Planets- Williams 1971
By Itchigo
This is Planets, the sister table to Zodiac. The only difference I know if is Planets doesn't have a credit window (this version does). This is Drinkcrystal's version that Polsonator2 upscaled the graphics, and I made a b2s for it. I'm not sure if the scoring is working correctly, but it's free to mod and/or improve.

2 Songs Add On Iron Maiden - Legacy Of The Beast
By Gude
These are two song add ons for the fantastic Iron Maiden - Legacy Of The Beast table. These songs are two of my all time favourites, so I need to add them to the table And yes, I know, it is not the correct Evil That Men Do image, but I couldn´t find one that worked for me, so I choose this one.
Please check out the fantastic Iron Maiden Song Selection Add-On Pack by soundscape for instructions how to add these images and songs to the table

Retro King 2.0
By Anthias
This is a port to VPX of an old original EM from VP7, which I originally released in 2004.
The Retro King is a powerful artifact, rumored to grant incredible fortune to the one who holds it. Its existence officially is suspect, however many died holding it, or trying to obtain it in the gambling dens of the 1920s. Can you hold it long enough to earn your fortune, and stay alive while doing so?
An original theme. This table is free to mod without permission.
2.0 port to VPX, reskin, add gi lighting, add ball sounds etc, add physics scripts, add b2s, add ball and player indicators on apron.

Rainbow PUP-PACK
By LAROUILLAS
Rainbow PUP-PACK
Rainbow (also known as Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow or Blackmore's Rainbow) are a British rock band formed in Hertford in 1975 by guitarist Ritchie Blackmore. Established in the aftermath of Blackmore's first departure from Deep Purple, they originally featured four members of the American rock band Elf, including their singer Ronnie James Dio, but after their self-titled debut album, Blackmore fired these members, except Dio, recruiting drummer Cozy Powell, bassist Jimmy Bain, and keyboardist Tony Carey.
This line-up recorded the band's second album Rising (1976), while Long Live Rock 'n' Roll (1978) saw Bob Daisley and David Stone replace Bain and Carey, respectively.
Long Live Rock 'n' Roll was also the last album with Dio before he left the band to join Black Sabbath in 1979.
Rainbow's early work primarily used mystical lyrics with a hard rock/heavy metal style, then went in a more pop-rock oriented direction following Dio's departure from the group.
In 1979, Blackmore and Powell revamped the group, recruiting three new members
—singer Graham Bonnet, keyboardist Don Airey and another then-former Deep Purple member, bassist Roger Glover
—and this line-up gave the band their commercial breakthrough with the single "Since You Been Gone" from their fourth studio album Down to Earth. With Joe Lynn Turner, who replaced Bonnet in 1980, Rainbow recorded three more albums
—Difficult to Cure (1981), Straight Between the Eyes (1982) and Bent Out of Shape (1983)
—that had commercial success similar to the band's previous albums.
Other members of the band during this period were drummers Bobby Rondinelli and Chuck Burgi and keyboardist David Rosenthal.
The band split in 1984, when Blackmore and Glover re-joined Deep Purple. In 1993, after leaving Deep Purple for a second time, Blackmore reformed Rainbow with a new line-up, fronted by a then-unknown Doogie White, which recorded their eighth and last studio album to date Stranger in Us All (1995).
Blackmore's change in direction, from rock to Renaissance and medieval-influenced music, led to Rainbow's second dissolution in 1997.
He revived the band once again in 2015, and they performed live occasionally within the next few years.
Over the years Rainbow went through many personnel changes, with each studio album recorded with a different line-up, leaving Blackmore as the band's only constant member.
Their longest serving lineup
—which featured Blackmore on guitar, Blackmore's wife Candice Night on backing vocals, Ronnie Romero on lead vocals, Bob Nouveau on bass, David Keith on drums and Jens Johansson on keyboards
—lasted from 2015 to 2023, when Romero announced his departure from the band.
Rainbow were ranked No. 90 on VH1's 100 Greatest Artists of Hard Rock.
The band has sold over 28 million records worldwide.

