Yes, we are aware of everything that is uploaded and by whom. 

Yes, there are specific criteria that has to be met before the automation will change the users status. This criteria is only known by the automation and myself. None of the other admins or mods are able to see or change these status. Unfortunately, the automation is currently broken by a site update and things have to be verified and done manually.

Please keep in mind that this site is a hobby site. Things around here get done when our real lives are able to dictate. When we have spare time outside of our normal work hours and family lives.  In the mean time, please refrain from messaging myself or other admins/mods in regards to this.
