  1. El Dorado (Gottlieb 1975)_Teisen_MOD

First I would like to thank Loserman76 for the beautiful work... wherever he is playing pinball!

small changes were made only aesthetically

small improvements in the playfield, plastics, lighting, flippers position...  I want to make it clear that the descriptions for the tables I'm sharing are "standard" for all, changes are made when there is a need for some adjustment.

version used, follow the link to the original table

    Description of Loserman76:

    VPX conversion of El Dorado
    thanks to GNance, Arngrim
others to thank: JPSalas, Pinuck, hauntfreaks, Borgdog
in addition to the "standard" keys (typically "1" to start game and "5" for coin), I've added "3" as another coin input and "4" for coin and auto-start game (like I recall the dime slots generally were) to simulate 3 coin slots
when game is not in progress, holding down left flipper for about 3-5 seconds will bring up the options menu. left flipper selects item, right flipper changes option.
I've also included shadows for the ball and flippers. If you want to turn them off look for these lines at the beginning of the script:
    Const ShadowFlippersOn = true
    Const ShadowBallOn = true
change to false if you want either of the shadows not showing on your tables

    Incredible table created by 32assassin.

    Changes and additions:
    - nFozzys physics
    - Fleep's sounds
    - ball shadow and dynamic shadows
    - lut selector (use magnasave)
    - some changes here and there (light, insert, etc.)

    Special thanks to:
    - 32assassin

    PS:
This table is a mod, not a creation. All the compliments go to those who have been building tables for all these years. A mod is only the addition of a few elements to upgrade the table. Nothing less, nothing more. Most of the improvements come from the incredible work of the VPW Team.

  6. Elektra (Bally 1981) w VR Room

A version of Elektra VPX was originally done by 32assassin and artwork by Fancisco666.  However in this release, images of the playfields and plastics were obtained off the web, and upscaled and cleaned up by redbone.  Since the hole placements were different, there was lots of effort to move, resize, and edit most of all the elements.

This is a really fun table to play... as it was the first pinball machine that had three different levels to it.

Included in this Version 2.0 is Hybrid VR/desktop/cabinet modes, new upscaled playfields, VPW physics, flipper tricks, dynamic shadows, Fleep sounds, Lampz, 3D inserts, new baked general illumination lighting, sling corrections, drop and stand-up targets, saucers, playfield meshes, various primitives, etc.  Significant time was spent on researching online videos, to ensure accuracy of shots, ball drops, kickouts, and overall playability.  I also created a desktop backglass with a cool lighting effect, as well as the VR backglass and other VR options. There are also some performance improvements, and I added a playfield mesh for the playfield, so there's a realistic bevel in the saucers.

I would like to thank redbone for the graphics help, and Tomate for working the 4 ramps into blender with collision and textures.  He also baked them in as well.  And thank you to iaakki for baking in all the GI lighting and shadows.  It looks so relistic!!  And I would additional like to thank the VPW team for testing and feedback, especially Apophis, PinStratsDan, Sixtoe, BountyBob, TastyWasps, leojreimroc, and Bord.

There are several options in the script.  Including VR, ball brightness, and LUT lighting options.  The LUT changes are done by holding cntl (or left mangasave) and then while holding, scroll through the options with the right magnasave.  The Dip Switch settings are done in the script and are hardcoded.  IF... you want to change them, there's a setting in the script to manually override that, and then use F6 during gameplay to bring up the Dip Switch setting.

This is a hybrid table done in VPX 10.74, and I have code in here to automatically choose between VR, desktop, and cabinet.   Additional VR options in the script include two VR environments, a VR clock, a topper, posters, and settings for dynamic shadows if you experience a performance hit.

Thanks again to Redbone, Tomate, iaakki, and the VPW team!

There are two great b2s's out there... one by Wildman (https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/4963-elektra-bally-1981/), and one by Hauntfreaks if you would like the full dmd version (https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/12470-elektra-bally-1981-prototype-b2s-with-full-dmd/).  I used Wildman's image in the VR backglass.

