors mentioned both online and in script.
    Dozer, Dark, Stefenaustria, Senseless

    Also, a big thank you to the Stern team that created this beautiful trophy.

    Go burn some rubber!

  10. Mustang Bullitt LE by Balutito

    First of all, thanks to Dozer and Siggi who each left their Mustang table free for modification.
    This allows me today to offer you this LE version 😃 on the BULLITT theme.
    I didn't put BULLITT's music on because I couldn't open the ROM to do an ALTSOUND, and the original sound from the ROM is very good.
    you can choose your car with the flippers, before throwing the first ball

    Version 3.0.1 Updates

    Fixed apron flashers New rear flashers Fixed apron card
    Version 3.0 Updates

    New scorer on apron to replace "pipe" scorer. Should be easier for everyone to adjust their POV to their liking New LUT selector (hold left magna and cycle with right magna; right magna only skips the music track) New Petey Piranha and star 3D models to tie theme together Minor Playfield adjustments
    Version 2.0.1 Update
    Fixed download file
    Version 2.0.0 Updates
    Fixes Proper lighting for inserts Improved playfield layout near flippers Adjusted graphics for Wario Stadium Adjusted spread/intensity of flashers New Mario Kart in glider mode primitive thanks to Andrei (and @Goldchicco  for the tip) -- hit Mario while he's gliding! New Turbo Mushroom primitive Mario Kart background music New back flashers Left Magna changes LUT Right Magna changes song
    Instructions:

    Place "MK" folder and the embedded MP3s (or any others of your choosing) in your default Music folder (Visual Pinball\Music) Note: I did not use a muted rom--with the music being fairly quiet on the existing rom, the MK music supplants it nicely and I wanted to keep any of the sound effects. Your mileage may vary. Optional Use the Palette screenshot to set your color DMD (as it stands, I prefer it to the "colored" version available on this site)
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Mario Kart, let's-a-go!
    Go for first as you blast off with DK, take a ride on rainbow road (don’t fall off!), spin your way through Wario Stadium, get bounced around Waluigi Pinball, and fill up at Coconut Mall in Mario Kart Pinball!
    When I started working on updating the Mario Andretti table, I immediately thought of this mod and was tempted to do it instead of the other given the quality of the resources. However, I decided to release the Mario Andretti table as close to the original as I could make it and do a full mod with the Mario Kart theme separately. I figured I've put about 50 hours into this mainly because this is my first full mod and not knowing what I'm doing at all.
    Switch the LUT with the right magna and enjoy!
    Thanks to:
  13. Mini Golf (Williams 1964)
    Ok, so here’s the back story. I stumbled upon a picture of a Williams’ “Mini Golf” table and was intrigued. (I forget exactly how/why I saw it now. I might’ve been browsing IPDB for sports-themed pinball tables and then searching VPU/VPF to see if cool ones I didn’t have were already in VPX). It seemed like a simple enough table, so I had a go at recreating it. Well, since I started, I’ve gotten too busy to work on it. And I was always going to have trouble tracking down a decent 3D model for the golfer (I barely had enough Blender skills to make the flagpoles). So, it was always either going to be a released WIP or a purely personal project. I decided to share it with the hope that someone might be able to take it over the finish line.
    Update 1: With JPO’s help, there is now a working backglass (separate download – it should be linked in the sidebar).
    Update 2: Thalamus sent me a golfer primitive, which I managed to write code to rotate around. I'm sure someone could do better with his swing mechanics (unless he's shooting dead straight to hole 9, he'll either clip into his clips or split away from his body at the waist). However, it's close enough to how to should actually look that I'm releasing it. I'm still leaving this download marked as a WIP because one of the 2-player modes that I thought was working has broken (or it never worked to begin with) and I'm sure there are a lot of minor improvements someone *could* do. But I'm hopefully done tinkering with it, at least for quite a while.
    ~~~
    Some notes about controls and such:
    5 – Insert Credit
    1 – Start Game
    Left Flipper – Hold down to rotate shooter left
    Right Flipper – Hold down to rotate shooter right
    Left Magna Save – Hard tee off
    Right Magna Save – Soft tee off
    Plunger – Whatever tee off was done last (I originally had the magna saves select the type and plunger shoot, but I’ve now decided that using the magna saves to shoot is a better idea)

    Included in the download:
    -        The table (duh)
    -        A Tarcisio style wheel

  15. Mickey Mouse in Steamboat Willie (Original 2022) Manbearpig

    Created from Circus (Brunswick 1980)
    10.7 required.

    Table from JPSalas (Thanks again)
    DOF from leeoneil
    Original art from Redwings13, but no longer present. But a thanks because the table may not have been created!

    So there is a real version of this table created by Craig Monyhan. I have only seen video and found some images from pinside. I tried to replicate it as best as I could. Since he created it basically from scratch the plastic are a little different shape and position. This is version is just running the Circus ruleset which I think is basically what he did, but had to write the code into his Arduino.

    I have the entire soundtrack built into the table and it’s so close to matching the DMD video, but it’s not necessary they match, so I left it the way it was.
    There is no Rom needed as JP created it without.
    Table, Back glass, DMD video, and Wheel in zip.
    If you are only playing desktop mode you will want to drag the score back into view (its in the lower right corner).

