Strikes N' Spares (Gottlieb 1995) Lebowski Mod

This is a Lebowski themed mod of mfuegemann,
zany, and
Warbler33's Gottlieb Strikes N' Spares, a completely different game from the excellent Lebowski mod of Bally's Strikes AND Spares already on this site. Most of the modification is audio with close to 100 sound bites cheering and jeering your rolls in this bowling simulator. I didn't have much visual stuff to play with so I added a third DMD (it already has two) for fun, and turned the steel balls into swirly bowling balls. You have to press f1 and "show dmd". You might as well uncheck "use external dmd" because freezy's only shows the bottom half of the double dmd. The music folder is named the same as the original idigstuff SandS lebowski mod, I only changed a couple tracks. You will need to drop the nvram and cfg files into the correct pinmame folders. The cfg file lowers the volume of the background and cheering tracks from the rom, as I supplied alternates. Big thanks to the original authors mfuegemann and
zany, and Warbler33 for the vpx conversion. One problem, on my underpowered system, I can only get about 40 frames in before lag gets crazy and I have to reset. This was a problem with the original vpx conversion that was never fixed and I'd love any advice on what to do as my experience with vpx is extremely limited.

Zissou - The Life Aquatic (Original 2022) Sound Mod
This table was created by @Manbearpig and was based on Gottlieb Tiger by @Loserman. This table is modeled after the table in the Wes Anderson movie The Life Aquatic. The real machine is in Bar Luce’ in Italy. Manbearpig executed this table to perfection, with help from @flux, and @Goldchicco. The sound mod contains the eclectic soundtrack from the movie, which is a nice compliment to this table. It has original music from Devo, David Bowie, The Zombies, The Stooges, Joan Baez, Sven Libaek, Scott Walker, and Brazilian musician Seu Jorge. Also, the orchestral theme music was composed by Mark Mothersbaugh of Devo.
The zip file contains everything you need for the table; the backglass, the media files, and the soundtrack to the movie.
1. Place the sound files in your Music directory in a directory named Zissou.
2. The media files you will need for Pinup Popper.
3. Place the VPX and directB2s file in your Tables directory.
Music Control:
Right Magna = Next Track
Left Magna = Stop Music
Music starts immediately when the table is loaded. Then randomly chooses songs from the playlist, which contains the background tunes from the movie.

This is a reskin and music mod of Jungle Queen. The original table was created by Starman in VP9, then convert to VPX by BorgDog, and then reskinned by Hursty, and now music mod added by MauiPunter.
The zip file contains everything you need for the table; the backglass, the media files, and the soundtrack to the show.
1. Place the sound files in your Music directory in a directory named speedracer.

Oba Oba (Taito 1978) Sound Mod

Oba Oba
'Oba Oba' was a playhouse in Rio de Janeiro, established in 1973. The man who appears on the playfield is Oswaldo Sargentelli, founder of the house. The show was about samba and its famous mulatto, who also appear on the playfield and backglass.
This is a music mod and includes famous samba and bosa nova music to accompany this fun table. The table was created by JPSalas with source images by Carlos Guizzo and Tio Italo, backglass by Wildman, with a music mod added by MauiPunter. I find it really relaxing playing at this table.
The zip file contains everything you need for the table; the backglass, the media files, ROM, and the soundtrack to Oba Oba.
1. Place the sound files in your Music directory in a directory named obaoba.
2. The media zip contains all the media files you will need for Pinup Popper.
3. Place the VPX and directB2s file in your Tables directory.
Music Control:
Right Magna = Next Track
Left Magna = Stop Music
The table includes LUT controls which also are controlled by the Magna Save buttons, so, set your brightness and then you will be able to rotate through the songs.

Banzai Run (Williams 1988) - PinCabViewVPX MOD (With Playable Backglass - 2/3 screens)