  9. El Dorado (Gottlieb 1975)(VR Room)

    Description:
    ***************
The table is made by the great Jeff Whitehead (Loserman76).
May he rest in peace. 😞 I hope, there are pinballs where you are, Jeff.
I would like to thank Jeff, for allowing me, to convert his tables to VR.

    Info
It is a hybrid table. So you can play in VR, desktop or cabinet mode, but you need the external backglass.
There is no need to change the script. A VR headset is automatically detected.

    I added the following things:
VR room, artwork for cabinet, backbox and flyer, animations for buttons and plungers, LUT files (change with magnasave buttons).

    '*        Table build/scripted by Loserman76
    '*        Playfield/plastics redrawn by GNance
'*        VR update by Rajo Joey

Works in 10.7.2, but best to play in VPinball_GL 10.8: https://github.com/vpinball/vpinball/actions/workflows/vpinball-gl.yml

    ***********************************************
These are quick conversions, as I don't like playing in absolute darkness.
If you want to do your own conversions, I wrote two tutorials for EM tables like Loserman76's and make templates of the tables, pictures and materials.
Also there are some .psd files, to change the artwork in an easy way for example.
In the template tables there are generic artwork for the cabinet and the backbox. Some people may be happy with that and don't need the real artwork.
There is a short tutorial for people, who know the editor and a longer one for newbies. Both instructions are in English and German.

  10. Endless Summer V09.7.9

Here we go again ;-). Previously available at Vpinball, I did some updates to my surfing themed pinball. Still, no nice shiny ramps. I dont have the knowledge nor time to get friend with blender. If anyone wants to help, you are are more than welcome! Its intended for a 3 screen cabinet, VPX 10.7.2,  UltraDMD (FlexDMD should work as well) and Pup. I recommend to read the rules at the top of the script. Expect some minor bugs, esp. when modes get on top of each other. But there should be no game stopper. Dont be too harsh, remember I am a total noob at any programming language. I teached and learned by myself by reading scrpits of other tables. (this also means, if you discover any problems with your setup, its most likely I cannot help you in any way, sadly) ' Big thanks to Thalamus, bord, JP Salas, Flupper, DJRobX, NailBuster, TerryRed, ninuzzu, HauntFreaks, ROM, rothbauerw, borgdog, Mussinger, toxie, JR, randr, GTO77,  BeachBumTN, ScottyVH, ScottyWic, fuzzel, Schreibi34, MajorFrenchy, gtxjoe, supered, 3rdaxis, wrd1972, sliderpoint, mfuegemann, all those that I forgot: sorry dudes, and all the beta-testers who helped and encouraged me!
(some of the above mentioned dont even know that they helped me somehow 😉 )

  11. Escape from the Lost World (Bally 1988)(VR Room)

The table is made by @ARMYAVIATION

I would like to thank the following people:

@ARMYAVIATION for the permission to put his tables in a VR-room.
@leojreimroc for the flasher in the backglass and all his help.

If I forget someone, please tell me.

    Info
It's a hybrid-table. So you can play in desktop-, cabinet- or VR-mode.
To change the mode, open the script and edit the lines 33/34 at the beginning of the script.

I can't remember all of the changes, unfortunately, since I created the table a few months ago.
I remember, I adjusted a few objects like the apron, which is floating in the air in VR.
The lower field wasn't seeable in VR.
Also I change the text and inserts on the playfield.

This is a very unusual table. Particularly striking is the bridge, which is without sides and requires an accurate shot.

Test it yourself and if you notice anything negative, let me know.

There are two rooms: the minimal room and a sphere. You also changed this at the beginning of the script.
There are also different LUT-files in the table. So you can change the lightning.
For me it looks best with the original LUT file from @ARMYAVIATION (LUT 17).
Click the left magna save-button to change the LUT-file.

The original table was made by 32assassin.
I would like to thank 32assassin for this table.

    Info
I change something in the layout for some objects.
Also some other things are implemented or changed: Fleep-sounds, dyn. Ballshadows, nFozzy's flipper-physics.

