Mustang (Stern 2014)

Going into this, I expected just another car pin and had never played or done research on this game. @TastyWaspsand I worked on a premiere of the table and I started playing it before the stream. I was blown away at the flow, but also how quickly the game drew me in. It is simple, yet has a ruleset that allows for stacking of modes, and so many multiball modes. 

A familiar ramp with the saucer near the lower right flipper brings back feelings of CFTBL, and the layout is a joy to play. Watch out for the drop targets! I had no idea this table was design by John Trudeau, but that flipper gap is definitely a reminder.

GREAT physics implementation, incredible ramp work and shadows, this thing pops! Wasps is really cranking these out, and I for one really appreciate the attention these lesser known tables are getting.
 

You're not kidding, the VPW Libraries do deliver. It's awesome when the ball bounces around realistically and you can feel and hear every roll/bump/hit etc. Nice choice of tables too, Dozer and team did a fantastic job and these additions escalate the table's awesomeness. Thanks to everyone for sharing and a special thanks for the VR, it looks way cool

Played this one a *ton* in The Pinball Aracde back in the day and have also tried all the VPX versions. We all know the story: "it's such a great table but I just wish it played like the real thing!" Well, now it does, and I'm gonna wear this one out. Not a car guy here at all, this is truly an example of theme mattering very little to me and it all being about just how damn fun the thing is to shoot. (Tho a great soundtrack of rock classics doesn't hurt.)