Punchout
By remdwaas1986
Are you ready to rumble?
There is a separate mediapack for the weels and other stuff. This table plays in 10.7 only you have to save it in 10.7 and then reopen it, but if you want to play VR then you need 10.8 version revision 1.
Last year Joe Picasso came to show the Punch-Out table to me, but people where already coding it. The table is based on a homebrew by Craig Evans. The project got on hold and i asked to look at it. I coded the table in 5 days and did 1 week bug solving. There is so much love in this table because of Joe Picasso, he wanted everything as authentic as possible regarding to the NES game. I think I redid the b2s 50 times and every time I thought I was finished with coding then Joe came with a new idea and I had to rewrite pretty much everything. But all the hard work paid off because its a super fun table to play.
First a round of thanks:
Oqqsan: Thank you for helping with the getup bugs we had and other bugs aswell.
Dardog: VR room
Flupper + Zandysarcade: 3d models
Outhere: DOF
JoePicasso: Design table,art,POV,keeping remdwaas1986 sane.
Remdwaas1986: Rules,coding,some art,3d modifications,3d animations.
RULES:
This is a 3 ball game(I know normally I only make 5 ball games), but like the real punchout game you have 3 chances to get up in each ball you play! After fight 3/7/11 you will get an extra ball.
You start at training level 0. To train for the fight, hit 4 times the reps scoop or 4 times the spar scoop to get a higher training level. After that you will get an extra ball and you have to hit the targets F-I-G-H-T N-I-G-H-T to get ready for the fight. Play then in the top scoop and the fight will start with a 3 ball multiball. Hit 8 times the knockout(KO) gate or 5 gut punches en 4 star gates(TKO) to win the fight. Every next fight will get harder because for every next fight you have to do an extra gut punch before you can start the KO or TKO sequence. After fight 11 the wizard point mode starts and the scoops/targets/inlanes will give 1 million points, the bumper 10k,the spinners 100k and the outlanes 2 million.
how many fights did you won?

Fullmetal Alchemist
By Anthias
This is a port to VPX of my Vp8 table from way back in 2007. Last year I ported it into VP9 so I could run on cabinet mode, however I have now brought it into VPX. In so doing, I have implemented a few things to bring it up to speed a bit more. It uses VPX goodies like Flipper stuff from JPSalas, ball rolling sounds etc, imported into this from my Yuki table. I have implemented GI lighting and a full B2S with the snippet style DMD displays. THe B2S has the messaging displays near the top of the backglass, and the scores duplicated to the DMD, but I can't test the DMD.
Desktop users can enable desktop displays by setting the DTMode variable near the top of the script to 1. DTMode and B2S variables are also toggled with 7 and 8 on the keyboard.
The artwork has been upscaled, and the plastics on this version are the secondary plastics file which was not in use on the previous versions, though it was present in the table file. I decided I prefered this one. I also added the apron decals.
All mods permitted. I may update this table one day with new art and adding sound samples to the table, but I can't give a time frame or even a guarantee that it will happen so if you feel the urge then go for it.

Mermaid (Gottlieb 1951)
By Polsonator2
**This table is available for anyone to improve and Itchigo and I give permission for anyone to post their own version.**
******** Mermaid ************* Gottlieb 1951
VPX Conversion 1/21/2025 by Polsonator2
I have converted another awesome 50's woodrail table originally made in VP9 by PBecker1946 and Itchigo. To release the ball after inserting a coin, push the RightMagnaSave button (if you want to map a different button you can alter this in the script under the key codes).
Thanks go to Itchigo and PBecker1946 for creating this awesome table in VP9. I have taken their original table and gave it a VPX makeover/conversion. I have taken PBecker's original image for the playfield and upscaled it to 4K, and I also did a ton of manual work to it cleaning it up, grafting better image details to the playfield, and various painting. I tried to fix details to make it look as nice as I could. I also incorporated into the table, as well as upscaled plastics, cleaned up and redidthe apron and instruction card, some screws, physics that I think match how I like on 50's woodrails I have played, materials changes, and I changed the wood to higher res different textures. I also updated a lot of the script, especially regarding the lighting events of the bumpers, etc. Fixed the Tilt not working. Completely redid bumper lighting in VPX format. Added things where needed, and removed unneeded script code. I created a lot of the new images used in the plastics as well. I also did this conversion for cabinet play so it may not be fully perfect for someone that plays on a desktop pc view, etc.
Included in the zip file is a wheel I created, a cabinet view POV file, a dmd image I created, an updated backglass with a more clear image, and commentary about the table history written by the original author PBecker1946.

The Lab 2.1
By Anthias
Back in the days of VP6 and VP7, there was a problem which sometimes occured where a file would become corrupted, and most of VPs objects would no longer function on that table. The Lab was one such file. Rather than scrap it, at the time in 2003 I took it as a challenge and completed it anyway. Instead of bumpers it had round walls. Instead of displays for ball in play and lights for bonus multipliers, it employed drop walls on the apron to act as indicators. The table was unable to have colours applied, and it was generally a pinball disaster area in terms of what the table could NOT have.
Recently as I have become more in touch with VPX and how it works, I have decided I wanted to revisit the porting of VPT files thing. What better table then to start than one without lights or many of the other items VPX handles differently? So I loaded the 22 year old VPT file into VPX and got cracking.
So while it is far from my greatest work, and certainly not of the standard of many modern VPX tables, the lab is still a bit of a curiosity. This 2.0 version has had its art revamped, and the table now employs GI lighting and B2S. It still retains the drop wall indicators on the apron, which has been closed over the drain. THe Bumpers also made an appearance, greatly improving game play. I copied into the script the nice things from the VPX starter table as well, so thank you to all those whose script is involved in that stuff.
What this means is it is now far more likely that I will at some time import a few of my better VP tables to VPX. And meanwhile, this strange beast is here to annoy you all. Mwaghagagagagagahgahahahahahahaaaa.

