    (https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/18381-american-country-vpx/)
    includes a playlist of patriotic American songs. Some are outright deplorable. 
    To install, copy this file into your VPinMAME/roms/ folder, rename or remove the acd_170.zip rom file, and  
    rename this file as acd_170.zip. (Alternatively use vpmalias.txt and change the table's script).
