Millionaire (Williams 1987) b2s with full dmd
so after talking with my EMU teammates, especially @teisen I decided to do an authentic version of the BG
I found three decent BG images... took the best aspects of each and combined them into one cohesive 3k image
after that a backbox lightboard was found, and once again Cliffy found me a BG reverse... 
so I had all I needed to build the b2s

• pretty clean, remastered, high-res, decent detailed, 3k image
• correct GI lighting, light mask, flasher bulbs, bloom placement
• feature lamps, font match and placement (on on full dmd)
• high-res, high-detail full dmd and cab art redraw
