    Swing Along (Gottlieb 1963)

    By Rivermatty

    I found a very nice image of this Backglass, enhanced it with ChatGbt, and imported it into Jamiep's original 4 reel Backglass with his permission. I also changed the Reels and Credit Reel, altered the Lighting and Ball in Play Numbers.

    Thanks to JamieP for permission to use his Backglass as a base https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/8582-swing-along-gottlieb-1963/

    Halen has now added Accurate Lighting and Reels to this here: https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/32322-swing-along-gottlieb-1963/

    This is  a 2 Screen Backglass for the 2 Player version of  Stern's Stingray, it works with Bord's Table if you change it to 2 players in the script.

    I am not yet able to do the masking so if anyone wants to update it with masking and nice lighting please go ahead.

    Stripping Funny (Inder 1974) Alternate

    By Rivermatty

    Inder made two versions of Stripping Funny, with different playfield designs and different Backglasses. This version depicts two billiard tables on the backglass instead of just one.

    I used the image from the Internet Pinball Database and cleaned it up with Chat GPT and then added Reels and Lights.

    The only Table I am aware of for Stripping Funny is by  JamieP and although like the other Backglass this works with the their Table the Credit Reel and Tilt Lights don't work but they are coded into the Backglass if someone wants to figure out what's missing in the Table itself.

    Spirit (Gottlieb 1982) Backglass

    By lolzilla

    I recreated this backglass using the flyer's pic, so it's a bit cropped but still looks acceptable. The .res and the frame pic are meant for a 1920*1080 display in a 2 screen setup (1 screen for the playfield, 1 screen for the backglass) but of course you can resize them to your heart's content. The back box art is courtesy of Protomech:

    https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/19214-spirit-gottlieb-1982-b2s-stencil-art/

    The stars animation is a bit janky, but imho it doesn't look bad at all. You can make it super smooth, though. Open the .directb2s file on a file editor (I'm using Notepad++), find:

    SnippitRotatingSteps="90"

    Replace it:

    SnippitRotatingSteps="360"

    Save it. Now the animation will look buttery smooth but BEWARE, the backglass will take around 30 seconds or more to fully load. I suppose it takes its sweet time to generate 360 images for the animation or something 😵

    By Rivermatty

    I found a reasonably good image of  this Backglass and after straightening it up etc., ran it through ChatGPT to clean it up which for once did a great job without adding any anomalies. Have added the lights at the top and on the grill but didn't think it needed anything else. Added Reels of which there are many on this Backglass. Thanks to other creators for all the Rom Numbers for reels and lights.

  15. More information about "Street Fighter II VPW Blender rendered Backglass (Alt+Original)"

    Street Fighter II VPW Blender rendered Backglass (Alt+Original)

    By Gedankekojote97

    I am proud to present my Street Fighter II Backglass for the VPW version, available in both the original artwork version and a custom alternative version created by me.
    The entire backglass has been recreated with great attention to detail. All backglass artwork, lamp effects, flashers, lighting situations, and the speaker panel were fully rendered in Blender to achieve a realistic and authentic appearance. A Full DMD version is also included.
    Due to the large number of individual rendered images used for the animations and lighting effects, the file size is considerably larger than most other backglasses. However, I hope the final result justifies the increased size and provides an enhanced visual experience.
    In addition, the backglass logic has been corrected and improved. The lamp and coil assignments have been fixed so that the backglass now behaves much closer to the real machine. This functionality is often incorrect or simplified in other available versions.
    I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it.
    Have fun!
