Iron Mike Tyson (Punch-Out!! sound mod) (conversion kit)

First and foremost - my thanks to redbone for giving the ok for this sound mod and of course for the awesome Iron Mike Tyson table (and by extension, everyone who worked on the Ali table)!

This is a sound mod where I've added sound from Mike Tyson's Punch-out!! (1987) and Punch-out!! (2009) to the table.  Music is from both games plus there's a great remix ("Going the Distance") from Audio Sprite:

I also added basic Pup-Pack support (this is optional), to give the FullDMD something to do.
