Far out, man! Dave IS here! ...finally!
That's right, Cheech & Chong are here! It's been a long time coming, but this insanely funny duo have
now made their nostalgic venture in to VPX! Kick back and enjoy the ride as you take a road-trip with
these two famous stoners, doing what they do best, and explore their world from those crazy 70's and
80's. You'll encounter characters, music and sounds based from their iconic comedy albums, as well as
their hilarious cult classic movies. Traveling from "Pedro's House" to the "Battle of the Bands", and
back, Cheech & Chong: Road-Trip'pin, will provide you with a "high" amount of fun and laughs that
only these two can deliver.
Dedicated to one of the best, if not, the best, laugh-out-loud comedy teams in history. Thank you
Richard "Cheech" Marin and Thomas Chong for the side-splitting laughter that you gave us back then
and even today. These two comedic geniuses have deserved their own real pinball machine for decades
and I am proud to at least pay tribute to them with a VPX version.
This table is also dedicated to the old-school pinball lovers, the diehard Cheech & Chong fans, and all
of those crazy uncles out there who introduced Cheech & Chong to the younger generation.

You must have this updated VPinMame 3.4 version in order for this table to work correctly.
This table was built in VPX 10.6 and runs great in it. You can run it in VPX 10.7, but you'll need
the latest beta version due to sound issues in earlier versions.
Install table. Install Directb2s 2 or 3 screen(for cab users) & official ROM, if you have them already.
(Note: None of these are included in this download but are available on this site).
Install altsound file:
1. Create an "altsound"(no quote marks) folder in your VPinMame main folder, if you don't already have one.
2. Then just drop the included "che_cho" altsound file in to your freshly made "altsound" folder.
3. Start the table (you'll hear nothing). Hit F1. Where it says, "Alt. Sound Mode (0-3):" on the right, enter "1". Hit "OK".
4. Exit the table and restart.
5. After the table loads, you should hear the Cheech & Chong intro and then you're good to go.
Note: If you don't add the altsound file you will be unable to experience this table as it is truly intended.
For more detailed rules/scoring and other info, please refer to "table info" in VPX editor.

Big House is a very underrated pinball game. This table was already very well done and needed only to be updated and improved for vpx.
I added in this new version some nice features to really much improve the gaming and the visual experiences.
By the way, everything has been done to match at best the real pinball machine.
I did a very big work on the overall lighting and the sound of this table and checked every details to render at its best.
-The overall lighting power is set automatically depending of the LUT chosen.
-The overall lighting power is updated in live depending of the current GI state.
-Darkness level is updated in live and can be set in the scrip to be just "as you want".
-Most collision sounds and the sound code are updated.
Some Mods have been also included (apron color, blades, instructions in french)
Most important changes :
- Lighting redone completely
- Sound redone almost completely
- Script code updated and improved
- Right ramp and captive ball moves improved
- GI lights fixed and positioned to match the real pinball

This game has 10 modes, 32 sound tracks, changing colour lights and continual backglass game play instructions that guide you through an action packed pinball adventure. The rolling ball sounds on ramps and the table are embellished with fx effects that generate an immersive pinball experience . This table is deserving of a place in anyones cabinet or desktop and the uniqueness of the scripting to backglass makes this table deserving of a place in Virtual Pinball history. Enjoy!
VP 10.7 is required to play this game. This game is fully scripted and requires no ROM. The game and backglass are included in the download and the EM reels are set to visible for desktop use. A 3 screen backglass by outhere is also available to download. The rules for the modes and bonuses are on the Apron rule Cards. All credit to Wizball for creating a very clever smooth running game game and thanks of course to him for helping me during the mod. This game is fast flowing game so you will have to refer to the apron rules and hints at some time. The full rule set is in Wizballs original post if you would like to see these.
For desktop players open the game in edit mode and check that the preferences are set for desktop mode. If this is the first time you are using VP7. ie. Video graphics has Cabinet mode deselected and Full Screen mode selected and in the key nudge preference ensure that B2S is deselected. Save and close and reopen.
If you are still having trouble seeing the score on the playfield then you do the following
Open the script, Line 11 says:
Const bAlwaysDisplayScore = False ' Always show the score on the playfield even if there is B2S
Make it say:
Const bAlwaysDisplayScore = True ' Always show the score on the playfield even if there is B2S
Mods in this table include;
New table graphics and plastics.Compiled using graphics from the Yacht Club and light and plastic techniques that I have been experimenting with.
New bumper and backdrop graphics
Character Lighting created to fit the 11 character silhouettes and lighting of the central shovel knight character illuminates the bottom playfield in conjunction with bumper GI.
Music has been allocated to the Backglass and table sounds added for the wire ramps, targets, kicker in and rolling ball wave files adjusted to -13dB to hear the ball roll.

