Tom is an amazing table creator, he is allowing me to post this on his behalf because I will be doing many pup-media updates on this project in the future. Wuthering Waves is a masterpiece. it is the king, queen, and prince of all Gacha games, hands down. I've been playing this game for around 11 months now and I must say this is one of the best game companies. I respect them more than any other out there right now. They are not predatory like many companies are. They put so much tender loving care in what they create. This game is constantly evolving with so much cool content, I'll be playing it for years I'm pretty sure. You should be too! There is currently a pretty epic free character for this month only with the recent CD Projekt Red/Kuro Games Wuwa/Cyberpunk Collaboration. 1. Pup-Pack is required, sorry no exceptions. This is PupDMD. Place WuWa pup pack folder into your pupvideos folder then select the pupoption that matches your setup best. 2. F12 Menu Page 2 contains useful options such as music volume control (i use 90%), and lightning sound effects (i like them on), glow balls etc etc 3. Select your character with magna buttons before launching the ball, the character you choose changes everything, the clips/music etc etc. 4. Character select can and regularly does occur Mid-Game so be ready for that, when you hear "select a resonator", choose with flippers and plunger switch. 5. Please when you're mid-game...... switch characters when you are prompted..... you miss out on a lot of points by not having your character selected, be strategic. Don't just leave it idling on character select screen. It's what you have to be doing to be playing the table right. Toying with putting 8 second auto selection when “mid-game” then you would just need to have the character highlighted Massive Thanks to @Tombg Back around November I privately pitched this idea for a new table to Tom and he graciously accepted! Such a great experience! I am officially Tom's new pup-video slave forever now! I knew there was one creator that had the skills to pull something like this off! I hope you can all see the vision for this project, it has been a lot of fun! Major Thanks to @Panasony for tweaking to VR to make the pup bigger in VR and fine tuning things. Thank you so much! Shaken not stirred? Delete the old pup and table file completely, kept name the same for popper purposes. Had to recrop and reprocess everything, it's all normalized to 1080p and will run and look smoother now. Added a Bottom Topper Attract for more eyecandy and another callout. 1. A "-1" second "rest delay" MAY need to be added to the Ball Launch Clip "screen 4" for new ball launch clip trigger. Need playtest if you arent getting the ball launch clips on balls 2 and 3. Ball 1 is fine. Simple fix but may need to change that when I know if it's an issue. ________________________ Just an attempt to bring the movie to the table! I did. The only way to change that i know of is pressing F6 interactive table edit, and resize everything to fit perfectly on whatever playfield monitor you use. Resize them to fit perfect, quit table, then save table..... I'm no master of fixing the table to fit perfectly, so I may have to get someone to save a POV that looks perfect, send it to me, and i'll reupload the table file with the new point of view imported. 2. First and foremost, full credit and thanks to: - jpsals - original creator of IT Pinball Madness - Nailbuster for testing and DOF fix - TeamTuga-pedro pires. pedro peres , mario Paulo Without their work this would not exist. All I have done is wrap Pennywise around the great pinball game they already made. ---------------------------------------------------------------- WHY I MADE THIS ---------------------------------------------------------------- I did not want to just throw movie clips on the backglass and call it a PuP pack. There are plenty of those already and they get old fast - the same five clips loop, nothing reacts to what you are actually doing on the playfield, and after a game or two you stop noticing it. I wanted Pennywise to feel like he is actually watching you play. So instead of pulling clips from the movie I generated 221 voice videos of Pennywise speaking custom lines, mapped to specific game events - drains, tilts, ball saves, combos, lock-is-lit, extra ball, jackpots, multiball, the lot. He taunts you when you drain. He laughs when you tilt. He notices when you save a ball. On top of that there are 11 idle reaction clips that randomly cycle on the backglass during attract and between events, so even when nothing is happening he is still there - blinking, smiling, tilting his head, staring. The voices were generated and then animated frame-by-frame so the mouth actually matches what he is saying. The idle clips were done separately. None of it is repurposed movie footage. My wife refuses to play it because she thinks it is too scary. Peace Y'all, "Talk to the hand" Unzip and place the term3 folder in your pup folder. If using the b2s, place it in your table folder This Pup works with any table using the term3 rom. This pup is setup