lyzanxia
Yes, serum64.dll was in the same directory. Had the exact same error log as Lumby. What fixed it for me was to install latest x64 visual c++ redistributable from MicroSoft.
Lumby
Yes I have both files in the folder and think I have tried everything. @lyzanxia glad you found the bug could you send me your serum64.dll, as i wanted to check if it fixes it for me too. Is there something that needs to be added in the dmddevice.ini file. I installed everything per the 64 bit tutorial, then installed the lucky1 and serum 32 and 64. the ini file didnt change though

lyzanxia
On this site https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 , I used this one https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe . After install it started to work for me. Before, everything worked for me with x64 (pac, vin) except the 2 serum color files (ss_15 and tron_174h). With x86 they worked fine, no color with x64 build. In the log I had the same error about not finding serum64.dll.

PoppSickle
Does the plugin folder in the zip file go into the vpinMAME folder? like this? VisualPinball\VPinMAME\plugin and then the two sub folders? Edit: Got it I had both MAME Dlls, put both folders into the MAME folder and it worked on the next startup on LOTR, though I cant costumize the DOT MAtrix, every time I bring up the menu it crashes, but its okay, I can still resize and save positions and it looks good enough.
