  4. BatmanTAS

This was my favorite release as I worked on BatmanTAS and SupermanTAS at the same time and did a duo drop on the same day. I thought it was a great surprise. I was a big fan of both of these shows when I was younger. I love the color themes on both. This was the first time I decided that I would never make a traditional table again. I loved the idea of having goals, so that you had to explore the entire table. This was the first time we added Orbital Scoreboard to my tables. There was quite a bit back and forth between Rik Laubach, Mike Minnier and myself on this one with Rik ultimately being the king. The ball saves on the outer lanes are the key to this table and have been a staple on my adventure tables (need great reflexes). Batman lit up saves one lane. Robin lit up saves the other. I also did a little voice acting in these. Finishers of all goals treating to a satisfying finish. I have updated the media on these to prevent crashes that was an issue with the original release.

    Big Chief (Williams 1965)

This release wouldn't be possible without the following:
    user42 for the artwork
Wildman for the excellent backglass image
Like all of my releases, hold down the left flipper for 3 seconds when not playing a game to set the options.

ZIP includes a wheel image and directB2S

  6. Black Gold (Williams 1975)

This is my take on Black Gold (I had a lot of help thanks to the schematics). Honestly, I can see why it got cancelled, but it is still fun to play.

    Made possible by:

    Halen for the redraws
    $20 for the schematics

ZIP includes backglass and wheel image.

Like all of my releases, hold down the left flipper for 3 seconds when not playing a game to set the options. And this table has a bunch of options to change the gameplay.

  7. Bone Busters Inc. (Gottlieb 1989)

Bone Busters Inc. (Gottlieb 1989) VPX

I'm pleased to share this table because I think it works fully for the first time.
I spent a lot of time to fix the kickers, the flashers, the GI lights, some lights, some inserts, and the Opera Jackpot inserts,...
The sounds, the code, the lighting, most visuals, the gameplay,... have been improved.
I did my best to reproduce this pinball machine as close as possible to the real model.

Some options are available in the script to improve even more the lighting (LightsMod "0" should be fully accurate) and to change some other things like the sound volumes, LUT selection, right-up flipper key, instruction cards...
Some settings are also available with dipswitches (F6 key ingame)

But I have to say I did some elements of this table too quickly, I'm not a good 3D model builder and some primitives for the big plastic ramps would be really needed (at this time they are made only with walls and ramps...). So if someone else wants to take care of this and do the remaining job, please contact me

A big thank you to Apophis who added the Fleep sounds pacakge, nFozzy physics & flippers and other physics mods: flipper rubberizer, flipper coil rampup option, target bouncer.

Big thanks to 32Assassin for the beta table he released some time ago and thanks also to hmueck for the previous VPX versions.
Their works helped me a lot to rebuild this table and I took some elements directly from their tables (no need to do again the nice jobs they already did).

Thanks also to Colver and fluffhead35 for their testings, Sheltemke for testing and helping with some arts, eMBee for the apron, HauntFreaks for the playfield color corrections and the VPinWorkshop discord team for their friendly support (sorry if I forgot someone else)

    Side Notes :
    - By default the right-up flipper is controlled by the right-magnasave button (just like the real machine)
If you prefer there is an option in the script to use the right flipper button instead.
    - Some game settings are available through dipswitches (press F6 ingame to acces).
The table should be launched again after any changes to apply the new settings

This release wouldn't be possible without the following:

In the 27K lines of code I am sure there are a few things we still missed so feel free to let us know.  Our goal is to pay tribute to this amazing table but also show that there are no limits when it comes to originals.  We hope this will bring something the community will enjoy and inspire others to join in on the fun.

Big House is a very underrated pinball game. This table was already very well done and needed only to be updated and improved for vpx.
I added in this new version some nice features to really much improve the gaming and the visual experiences.
By the way, everything has been done to match at best the real pinball machine.

I did a very big work on the overall lighting and the sound of this table and checked every details to render at its best.
-The overall lighting power is set automatically depending of the LUT chosen.
-The overall lighting power is updated in live depending of the current GI state.
-Darkness level is updated in live and can be set in the scrip to be just "as you want".
-Most collision sounds and the sound code are updated.

Some Mods have been also included (apron color, blades, instructions in french)

    Most important changes :
    - Lighting redone completely
    - Sound redone almost completely
    - Script code updated and improved
    - Right ramp and captive ball moves improved
    - GI lights fixed and positioned to match the real pinball
    - Luts selection by Right MagnaSave
    - Mods selection by Left MagnaSave
    - Ball and flippers shadows
    - Playfield cleanups (and sharpness by movieguru)
    - Physics and gameplay improved
    - Visual, sound and configuration options added
    - Multiball light show improved
    - Many small details, materials changed,...
    - New backwall for desktop users
    - Digital display added for desktop users
    ...