    Here's the link to the original if you want to check it out.

    Version 2.0 by UnclePaulie 2023

    This version was done with UnclePaulie's Elektra as a baseline to start, since both were Bally 1981.  I built everything ground up from there.  Used a few prims and images from JP's prior table, as well as some logic.  Also used EBisLit's playfield.

    Included in this Version 2.0 is Hybrid VR/desktop/cabinet modes, a new playfield from EBisLit, VPW physics, flipper tricks, dynamic shadows, Fleep sounds, Lampz, 3D inserts, new baked general illumination lighting and AO shadows, sling corrections, drop and stand-up targets, saucer, playfield meshes, various primitives, etc.  Significant time was spent on researching online videos, to ensure accuracy of shots, ball drops, kickouts, and overall playability.  I also created a desktop backglass with a cool lighting effect, as well as the VR backglass and other VR options. There are also some performance improvements, and I added a playfield mesh for the playfield, so there's a realistic bevel in the saucer.

    Thank you to EBisLit for the playfield image, and Redbone for upscaling and cleaning up the plastics image. Thanks to iaakki for teaching me how to bake the GI and AO shadows.  Thank you to JPSalas for some of the primitives used (backwall lights, lower flippers, and bumpers).  Also for some of the logic.  Thanks to Hauntfreaks for the backglass images.  Thank you to Bord for the upper flipper images. And thank you to the VPW team for testing, especially apophis, BountyBob, RobbyKingPin, Tastywasps, Wylte, and PinStratsDan.

    There are several options in the script.  Including VR, ball brightness, and LUT lighting options.  The LUT changes are done by holding cntl (or left mangasave) and then while holding, scroll through the options with the right magnasave.  The Dip Switch settings are done in the script and are hardcoded.  IF... you want to change them, there's a setting in the script to manually override that, and then use F6 during gameplay to bring up the Dip Switch setting.

    This is a hybrid table done in VPX 10.74, and I have code in here to automatically choose between VR, desktop, and cabinet.   Additional VR options in the script include two VR environments, a VR clock, a topper, posters, and settings for dynamic shadows if you experience a performance hit.

    Thanks again to EBisLit, Redbone, iaakki, and the VPW team!

  19. Meteor (Stern 1979) [SK-5]

    One the great classic pinball games and Steve Kirk's second of three for Stern. Meteor is a very satisfying game with balanced rules and multiple scoring strategies.

    Game notes:
    In the script options you must choose values for VR_Room, or Cab_mode.  (The default is desktop mode of zero values).  If you are using a full cabinet, VR_Room = 0, and cab_mode = 1.  Desktop mode they are both zero. Additional options in the script include two VR environments, a VR clock, and settings for dynamic shadows if you experience a performance hit. The sound emulation for Meteor stinks. IRL the game sounds aren't nearly as awful. SORRY!

  20. Michael Jordan (Data East 1992)

    This is the hybrid 4 view version of Data East 1992 Michael Jordan. All the same credits that I put into the last release of this table at https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/5830-michael-jordan-data-east-1992/. I'm not suggesting that you should download that version, but all the description and past credits are there. This version includes 4 view to make it a hybrid, those views are Desktop, Fullscreen, Full Single Screen, and VR.

    Current credits go out to:
    Rawd - for making me a really cool and original looking launcher button and housing, including lighting it up and blinking. Also, for beta testing and giving suggestions to make it better.
    Ahr1man - for his beta testing and bug reporting, and his suggestions to make it better.
    VPW Crew - for VR room and Beacon from Lethal Weapon 3 only converted to clear.

    Happy New Year everybody, I hope you enjoy this table.

  23. Minions 3.0

    This is an update to the original Minions table created by Javier.  It is a port from the FP version created by ROM and Nitronimbus.  The game has had major changes.  Most of them is to fix/implement/complete routines so major goals can be completed.

    I originally really hated this game.  The music was repetative and there seemed like no real way to progress through the goals.  It turned out that was true.  Some of the code was incomplete, even in the Future Pinball version of the game which I used as reference.  I have completed the intent of the coding and if all five goals are complete, then the 50 MILLION goal can be attempted.  Initially I was going to just upgrade the code to use UltraDMD and FreezyDMD, but I could not leave the code as it was.  I hope you enjoy it!
    I also added an Options Screen.  If you hold the left flipper button down for 1.5 seconds between games, the screen activates.  You can set the number of balls, free play/credit, change music, and reset high scores.

    There are five goals that must be completed before you can attempt the 50 MILLION shot:
    1) Complete all targets
    2) Open the hideout and then knock down the three minion popups.  I've made it slightly easier to get into the hideout by extending the hideout switch timer to 15 seconds.
    3) Perform a MultiBall run.
    4) Run up all the Ramps.
    5) Run down all the inner and outer lanes and hit the Collect Lanes four times to play the four Narrations.
    Easy, right?

    Install the table, backglass and Minions.UltraDMD directory to the table directory.  Copy the  contents of the Music directory to the VPX Music directory.
