Rescue 911 Cabinet Mod

Another one of my childhood favorite machines..
Thanks to antisect for an amazing recreation!
Original table link in the info tabs
Must use the VPU Remix Patching system
Patch .dif file and POV .ini included in the zip file
After creating the new table file with the patcher name the table and pov file the same and drop it into the tables folder and use vpx 10.8
Updated lighting and images with new sideblades and POV with a little extra light show
As always bladeart can be disabled near the top of the script line 79 on this table

Cactus Canyon Cabinet Mod

This is another masterpiece remastered by The VPin Workshop. So thanks to them and everyone that touched the table before them.

Monster Bash Cabinet Mod

This is another amazing recreation from the VPW Team... Monster Bash 1.0
This file must be used with the VPU Patcher System and you must download a fresh unaltered table.
My zip includes the patch .dif file and pov .ini file.
After creating the new table file with the patcher name the table and pov file the same and drop it into the tables folder.

The Walking Dead Cabinet Mod

This is a patch for The Walking Dead LE Hanibals 4k Blood Mod 1.6 so thanks to him and everyone else that worked on this table.
Need to use the vpu patcher system the table version and link to the original is in the info tabs
This update for 10.8 reworks the lighting and images and moves fat guy some. New sideblades and POV
.dif and .ini in the zip
As always the blades can be changed and removed in the script

Attack from Mars Cabinet Mod

Jurassic Park (Data East 1993) VPW with Visitor Center VR

This is was one of my earliest hopes to bring into VR. A good friend and I from Scotland worked on creating this in both Unreal and then in Blender which allowed me to port it over to VPX. Years ago he obtained the original drawings for the Raptor mural in the Visitor Center. His personal fandom regarding Jurassic Park inspired me to finish this project. I want to thank all those in the VPW team who have refined this table to such fantastic play.

This patch is designed to work with version 1.0 of this table:

No changes have been made to the table itself (other than editing the T-Rex to not clip thru the playfield). Only the VR Visitor Center has been added. It is selectable through the F12 Menu. Both main floor and 2nd floor are able to be used.

This .dif file is used in combination with the VPU Remix system. Found here:

Jurassic Park (Data East 1993) VPW - Kid Mode Patch

By popular request, I present SuperGibson Kid Mode for Jurassic Park (Data East 1993) VPW.

Press Right Magnasave to enable/disable Kid Mode. With kid mode enabled, the area between the flippers is protected.

Posting the DIF file in the MOD category again until the issue with Remix file visibility and posting is resolved.

Huge thanks to VPW and everyone who contributed along the evolution of this amazing recreation. I used to play this table at the local arcade so it holds a special place in my heart.

Star Wars (Data East 1992) VPW - KidMode Patch

Ok everyone, this is the last Kid Mode table that I had already created. This one with the awesome VPURemix tool. These were all so fun to create and I look forward to making more of them for all of you in the near future. If you missed them, be sure to check out the Ninja Turtles (TMNT Data East) and X-Men Stern mods which were released earlier this week as Mod Tables. I will be trying the VPURemix tool for my next mods too. It's as easy as choosing the original file, choosing the DIF file from this download and then clicking "Apply Patch". A short time later you've got the Kid Mode version ready to go.

Seems that files posted to the VPURemix Patch category don't end creating a post in the VPX Tables top level like mods do. So I'm posting this under mods even though it's distributed as a DIF patch file.

Hoops (Gottlieb 1991) Wylte Mod

HiyaDya submitted Kalavera's recreation of Hoops as a candidate for the VPC weekly competition - it was up against some modern heavy-hitters from UnclePaulie, Bord, and VPW, and so I challenged myself to bring this table into the future. There is a lot more that could be done, but for now it's enough to share and have some fun!

