Spider-Man (Original), An original future pinball table, based on Stan Lee's and Marvel Comics, Spider-Man , The Animated serie's. Table rules, Lighting, "Spider Man" lights specials at the top kicker, ( Special lasts 90 seconds). The roto spinner offers small bonus' through out the game, (hit the "Green Goblin" during specials for more bonus'). Spell "Peter Parker",(by getting all the targets under "red or blue spider" holograms) to get a chance for bonus and bonus multiplier increase, at the right side kicker, and gives a chance for multiball on the upper left side. Getting all of the "red or blue star" holograms,lights a chance for 5,000 point bonus. (background music includes some great midi renditions of Spider man theme's and rock music). While cleaning up some files I came across this table that I had started and figured it would be a good idea to go ahead and finish it up. This started off as JP's version of which I went through and redid most of the images to match the Stern table, ROM control was added, the FP models were added, redid the overall look of the table to resemble the Stern version and adjusted the physics settings. I'd like to thank JP for allowing me to mod his table and Randr for helping me get the models right. I've done this in two version. One is higher res for larger cabs and a lower res version for smaller cabs or weaker PC's. The rom should be named sman_260. ***remember that the ROMS are not housed here. They must be obtained via the Stern website*** *** This table was built on the Direct X9 VP version. If you haven't tried this version you should as I think it plays better due to some flipper adjustments that were made. It should play fine on the new VP 9.2.1 build but I have not tested it on this version.*** Hope you enjoy ***physmod5 version added -

Spiderman by Stern, 2007 Table Recreation by ninuzzu for Visual Pinball 10 Credits/Thanks (in no particular order): 85Vett and Alessio for the VP9 script Dark and Zany for some primitive templates I used and edited Javier1515,JPSalas,GTXJoe and Shoopity for some code and sounds effects I borrowed from their tables VPDev Team for the new freaking amazing VPX This one was fun to build and it's very fun to play (at least for me). I found some nice resources for the pf and decided to rebuild/redraw it. Alessio scripted the GI code and it's close to the real one; but sometimes, lights will go down and never go up again, if you encounter this issue, use the center tilt key (hit the spacebar) to fix this. The Sandman and the Doc Ock kicker guides are made collidable, so the ball follows them when kicked out by the 2 kickers. The backwall decal texture is taken from 85Vett's table, I still miss this resource. The villains figurines are not 3D, but maybe they will in the future- 8 reviews

Changes i´ve done - added new Backdrop - change the values to create a desktop version - adjusts the flashers Download and use the VPU Patching System - VPPatch - 32bit & 64bit 1.02 to create the Mod http://vpuniverse.com/forums/files/file/2581-vpu-patching-system-vppatch-32bit-64bit/ Download the original Table: "Spiderman Stern 1-01.zip" / http://vpuniverse.com/forums/files/file/2743-spiderman-fs-stern-2007-85vett/ Use the Mod: "Spidermandesk2.dif" Have fun To Apply a patch: a. If you do not already have the table that the patch was created for; you will need to download that file. Read the "ReadMe.txt" file that comes with the patch download. The file should contain a link to the original file that the patch is based on. b. Make sure that you are on the "Apply Patch" tab located at the top of the window. c. Under "Original Table (Unmodified)". Click on "Choose" and then select the Original Unmodified Table that the patch was created for. d. Under "New Table Patch" click on "Choose" and select the patch file (.dif) that you want to apply to the table. e. Under "New Table File Name". Type in the name that you want to call your new table. Make sure that the file name ends in .vpt. f. Click "Apply Patch" - You will get a pop-up window indicating the location where your new file was created. This should be in the "mods" folder located in the same folder as the VPPatchXX.exe. If you have made any changes to the original table release then this patch will not work. -