I love this pinball and really hope you will enjoy it

  12. Barb Wire (Gottlieb 1996)

I'm very happy to share this table because for the first time it should be truly playable and complete.
Until now the way BigFatso moved in all the previous versions was wrong enough to kill the game's rules and the contact lens toy was missing.
To be clear it plays and looks now far better than expected when I started to rebuild this table
But don't expect to get one of the prettiest vpx tables: the ressources available for this pinball are very limited and not very good. Also I don't have enough skill to do something really better than that...

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
I wanted first to make a mod of the previous vpx versions of this table but I finally rebuilt it from scratch.
So this is a "new" VPX version but nothing would be possible without the previous versions made.

This is my first try... To rebuild this table I took some parts directly from the previous versions made (playfield lights, original script, switches,...).

I did a lot of work to redraw all the arts of this table because there is no real scans available.
So I did the same as the previous autors and tried to take the best from the few pictures available on the net...

Thanks to the previous autors (I won't be able to do anything without their work)
    - Destruk and TAB for the VP9 version
    - Rascal for the VPX conversion
    - Bigus for the MOD and an other VPX version

    ----
    Changelog
    2.6
    - Tilt Solenoid (GI) fixed and now accurate (was not 26 but 31. The result is not excatly the same)

    - VPM Lights mapping removed and replaced by "JP's VP10 Fading Lamps&Flashers"
    - Dome "lit" primitives removed and replaced by "iaakki's FadeDisableLighting"
    - Some kicker's ramdomness added (thanks to Thalamus for the trick)
    - Some more playfield sharpness by MovieGuru
    - Some code cleanups (Manual Ball Control removed)
    2.5
    - Big colision sounds update (sounds added, volumes adjusted, script rewrite...)
    - Ball sometime blocked in right ramp fixed

    - Script cleanups and performances improvements
    2.1 Hotfix
    - Ball falling down from left and back ramp fixed

    - Many details added
    - Some materials updated

  13. Bram Stokers Dracula

This is a re-upload from VPinball - no changes has been done from 1.1, which was the last version.

First and foremost. This is just a mod of ICPJuggla' re-creation of BSD.  I absolutely love that game, but, since it was created, VP has evolved and that is why I release this mod.
I orignally started modifying this table privately a long time ago. My main goal was to change its physics to play closer to a machine in Oslo, it was a bit worn, and I wanted to try to get that feeling. In the end though. It has become more or less a blueprint copy of another release. It just plays so much better than what I've been able to create.

This table originally came from FP, by Francisco666 and Rom.  It was converted to VP by ICPJuggla and he had some helpers in great names like Tom Tower, Zany, Ninuzzu, Bodydump and Ezepov.

I haven't worked with any of these, but, instead stolen shamelessly from the following guys especially.
DjRobX : Modulated flashers, and of course thank you for all the magic you do elsewhere.
Rothbauwerw : Hell, most of the stuff that makes me want to release it.
nFozzy : Hope you are doing well, we miss you and your expertise.
Dark : Haven't stolen prims for this table itself, but, tips in forums and PMs for sure.
Fleep : Great collection of sound samples, stolen a few.
Flupper : Totally ripped you code for LUT, and other stuff in forums.
Kiwi : Rolling code and great information in forums.
Schreibi34 : Your prerendered insert images came in handy.
JPSalas : Don't think I used your expertise on this release, but, I've learned a lot from you.
Bord : Haven't done any 3D in this, but, without you sharing your knowledge, I would not have understood a few of the tasks needed.
ICPJuggla and Dozer : For making this great table in the first place.
Voglidacane : Thanks for your LUT collection. I've used it more than once
LOstSOul : Thank you very much for the new playfield !
Robertms : Thank you for the tip about the env image and apron flasher trick for this table !

The VP and VPM devs - without you - this very enjoyable hobby would not exists.

I hope I didn't leave anyone out, but, I fear I might. There are so many great guys in our community, it is hard to keep track of you all, especially since I'm that kind of guy that fixes one thing, then leave it for a long time and then change something else.

BSD is a game where stacking of the multiballs is very important in order to get to those really high scores. Many of you have probably seen this video before, but, I want to  share this video for anyone that missed probably the most exciting IFPA World Championship finals ever.

    https://youtu.be/tUE_HaR2rBc?t=11362

I urge you guys to try to hold back on activating those multiballs until they are ready. And remember, if all goes to ... you will on the last ball most probably have Mist mb lit. Also, during rats and bats, play fast paced as switches completes those modes and yeah, bumpers are great for that. I've included a altcolor that I prefer to use, and also a nvram with reset HSD.

Since the 1.1 release, a great altcolor mod was released by Redrum
    https://vpuniverse.com/forums/files/file/6258-bsd-bram-stoker´s-dracula/

This release will play differently from the original, so a reset seems to me to be the best way to go about it. I personally recommend that you go into the rom and set video mode to a harder level.

I hightly recommend Wildman' db2s for this

    IPDB : https://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?gid=3072

ICPJuggla, requested that this table was only to be kept on VPinball, I'm kind of breaking that wish by posting it here. If for some reason he comes along and wants it taken down, I will delete it, no questions asked.