Slash's snakepit it's five o clock somewhere
By LAROUILLAS

Black Pyramid (Bally 1984)
By UnclePaulie
The legend known as Black Pyramid lives again through the far corners of Bally's 1984 pinball machine! This is a great play and challenging table. The main goal is to achieve 10,000,000 points to get a free game according to several reviews of game play. A good overview of the rules can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YEZIFjQppR4
This was a definite challenge to create as there wasn't a good playfield available, however thanks to @redbone for spending countless hours creating a playfield from various images on the web. And thanks to Apophis for helping me with various Blender techniques to obtain a solid VLM GI bake, as well as physics testing.
I was able to utilize various images, videos, and Redbone's playfield to get accurate placement of everything, and then implemented the latest VPW standards for physics, GI VLM, 3D inserts, AllLamps routines, shadows, updated backglass for desktop, Roth drop and standup targets, a swinging target, standalone compatibility, sling corrections, default and optional DIP adjustments, updated flipper physics, VR and fully hybrid, Flupper style bumpers and lighting. Redbone also updated the plastics, target images, and bumpers. Dozens and dozens of hours were spent studying gameplay videos to match the table skill shots and physics action.
Significant time was also spent on implementing a center swinger target solution to be a combination of Roth standup targets and the swinger target approach done by Loserman on Space Oddesy.
There are options included in this table via the F12 menu including colors for balls, flippers, screws, LED plastics, and brightness of bumpers when off and when lit. There are also multiple VR room environments and other VR options all done via the F12 menu. You can also change the ROM sound volume in the F12 menu. (Note if you want to change the ROM volume, you'll need to restart the table after the change.).
Please NOTE on the ROM settings: The default settings for the ROM options are hard coded into the script and are based on the recommended values from Bally for 3 balls. If you want to change the ROM settings themselves, you need to change the "SetDIPSwitches to 1" in the script, and then use the F6 menu to change.
Also NOTE: Bally recommends to ensure that the self-test position settings for the ROM menu items for 16,17,18,19 are set to "03". I recommend doing immediately when you first launch the game.
Here is the procedure to set the self-test positions on this Bally 35 MPU table:
Press 7 to enter test mode. Continue to repeatedly press 7 until you see 01 appear in the ball in play/match display Press and HOLD the 1 key until it reaches the value you want to set it to (start with 16). The value will increase by 1 while you are holding in the 1 key. If you happen to go past the value you want to set it to, while holding in the 1 key press and release the 7 key. The value will then decrement by 1 while you are holding in the 1 key. When you reach the value you want, release the 1 key. Set the value to 03. Repeat pressing 7 to scroll the remainder of the settings (17,18,19) and change values to 03 in the similar manner. Press F3 to save your changes and reset the table.

New Wave (Bell Games 1985)
By UnclePaulie
New Wave was a conversion kit done by Bell Games in 1985; utilizing a full reuse of Black Pyramid. Since I just finished Black Pyramid, it was very straightforward to use that as a baseline for the New Wave conversion kit.
@redbone spent a lot of time getting the playfield, plastics, bumpers, targets, and other images just right. He was able to utilize some prior work that @cyberpez did as well. I've included TONS of options in there, as it was a kit, and it appears that lots of different items could be installed. Also Cyberpez requested I add some options he was working on years ago. So, there are alternate plastics, bumpers, flippers, targets, rollovers, rollover lights, led edge lighting, and lots of ball choices... including a few glowballs. All changeable in the F12 menu. I was also able to reuse some work that was done on the cabinet for VR and the backglass. I think Devious626 did lots of that work in the past. And hauntfreaks did some effort in the past on the backglass. Those images have been incorporated as well.
I implemented the latest VPW standards for physics, GI VLM, 3D inserts, AllLamps routines, shadows, updated backglass for desktop, roth drop and standup targets, a swinging target, standalone compatibility, sling corrections, default and optional DIP adjustments, updated flipper physics, VR and fully hybrid, Flupper style bumpers and lighting. If you want to change the ROM settings themselves, you need to change the "SetDIPSwitches to 1" in the script, and then use the F6 menu to change.
Also NOTE: Just like Black Pyramid, Bally recommends to ensure that the self-test position settings for the ROM menu items for 16,17,18,19 are set to "03". Here is the procedure to do this. I've included the nvram in the zip file as well, so if you want to bypass that step and use it instead.
Here is the procedure to set the self-test positions on this Bally 35 MPU table:
1. Press 7 to enter test mode. Continue to repeatedly press 7 until you see 01 appear in the ball in play/match display
2. Press and HOLD the 1 key until it reaches the value you want to set it to (start with 16). The value will increase by 1 while you are holding in the 1 key.