What I managed to do that day: nFozzy physics, Fleep sounds, Roth Flipper tricks, VPW targetbouncer, shadow modified, light color tweaked, Apophis sling corrections, some object type and position fixes

This table uses the VPURemix Patching System. You'll need the .dif file from here, the .vpx from Kalavera's upload (leave them a like!), then get the patcher and follow the instructions in the link below.

Barbarella fur backdrop for desktop players

Originally I had planned to release a 4k-resolution conversion of
, but one of the authors has declined permission to do so, saying that re-releases of existing tables would stop the creation of new tables and that the existing resolution was fine for him. I have to respect that decision, although I disagree to what he said and although the Barbarella table release here on VPU says "Permission to mod:yes". The file clearly wasn't released here on VPU by Jeff Whitehead himself, as this has happened after his tragic death, so the permission to mod can be questioned. In the credits of the Barbarella table, two other authors are being mentioned except Loserman76, so I had contacted them for release permission with the result explained above. One of them had approved, the other has declined.
I'm therefore just releasing a dif that includes the new backdrop that is not based on the original author's work that I have made for those who play in desktop mode. It's an imagined re-creation of the fur-lined Barbarella space ship from the Roger Corman movie with Jane Fonda as main character.
Additionally, I've increased the bulb intensity for the inserts to my taste.
You will need the VPURemix System to apply the dif:

Tom and Jerry (MOD) nFozzy, Fleep Sounds, LUT

Hello there,

here i want to present to you an upgraded version of Watacaractr "Tom and Jerry" table.

I have implemented the nFozzy Physics, Fleep Sounds, and a LUT selector (Hold LMagna and scroll through the LUTs with the RMagna).
To fit the screen i adjusted the POV and stretched the y-scale a little.

With the new Patching system, this and the future upgrades will be a ".dif" file.
Just read the included instructions !

I want to thank @Watacaractrz for his table, VPW Team for their awesome example table, @Darkstar for testplaying and all other that are involved in there to deliver a much better VPX experience !

Star Trek - The Next Generation (MOD) nFozzy, Fleep Sounds, LUT

Hello there,

here i want to present to you an upgraded version of Knorr/Clark Kent/LoadedWeapon´s "Star Trek - The Next Generation" table.

I have implemented the nFozzy Physics, Fleep Sounds, and a LUT selector (Hold LMagna and scroll through the LUTs with the RMagna).
I have also done some rubber cleanups, new Ball Textures, Flipper Shadows, Relay Sounds and some small changes.

Big thanks to @Darkstar for testing the table and adjusting it with me to the best !

I want to thank Knorr/Clark Kent/LoadedWeapon for their table, VPW Team for their awesome example table and all other that are involved in there to deliver a much better VPX experience !

Sweet Hearts (Gottlieb 1963) - Loserman76 update

A patch for Sweet Hearts (Gottlieb 1963), a table by Loserman76 and PBecker (VP9 version)
If you like real old tables, this one is for you !
Historical fact : this is the last Gottlieb table to have a "gobble hole" !

The patch come with :
- DOF
- Visual update (missing screw, shadows, lights)
- SSF enhancement
- Corrections and changes in sounds, script, ball shadows...

Don't forget to activate the "epileptik option" at the beginning of the script if you want more visual feedback with the undercab (can be funky here with 5 bumpers !)

As usual, you need the original table download (link here on the right column), the VPUremix patch system and my file.

Ship Ahoy (Gottlieb 1976) - Loserman76 update

A patch for Ship Ahoy (Gottlieb 1976), a table by Loserman76 and GNance.

This is the Add a ball version of Buccaneer.
I used the DOF from @arngrim (thank you !), I just change some backboard color (the bumpers colors are different from Buccaneer)

What do you have with the patch ?
- DOF
- Visual update (lights, shadows, plastics retouched and drawed in VPX)
- SSF enhancement
- Corrections and changes in sounds, script, ball shadows...

Don't forget to activate the "epileptik option" at the beginning of the script if you want more visual feedback with the undercab.
