Due to system limitations searching with words of 3 or less characters will not return results. For instance; Doctor Who.  This will not return results as the system is trying to search for both Doctor AND Who in which Who will not be found as it's a 3 character word.  To find Doctor Who; you'd search for either Doctor or "Doctor Who".

    Search Tips:
For specific searches; enclose your search with quotes. Example: "Doctor Who" or "Addams Family".

Please enjoy this update to Goldchicco's masterful retheme of Gottlieb's Devil's Dare. Original authors: by @Goldchicco, @2borG, Andrei Miraklov, @chucky87, Hawkeyz88, @iDigStuff, @Pinballfan2018, BuffaloPinBro, @Shaggysrsg Imagine being hired to work overnight cleaning a Chuck E. Cheese, only to discover the animatronics come to life and try to kill you. That's Willy's Wonderland. A retheme can only go so far, but this one goes far beyond that. The creativity and attention to detail throughout the table are incredible, and I was especially impressed by how elements of the original Devil's Dare were adapted to fit the Willy's Wonderland theme. A huge thank you to Goldchicco for allowing this release. Fans of the movie will feel right at home, while all pinball fans will enjoy a genuinely fun table. Updates I made in this version: Updated physics and filled in missing tables sounds worked to further match the gameplay to Devil's Dare fixed issue where balls gets stuck behind upper flipper corrected the position of switches that were reversed incorporated DOF script updates from @outhere Info: Place the mp3 files inside Music\Willy folder mp3s link here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1w4PqwUvYISJG1PIN4MU9k3zJnjPEvkcF?usp=sharing ** WARNING ** this table use the Magnasave buttons: Left magnasave: activate the kickback (when enabled) Right magnasave: change music track use line 52 to enable VR, change to VrUser = 1

Thank you Goldchicco, 32assassin, Mfuegemann and Francisco666 for creating this table! Devil’s Dare is a 1982 widebody pinball machine from Gottlieb known for its bold, arcade-style look and early use of synthesized speech. It’s a fast, challenging table with multiball action that helped bridge the gap between classic and modern pinball design. I added nFozzy physics and Fleep sounds. @studly_do_right added VR. @teisenLighting, materials, inserts, bumpers, targets, spinner animation, shadows, and overall visual and environment enhancements. @Cliffynew lockbar and desktop rails thanks @Dicentim for DOF test thanks @DGrimmreaper for updating the VR cabinet and backglass and adding VR animations thanks @RajoJoey for the amazing VR cabinet assets! thanks @hauntfreaks for backglass assets! Enjoy! Note: this is a widebody table, so in my opinion it shouldn’t fill the whole screen on a cabinet. Leave a few inches of black at the bottom (shrink it vertically) and scoot the table up towards the backglass. You won’t notice the empty strip at the bottom while playing because you'll be too busy enjoying a good aspect ratio.

The indicated bonus is scored when ball enters the red hole or when leaving the playfield. One piece of Gottlieb documentation shows a date for this game of June 1975 but Cash Box Feb-22-1975 page 41 states Gottlieb had already wrapped up its overseas shipments of this game and its domestic deliveries were in progress. Gottlieb's documentation may have intended to indicate January 1975. According to the Gottlieb Engineering Game Cards, this game was ready to leave the Engineering Department in January 1975 for the production floor, and the next card dated April 1975 shows the game had already left the Engineering Department. re-up from a couple years back, no changes. For those of you with more friends than I have, I did a quick conversion of my Card Whiz into the 4 player Royal Flush. The table is identical, just changed the backdrop, put the score reels back in view (my base template is 4 player so scripted Card Whiz with this in mind) and built a new directb2s to go with it from images found online.

  15. Hello everyone, I’m running into a strange bug with the VPX version of Genesis (Gottlieb 1986) and could really use some insight. Here’s what happens: I hit the left ARMS shot once. This causes all four letters (A-R-M-S) to light up at once, and the multiball mode starts. So far so good – but the problem comes next. If I hit the same ARMS LAMP again during the multiball mode, the game seems to enter an infinite loop. It keeps adding points or bonuses endlessly, and I can’t get out of it. The multiball mode basically gets stuck in a broken loop. I’m using: VPX 10.0.8.1 pinMAME 3.7.0.222 Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known emulator issue, a ROM bug, or something specific to this VPX table version? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Thank you to @cyberpez @dboyrecords @CompuFox @luvthatapex for creating this beautiful table and making it free to mod! "The mighty warrior of the gods challenges you." (Marketing Slogan) Mars God of War is a 1981 pinball game designed by John Buras and released by D. Gottlieb & Company (1977-1983. I added nFozzy physics and Fleep sounds and implemented VR thanks @RajoJoey for the amazing VR cabinet assets @teisen - many visual enhancements such as lighting, shadows, inserts, bumpers, and a lot more @Cliffy - improved VR cabinet hardware such as coindoor, other metals, and added desktop lockbar @DGrimmReaper - worked on apron digits so they work in VR Desktop users can try the F12 option "Desktop VR Test". Set that to on, then restart the table. Zoom out using Z offset (also in F12) to see the whole cabinet and backglass in the vr room on your desktop. You won't be able to look around but it's cool to see the whole cabinet with the table in it, imo

Matching last number in score to number that appears on back glass when game is over scores 1 replay. Free replays depend on the difficulty level chosen IPDB HIGHLIGHTS: Date Of Manufacture: January, 1961 Production: 2,200 units (confirmed) Notable Features: Flippers (2), Pop bumpers (2), Slingshots (4), 10-bank drop targets (2), Kick-out holes (5), Standup targets (4). Two slingshot kickers in upper playfield. Backglass light animation: completing a bank of drop targets lights one of four "starred" cards in backglass. Lighting three cards makes playfield specials lite alternately. Maximum displayed point score is 9,999 points. Design by: Ed Krynski Art by: Gordon Morison Notes: The add-a-ball version of this game is Gottlieb's 1971 'Dimension' but with different artwork. The backglass in the manufacturer’s flyer shows colors that are not replicated on all the production glasses that we show. Specifically, the large green area below the score reels are a uniform color of green in the flyer, the lower right striped area has stripes that are as yellow as the upper playfield, and three of the five large stars above ‘2001’ are this same yellow color. In some production glasses, the area below the score reels alternate between green and yellow-green, the stripes are yellow-green instead of yellow, and the three stars are also yellow-green. Even if allowing for color variations in flyer printing and/or camera processing, or differences with lighting used when the games were photographed, these color differences appear discrete and suggest more than one color set was made during backglass production. However, based on the game shown here having serial number 05430, we cannot say with confidence that production games with backglasses that match the flyer are Early Production. Other explanations for these color variations are possible. '2001', its add-a-ball version 'Dimension', and the add-a-ball export version 'Galaxie', all made by Gottlieb in 1971, are the first pinball machines to feature multiple banks of drop targets.