Here a special release !!
I'm glad to share here a mod of JPSalas Banzai Run 1.0.2 table with working and playable backglass playfield in 2nd screen 🥳
To work, this mod needs to be launched using the "PinCabViewVPX_launcher.exe" included. Please read the bellow instructions.
In fact it needs more than just a launcher... It needs a Custom VPinballX build, ReShade and PinCabView/ArcCabView shader 2.6
How to install :
- Just extract this full archive in your VPinballX root folder (standard D3D9 build / v10.7 minimum as I didn't test with previous versions)
- Do not change anything and run directly "PinCabViewVPX_launcher.exe" (it should be next to your usual VPinballX.exe)
- That's all
- You have to use the launcher (PinCabviewVPX_Launcher.exe) to run the supported games (for now only Banzai Run)
PS: If needed, after the 1st launch, you can set some options :
If it's slow, not nice enough or if your screens are not displayed where they should (DMD and Backglass screens switched), just check options in "PinCabViewVPX.ini" (should be next to the launcher in Visual Pinball X root directory)
(Keep "DMDPositions", "DMDSizes" and "BGScreenNbr" at "0" if it's ok like that and never edit any "xxx_default.cfg" files)
Depending of your configuration, it will display the score leds in the backglass screen or in your 3rd screen.
"PauseMenu" option is available to get or not the VisualPinball pause menu before quit (with Esc key)
"ApronCrop" option is available in PinCabViewVPX.ini if you don't want to display the apron part of the table
"DMDScreenPercent" option is available in PinCabViewVPX.ini if you don't use the full DMD screen area
"FullDMDScreen" option is available to display the DMD in your full DMD screen area (can work with "DMDScreenPercent" too)
"SetPerfMode" option can help for low configs (also setting the table to use "Fast FXAA" and lower "details level" for example can help too)
"IntResLevel=1" should be ok for most people and matches 1080p screens, "IntResLevel=0" will bring a big boost ("2" and "3" will require more power but the game will look better on UHD screens)
...
Also some more options are available in in ReShade’s UI (access with “home” key ingame)
Important :
- Don't change the table's POV !!
- Don’t edit any “_default.cfg” files !
- You need at least 2 screens to be able to play in cabinet mode (backglass display is needed to play)
- This mod was made to runs only in "Cabinet mode" (but a “landscape desktop mode” is now available)
- Your playfield screen has to be your main screen and should be your "top-left" screen (negatives screen positions are not supported)
- All your screens have to use the very same DPI Scale
- FSS mode, Stereo3D and TrueFullScreen are disabled
- The internal resolution level can be set in PinCabViewVPX.ini (it can be very slow with high values)
- The included table won't be displayed as it should using the official Visual Pinball releases
- The backglass width can be adjusted ingame in ReShade UI with the “BackglassWidth Scale” slider
- The display size of the table can be set in ReShade UI with “Manual Main Screen Zoom” sliders.
Banzai Run table MOD (mostly a functionnal mod, still the JP table at 99%) :
- Backglass parts moved to the bottom of the table
- Script update to get the backglass elements always visible
- Script update to get the lifter moves in the table's backwall too
- Script update to fix the lifter moves (should be accurate now, the switches hack is removed)
- Added ball falling down from backglass and ramp collision sound
- Many art's colors adjusted with less saturation
- Lifter moves and backglass playfield arts improved
- Flipper shadows added
- Some small other changes...

You can also put for this new table default “Preset” cgf files, a “Data” ini file and "Textures" images just like I did for "BanzaiRun" (and some special options in PinCabViewVPX.ini too!)

This Table works only with puppack. Three choices : 2screens with DMD on BG, 3 screens with full DMDand 3 screens with real DMD
Dragon's Lair is the first table with QtE (Quick time Event) based on the arcade game.
You must save the princess Daphne with different quests.
To Access the quest, you must hit the gate in middle of the playfield
Let run the quest at the end and you have three choices: left(left flip), right(right flip) and sword(launch ball).
After 6 quests successfully done, you have the Super Quest with two scenes.
To make Multiball, go to the left and to the right ramp and go to the center hole.
This is my first script, be indulgent.

just in case anyone wants to not use the pup, but still wants the background music.... follow these steps
1) download the file below and unzip
2) put the AlienC folder in your music folder
3) put the VBS file where you have the table and make sure its named the same as the table
4) reopen table, and enjoy

Alien Covenant Pup Pack Version 1.0.3
Added Music only pup pack option for those that don't want to use the pup pack video but want to add audio to the table. The audio only pup pack will play a song at start, then after ball lost the song will randomly change to a different song. Simple but works to add music to those that don't want to use the video pup pack.

RAD was one of my favorite movies when I was growing up in the 80s and when I discovered there was a Bally BMX table by JPSalas, I just had to do a sound and theme mod for it. Also, thanks to hauntfreaks for creating an amazing backglass.
Please keep in mind this is my very first attempt at anything with VPX, so your patience is appreciated. While my mod is quite simple I hope to revisit it over time to learn more about creating and modding tables. A pup-pack for the movie to go with this table is coming in the future.