for 1, 2, and 3 screens. Bat files have been added so just pick the bat that fits your system. This pup works with Flex-DMD, so you'll need it to move the score around. My own custom DMD video and widescreen b2s is included. Three screen cabs can go with the DMD or a B2s and the FullDMD. I'm a fan of the franchise. Loved the Terminator 2 table. Was cool with the T3 table but when @Siggidid a mod, I had a whole new appreciation for it. Here are my addons for the table. This is another jam packed pup pack. I got pretty much all the callouts. This adds a whole new level of enjoyment for me. I may do an update to add even more stuff later on. In the meantime I hope you enjoy it. DISCLAIMER, this is not finished completely. Its convenient for our purposes if people wanna keep both pups and NOT use a VPMAlias to have one pup on the tz_94h ROM and the other on tz_94ch ROM, do not just merge this into the black and white only pup they are seperate entities Massive Thanks to @VPinWorkshop for putting out an amazing new version of the table!! The start of a new project. It's a wild one. A humble fan tribute to our friends at Stern! VPinners needed a pup for this legendary table! I'm merely your humble conductor! VIRTUAL PINBALL ALWAYS HAS AND ALWAYS WILL BE FREE TO ANYONE!!!! _________________________ MUST USE VPMALIAS for the black and white version godzillabwpup,godzilla copy and paste to your vpmalias file in your vpinmame folder then SAVE. VPX 10.8 OR 10.7.4 are great for this! Holding left magna and pressing right magna changes lighting. IMPORTANT Pup folder contains a folder called "Extreme Chaos Attract Randomizer". Currently it sits at 1.06 Gigabytes. You can shave off the pups size by deleting videos you do NOT want as a main backglass attract on GameOver. Do Not however leave this folder EMPTY or you will have no attract on gameover. If you add your own videos to this attract folder go into pupeditor and "select" the video on the line with the descriptions "insert your new attracts here", and enable the trigger. I'd love to know if someone finds some really cool upgrade attracts. I wanted to redo the top topper of the pup backglass before releasing this (to be animated)....I'm itching to start the next project tho...... perhaps a VPU community member could create and upload a new one for people to download and swap out. (Or other toppers!!!!) I was very limited by the ROM for this table to make it exactly how I wanted. I suppose that's why no one made one yet! I'm a relative godzilla newb.... i just picked the craziest movies I loved most while not trying to mix up godzilla aesthics and looks "too much".... it's just my take on it! I'm down to improve this thing, just direct me.... keep in mind tho the rom kinda limits a lot.... i could NOT (which really hits deep) find an english dubbed source video for Godzilla Final Wars.... I wanted to go way deeper on the clips from that movie for the cheesy lines that are legendary. The table uses Flex-DMD and can display either Low Quality or High Quality in the script. This pup pack is set up for either automatically. I saw this table in the wild last year. It was never released publicly but the first time a saw a video of it, I liked it. Way back then I was thinking "Pup Pack." Well, thanks to @balutito releasing this table and getting a chance to play it, I felt like it needed more than just a static backglass. I like how it came out, and coming off the over-the-top violent release of Robocop DC, I was still in my element for dealing with gore. I love how the game plays and now that I understand the rules set, I'm having a blast with this one. I've made some suggestions to balutito so this project might not be finished just yet. To take it one step further, normalize audio on any file before you even put it into your pinball folder. Same with 1080p nailbust on every single video in your popper!!!!!!!!! Thanks for small miracles. The Pup Pack seems to be working again. I updated the DMD and vpinmame files a week or so ago and now it seems to be working fine. Will do some more testing to see if all the pups are activating. At least I don't have to replace all the pup captures. Peace Y'all, "Pure dirt...... 3.2 kilos." Unzip and place the waterwld folder in your pup folder. This Pup works off the waterwld rom. The Pup will work with any of the waterwld tables. This pup is setup for 1, 2, and 3 screens. Bat files have been added so just pick the bat that fits your system. This pup works with Flex-DMD, so you'll need it to move the score around. My own custom DMD video is included. Three screen cabs can go with the DMD or the B2s and FullDMD. For me, Waterworld is tied for number one for all the Gottlieb tables (tied with Stargate). This table is one of the deepest tables I've ever played. There are multiple ways to light the super jackpot (which is the highest award to be had in the game). You can spend hours with this table just trying to determine your preference for getting high scores. The Pup Pack I've made for this table only adds on to the experience. Call me weird but I'm one of the people who