There are 16 LUT files in the table. You can change them with the left MagnaSave-button.
You can change the VR-room with the right MagnaSave-button

  14. Estopa Mod vpx 1.0

I have decided to make this custom mod on the famous Spanish musical group Estopa!.
Thanks to Fireslayer26 for allowing me to work on his mod that I made on his day on the same basis.
It is made on the basis of the Back to the Future table by Cyberpez.
Full playfield graphics change and most of the sounds and effects, plus 10 songs from the musical group are added and included to play with the music.
Several modifiable options in the table script on lighting, balls, flippers, among others...
IMPORTANT! A MODIFIED bttf_a27 ROM has been used (thanks fireslayer26) to eliminate bttf sounds and that it does not affect the mod, MANDATORY to use the rom that is included in the download (rename your original bttf rom to place this and test the table).
When you start the game the music will not start playing automatically, you need to press the right MagnaSave button to start the music, Pressing the left MagnaSave button will stop the music. Pressing the right MagnaSave button while music is playing will skip to the next track.
Put the individual music files in the Music folder of visual pinball.
B2S is also included, I'm working on a b2sdmd to include later.
Thanks again to Fireslayer26,Cyberfish and anyone who has worked on previous versions (sorry if I don't name everyone), all credit to them.
All graphic, musical and other files used are the property of their authors and owners.
I have tried to have fun doing this job without much training and to do it as best as possible within my possibilities, I hope you like it and spend a few hours of fun playing this!!.

A Stan favorite. This was the first time I played with Orbital Framework. I threw everything I knew at the time into it. I was super proud of this one. Although, I'm not as talented as the Big Dogs and Legends, this experience helped push me to do more tables and develop my own style and not try to copy. Big thanks to John Memeo, Scott Wickberg and David Paiva for being supportive and answering all my stupid questions. It crazy to look back to this table and see how much I've grown. Enjoy! My first original!

  23. El Dorado City of Gold

This was the last pin produced by Mylstar and production was continued by Premier. It is also the last game designed by Ed Krynski for Gottlieb/Mylstar. The models for the explorers on the backglass were two Gottlieb employees, Jeri Knighton and Jeff Lee (Gottlieb video game artist).
Gottlieb 1984 - Aztec Jungle Theme
This is a MOD of theGhost787 and 32assassins table. I'm not sure what it is about this table but it intrigued me when I first saw it. It is a slower table but it is challenging.
Script is by 32assassin, and table start by theGhost787. I did a partial redraw of the play field just to line everything up a bit better. Enhanced the colors a bit. Also moved around the table elements and lights to match the play field and to make it play and look more like the videos online. If we could get a good play field and plastics scan this table would really come to life. I used what resources were available online (and there are not many). I have never played the real table but have watched some youtube videos. So physics are adjusted to match them the best I could.
Enjoy, I know I have enjoyed modding it.
If anyone has any high resolution resources for this table please let me know.

Eclipse is basically a single level version of Gottlieb's 1981 Black Hole.  the targets that were on the lower level are moved up to the middle of the playfield, and the entrance to the hole is now a ball lock for multiball.  to get to multiball you first need to clear the 4 stand-up targets on the right side, then it lights the lower left hole for lock.  after you lock a ball you then need to clear the 4 stand-up targets to the right of the upper left flipper, which then lights the upper hole entrance through the spinner for lock.  once a ball is locked there as soon as the next ball launch hits a playfield switch it releases the other 2 balls for 3 ball multi-ball.  easy right.. not so much.  before someone gets there and asks (like anybody reads this) if you drain after locking the first ball it will kick the locked ball out before giving you the next ball and you will need to re-lock it, however it will be lit to lock it, don't have to do everything over.

playfield and plastic images are from pinsider IamNaN without whom this would not have been made.  playfield image cleaned up by my buddy hauntfreaks (this has been in works awhile)

included db2s made by hauntfreaks with some modifications by me, don't remember where the image came from

bord did the awesome lighting/shadows and plastics, made swapable rubber primitives (see option in script to change from black rails/rubber to stock), fixed my primitives, and made the flipper primitives and probably other stuff I'm forgetting.  thanks man.