Fathom (Bally 1981) 1.0.0 - redbone(colorsmod)

This table was modded after talking with Vogliadicane and Goldchicco. I settled on using Goldchicco's table because it was the most recent updated with some modern scripting features. I debated with myself quite a bit about even doing one because their 3 tables are really awesome. The LED and Antique MODS from Vogliadicane are undeniably unique and awesome. Goldchicco's table has the modern scripting and a bit of fixes. I knew there were some gains to be had on playfield quality and slight gains on plastics. I ended up recreating both by going back and pulling together some some online resources, ideas from Vogliadicane's plastics and even some of 32assassin's playfield. Beyond playfield and plastics, my focus was some accents on certain playfield elements using lights. I just really wanted to have some fun with this table. Some of you purists may not like it. You can turn these on/off in the script if you don't like them. Several lights and hues were tweaked to accent portions of the plastics as well. One of the last bigger things I did was create new bumper caps. I actually used a picture of an antique iridescent plate I found on ebay to create these. I thought it worked pretty nice. The inserts got worked a bit too and again.. colors added everywhere. I tried to make it new and interesting without overdoing it.

First and foremost I would like to say that it is just a Black and White modification of the original ICPJuggla table, which I thank for allowing me to do it and making it available to the entire community.
The goal of this table was to recreate a mod I saw on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=smZbKsvyoP4&t=229s
This table originally comes from FP , from Francisco666 and Rom. He was made VP by ICPJuggla and had a few helpers at big names like Tom Tower, Zany, Ninuzzu, Bodydump and Ezepov.
I think that JP Salas is also working on this project.
I hope I haven't forgotten anyone.
I only ask one thing of you, keep having fun in this wonderful pastime.

Canasta 86 (Inder 1986) PhysicsMOD

I decided to redo the playfield of this popular pinball that recalls the 86 basketball world cup, which I shared with JPSalas to update their great work, and allowed me to do this with the new physics and other improvements from the vpw team, which I thank for his constant work and teachings
I also thank my Spanish friends who insisted on having this pinball in good resolution
It plays very fast as a good inder table, but you can get a lot of extra balls to drain you just as fast

This is a mod of a table released by HSM on 1/25/2020 over on VPF.
My mod includes lighting tweaks and a heavily reworked playfield and plastics. The rework features include:
corrected reflections on the playfield picked up by the original picture/scans where blacks weren't showing well in some areas removed many dust/scratches and other flaws on the base playfield and plastics upscaled all the major individual plastics and playfield items using Upscayl and chaiNNer with various AI models smart sharpen filters after upscaled downsized images to something more manageable cleaned up some of the inlays realigned some lighting adjusted some lighting values fixed corrupt .png file for ball fixed transparency issues under some plastics used instruction card from ipdb

I had a lot of hours into this before I realized that 32assassin had already released a VPX conversion of this table, but I was to far along to quit.
A portion of code was borrowed from his table to run mfuegemann's dB2s file correctly. STAT is credited for adding this code.

Magic City Music Mod

This is a music mod for Bord's Magic City. The "Magic City MM" folder goes into your music folder, and the .vbs script goes into the tables folder named the same as the table. Right Magna plays and skips tracks, left Magna stops music.
Since the Space Needle is on the playfield I chose some classy tunes from some of Seattles finest. Thanks Bord for making such incredible tables!!!
(The songs are jazz/funk covers of popular Seattle bands. Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Foo Fighters, Heart, Pearl Jam etc.)

Monday Night Football - (Data East 1989) Tennessee VOLS mod

Here is my Tennessee VOLS edition MOD of Data East Monday Night Football.
This is a reskin of Monday night football mod by SG1bsoN ( who modded an original table by allknowing2012)
Changes include: New images, 3d elements, lighting, an Altsound file, new backglass, overall theme change.
Note* alt sound file can be renamed to the MNF ROM If you don't need the alias just make sure to change the name in the script to match.

Centigrade 37 (Gottlieb 1977) Music Mod

A beautiful and mysterious cryogenically frozen women needs to be revived by getting the backglass
thermometer temperature to increase and raise her body temperature to 37 degrees Centigrade in Gottlieb's
1977 classic EM table.
There would always be a big story to tell about someone's life after being revived from a long cryonic preservation, what their life was like before and then after in very unfamiliar world. So, I decided with this
table enhancement to use songs with multiple themes of mystery, attraction, love, loss, life, death and a bit
of magic 🪄 - what's not to like. Songs used are from around the time period (late 60’s through late 70’s) of the table’s release.
***This is based on @iDigStuff's DIY EM music mod series***
He has created a new method that allows you to apply the music mod add on yourself in three simple steps in a totally nondestructive way.
Meaning this will not affect the original authors
table at all or change any elements!
It can also easily be bypassed or even deleted if you change
your mind and the table will play in its original state.
What is it?
Adds jukebox functionality to the table with custom themed music.
Adds some sound effects to enhance the experience.

I started this table Feb 2022 and my daughter has been asking me to finish it. When I first saw Hot Hand I thought it would be cool to have a rotating Tuk Tuk
From Feb I redid all my original art and moved all the lights. It has one track imbedded from the OST.
Play with your incline as it sometimes cuts off the 3D model of Sisu.