El Dorado City of Gold

This was the last pin produced by Mylstar and production was continued by Premier. It is also the last game designed by Ed Krynski for Gottlieb/Mylstar. The models for the explorers on the backglass were two Gottlieb employees, Jeri Knighton and Jeff Lee (Gottlieb video game artist).
Gottlieb 1984 - Aztec Jungle Theme
This is a MOD of theGhost787 and 32assassins table. I'm not sure what it is about this table but it intrigued me when I first saw it. It is a slower table but it is challenging.
Script is by 32assassin, and table start by theGhost787. I did a partial redraw of the play field just to line everything up a bit better. Enhanced the colors a bit. Also moved around the table elements and lights to match the play field and to make it play and look more like the videos online. If we could get a good play field and plastics scan this table would really come to life. I used what resources were available online (and there are not many). I have never played the real table but have watched some youtube videos. So physics are adjusted to match them the best I could.
Enjoy, I know I have enjoyed modding it.
If anyone has any high resolution resources for this table please let me know.

Nip-It played a big part in the TV series “Happy Days” it was the pinball machine Fonzie, Richie Cunningham and the whole gang played in Arnold’s Diner. “Nip It” more or less was featured on one episode when the local vendor made the big mistake of replacing it with a different Bally from 1973 Time Zone. All hell broke loose in Arnold’s and Nip It was brought back and remained there happily ever after until the last show. Needless to say Nip It was and is an extremely popular pinball machine.

I'm very happy to share this table because for the first time it should be truly playable and complete.
Until now the way BigFatso moved in all the previous versions was wrong enough to kill the game's rules and the contact lens toy was missing.
To be clear it plays and looks now far better than expected when I started to rebuild this table
But don't expect to get one of the prettiest vpx tables: the ressources available for this pinball are very limited and not very good. Also I don't have enough skill to do something really better than that...

I wanted first to make a mod of the previous vpx versions of this table but I finally rebuilt it from scratch.
So this is a "new" VPX version but nothing would be possible without the previous versions made.
This is my first try... To rebuild this table I took some parts directly from the previous versions made (playfield lights, original script, switches,...).
I did a lot of work to redraw all the arts of this table because there is no real scans available.
So I did the same as the previous autors and tried to take the best from the few pictures available on the net...
Thanks to the previous autors (I won't be able to do anything without their work)
- Destruk and TAB for the VP9 version
- Rascal for the VPX conversion
- Bigus for the MOD and an other VPX version

You are one member of this group, hiding in an enclave on Navaro.
You are a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy, far from the authority of the New Republic
as you collect bounties of the wanted to bring credits back to the tribe for use.

'006 - iaakki - debugged some flip physics issues and now live catch and nudge works, flip angles changed, removed some lights, flip physics parameters updated
'007 - Skitso - temporary fix for broken flashers. Replaced SHOOT AGAIN and KICKBACK insert textures to a more visually pleasing ones.

'009 - Skitso - fixed flashers, fixed ball shadow depth bias issue, added one missing GI light under left ramp, made upper lane guide lamps to show through AMY's hand, new volcano ramp textures, improved Grey playfield texture and shadows, new dark texture for yellow hit targets on Grey playfield, added tiny bit of DL to Grey when GI is lit, fixed right sligshot plastics material and repositioned light beneath
'010 - Skitso - improved rule card texture, backwall texture and left ramp decal. Added backfacing transparent triangles rendering to ramps, improved bumber lighting.
'011 - iaakki - ball drop sounds fixed. It is still bugged occasionally but not sure why..
'012 - Skitso - better upper PF laneguide prim, improved lights for upper lane guides, tweaked flashers.
'015 - iaakki - fixed ramp exits so that ball drop sounds can work properly
'016 - Sixtoe - Re-organised whole table, added VR room and assets, replaced rails and sideblades (switchable for art ones, which I redid a bit), raised some lights and dropped others (to stop it cutting prims in half), fixed z fighting for several walls, removed numerous unused assets, redid sling rubbers and area (including physics objects), cut holes in playfield and made drop holes, turned off backfacing rendering for ramps as it breaks VR, will try and find a workaround, raised DL meanwhile, removed redundant drop code, removed wall that stopped ball dropping off wire ramp, probably some other stuff I forgot

Austin Powers Table Tune-Up by members of VPin Workshop Discord. This was going to be just a fast rework for this fine table, but we ended up doing way more.
Includes Desktop, Cab and VR versions in one VPX file as well as two POV files.

We also included a new flipper trick with Rothbauerw to physics. It is called FlipNudge. One can use it for slowing the ball on the bat by spamming the other bat. Deadflip calls this "Fanning", but it was a lame name.