actually liked the movie. If you can secure a copy of the "Ulysses Cut," I'd suggest you give it a viewing. As with many of my other Pup Packs, I noticed my scores are higher with the Pup Pack than without. Take it with a grain of salt. The size of this pup pack is higher than usual because I used a higher bitrate for the videos. I think the audio and video really adds on to the experience. I hope you get as much out of this as I did. I will make upgrades to all my Pup Packs when necessary and as my understanding of this craft increases. Otherwise....... Enjoy! Peace Y'all, "Remember, the force will be with you...... always." Unzip and place the swtril43 folder in your pup folder. This Pup Pack is made for a 3 screen and desktop setup. This pup also works with Flex-DMD, so you'll need it to move the score around. This Pup Pack was made with a lot of love for my favorite table. It also comes with a matching FullDMD. I saw Episode IV in the theatre on it's initial release. My pops took me as a nine year old child. I was already a sci-fi geek (thanks dad) and fell in love with the franchise. I've been wanting to do this Pup Pack from the beginning of my return to to virtual pinball, ever since I learned about Pup Packs. I hope you like this as much as I do. Note* The Pup Pack (and Siggis Mod table) are based on the Star Wars Trilogy Special Edition. I've used my creative license to institute 1 scene from the original movie release because.............. Peace Y'all, "Hey big guy, love what you've done with the place" Unzip and place the godzilla folder in your pup folder. Put the DirectB2s in your tables folder and name appropriately. This pup should work with any table using the SEGA godzilla rom but is fine tuned for the VPW table. This pup pack was made for a 3 screen, 2 screen and desktop setup. Just use the appropriate bat file or copy the files in the pup options folder to your main godzilla pup pack folder. Desktop users can either use your own pinupplayer.ini or use mine. This Pup Pack now comes with two of my own custom B2s and DMD. See the video in the comments section. One b2s is the original I created but its for square screens. I've also included a 1080p 16x9 b2s for people using a widescreen backglass (no stretching the image). Let me tell you about Godzilla. Godzilla has been one of my heroes for the last 50 years. Godzilla resonates with the child in me, no matter how old I get. I'll put my Godzilla kung-fu up against anyone (outside of Japan). Japanese people seem to know even the smallest details about Godzilla (surpassing my own knowledge). Because of this I won't hesitate to be a critic about past, present and future Godzilla projects. The Godzilla movie the Sega table was based on was Hollywood, amphibian, nuclear, giant lizard, excrement. I wouldn't touch that piece of garbage with your flippers. Thus the conundrum. I really like that table, probably more than the Godzilla Stern table. What to do, what to do, what am I gonna do? The answer was the redemptive Godzilla The Animated Series. It cast one of my greatest heroes in a much better light even though it was supposed to be a continuation of the failed movie. If this show would have come out when I was a child, I would have lost my shit about the prospect of having a Godzilla as my own personal protector and pet. Junior and the H.E.A.T. team was the answer and I spent the next few months making this pup pack. I think I've done a good job of relating the show to the table. Enjoy. Peace Y'all, "I'm going to need that hand back." Unzip and place the batmanf folder in your pup folder and take the B2s out of the batmanf folder and put it in your table folder. This Pup works off the batmanf rom. Any table using this rom should work. I used the @drakkon table in making this pup pack. This pup is setup for 1, 2, and 3 screens. Bat files have been added so just pick the bat that fits your system. This pup works with Flex-DMD, so you'll need it to move the score around. My own custom DMD video, FullDMD and 16x9 B2s (no stretching) are included. Three screen cabs can go with the DMD or a B2s and the FullDMD. There is a Batman Forever Pup Pack out in the wild. It's hard to find and I don't believe it's being supported. I got it a while ago. It no longer works on my setup so I decided to make a new one with my own stink all over it. This pup pack comes with a Custom B2s (16x9), DMD and FullDMD. Everything was built from scratch. I really like this table. I downloaded @capnclaw sideblades and modded them to fit the color scheme of my pup pack. I like the look. The table is busy, the pup pack is busy and the custom b2s is busy. Plenty here to keep your eyes moving if you find the table is too easy. Making this pup pack was a lot of fun and I added a good bit of my own creativity. This pup pack is loaded. All the triggers that mattered to me are in this. As with several of my other pup packs, my scores got better after playing with the pup pack installed. This moves the whole presentation into my Top Ten Rotation. This is my holiday gift to the community. I love it and I hope you like it also.