This table wouldn't have been possible without the valuable assistance of xsvtoys from Pinside. He provided invaluable playfield, plastics, and backglass scans and images, and had so many other great resources. Thanks buddy!

  15. Buck Rogers (Gottlieb 1980)

re-upload of old vpinball table.  hope to update someday now that I own a real one.

This started out as an upgrade to Sindbad's vp9 table found over on VPF.  Hauntfreaks did the inital layout and lighting etc in VPX last summer from a beta sindbad had put out during the vp10 beta phase and it's been mostly hanging out since then. I rebuilt all the code, keeping mainly the vari-target scripting form Sindbad's table, found some nicer plastic images courtesy of the interwebs and went to town this week.
New the top of the script is a line that currently reads "Const VT_Delay_Factor = .88".  What this line does is controls how fast the vari-target slows down the captive ball that hit's it.  The smaller the number the more it slows it down.  I'm not sure exactly where this number should be, but I do know a couple things: 1. it is possible to set the vari-target to the very back in one shot, I've seen it done in videos, 2. .8 I think makes it too hard to every achieve the 1 shot reset of the vari-target, 3. .95 makes it too easy to make that shot.  So somewhere in the middle is where we sit.  I have not yet made it in one hit with the current settings, but I have come close, it takes a timing shot with momentum on the ball to make it happen.  Feel free to play with this variable and report back what happens.

    Big Brave (Gottlieb 1974)
this is sentimental table for me, I had this machine in my bedroom when I was a kid and its what made me stumble into this silly hobby in the first place... Carlos past some photos on to Loserman and I which sparked some interest in building the table... so Loserman and I took on the task, I used Losermans gottlieb EM template to layout and build the visuals of the table, then past it back to Loserman for him to code the table....  Loserment is one top EM coders in the hobby also thanks to Carlos for the inspiration, and Borgdog for making a few primitive cutouts and testing
    4kish...lol PF and plastics
    full shadow treatment
    detailed lighting
    full set of primitive cutout

  18. Batman Dark Knight Skitso Mod 1.0

This is a Skitso remaster of Tom Tower’s and Ninuzzu’s Batman Dark Knight.
    Features:
Visual overhaul by Skitso New gameplay and physics by bord Yeah, I know I said MB would be my last Skitso mod release, but I couldn't resist to publish my long ago made personal mod of this table when I got my hands to bord's physics mod. Pooof, quick merge and here we are again...
This release will become obsolete in the (near?) future, as bord has a beautiful full render in the works. So, what can I say... enjoy this as a temporary amusement before the real deal coming later.

  19. Batman Dark Knight: Joker Lighting Mod Kit

THIS IS NOT A TABLE FILE!
This kit lets you modify, how the Joker is illuminated for Tom Tower's and Ninuzzu's
fantastic Batman Dark Knight table for VPX. It supports both, the normal and the LED
    version.

I made it, because Tom and Ninuzzu sadly left the VP scene some time ago, so I can't suggest
it to them personally. On the other hand I wanted to share my stuff to others.

  21. Barb Wire (Gottlieb 1996)

This is a VPX conversion of TAB and Destruk's 1996 Gottlieb Premier Barb Wire table. Big thanks to TAB and Destruk for their work. It can use some 3D models, but it doesn't look too bad as it is. Feel free to fix it up or modify it, after all I'm a newbie to the VP scene.
It needs the rom named "barbwire.zip". Hopefully you have a friend who has it, because the Gottlieb roms were pulled for all of the VP sites.

    Additional thanks to:
Zany for the Elevator Screw, the Flasher Domes, the Bumper Cap, Drop Target, Ramp and Flipper models
    Arngrim for the DOF review
Fuzzel for providing the images for the playfield lights
Batch for the Desktop Backdrop image
Inkchnito for the DIP switch code
Destruk for the VP8 table and the Lamp and Solenoid numbers

This table is really fun to play. Feel free to fix it up or modify it.
It needs the rom named "bighouse.zip". Hopefully you have a friend who has it, because the Gottlieb roms were pulled from all of the VP sites. Quietly ask your friend.

  24. Bounty Hunter (Gottlieb 1985)

This is a VPX conversion of a VP8 version of Gottlieb's 1985 Bounty Hunter. Big thanks to Destruk, Kristian, DesAngel, Inkochnito, and Luvthatapex for the VP8 version of the table. Also, if anybody sees something wrong with this  and can fix it or just wants to improve it, you have my permission to mod it. This table needs the rom "bountyh.zip" to run. Hopefully you have a friend that has it, because the Gottlieb roms have been pulled down for all the sites.

  25. Bell Ringer (Gottlieb 1990)

This is my first mod of a VP8 table to a VPX table. My first VPX anything for that matter.  Thanks to Destruk for the VP8 version. Cost a coin for 5 attempts, you have to select the start button to feed each ball. Fun game for the kids. Needs the Gottlieb rom "bellring.zip", hopefully you have a friend that has it, because the Gottlieb roms have been pulled down for all the sites.
Also, if anybody sees something wrong with it and can fix it or just wants to improve it, you have my permission to mod it.
