Iron Man (Stern 2010) Media Pack
By CarnyPriest
Includes reproductions of factory cards, one English language and one Spanish language plus coin cards (US currency only). Graphic elements processed with GIMP. Type and layout produced with Adobe InDesign. Some more graphics work, assembly, vectorization, and colorization to simulate print out on Solar Yellow stock in Adobe Illustrator.
Thanks to HauntFreaks and team Iron Man for the accurate S.H.I.E.L.D. logo, the spinner texture, and hi-rez playfield image from which I extracted most of the graphics.
Huge logo image from a DualShockers game review. Also used as a basis for the wheel image. Background color used in the wheel image from minimalist designer, Gidi Vigo.
Thanks to Pinsider Marc for a crisp image of the Iron Man playfield insert decal that I could perspective correct, found in the Pinside Iron Man gallery.
Fonts - Tungsten from Hoefler & Co. (thanks Mark Breneman) used for the "Do or Die Time" logo.
Shattered pattern for the "Do or Die Time" logo used portions of a shattered back ground vector image copyright CharlesLeon, found at vecteezy.com.
300dpi scan of the Iron Man classic flyer courtesy
http://flyers.cdyn.com/
For Vault Edition flyers, raw image extracted directly from the factory PDFs using xpdfbin and converted to lossless PNG using ImageMagick.
Special thanks to pinballnews.com and marcospecialties.com for reference images.
Videos are in their native format. I suggest using TerryRed's Converter Scripts if you need to rotate or convert videos for your specific setup:

The Walking Dead (Stern 2014) Media Pack
By CarnyPriest
Includes reproductions of factory cards, two English language variations with slightly different layout. Some graphic elements processed with GIMP. Type and layout produced with Adobe InDesign. Some more graphics work, assembly, vectorization, and colorization to simulate print out on Solar Yellow stock in Adobe Illustrator.
Logos from Wikimedia.org.
Fonts - Spookhouse from House Industries (early prototype version at fontsgeek.com), Tungsten from Hoefler & Co. (thanks Mark Breneman), and Helvetica (thanks ephifonts).
Stern card template and coinage cards from earlier work.
Special thanks to Bob Smith at PAPA.org, Aurich at Ars Technica, and Adriaan Van Roeden at PinballNews.com for reference images. PAPA.org had an excellent image from which I could draw a working qrcode.
Flyers - raw image extracted directly from the factory PDFs using xpdfbin and converted to lossless PNG using ImageMagick.
Wheel images in turn extracted from the flyer images and cleaned and reassembled using the GIMP. These are exactly the same as published here:
Videos are in native format. If you need to rotate or convert for your specific setup, I suggest TeryRed's converter scripts:

Ghostbusters (Stern 2016) Media Pack
By CarnyPriest
Includes color and B/W reproductions of the factory instruction card. Color and B/W 30th anniversary promotional cards are also included along with coin cards (US currency only). Graphic elements processed with GIMP. Type and layout produced with Adobe InDesign. Some more graphics work, assembly, vectorization, and colorization to simulate print out on Solar Yellow stock all produced in Adobe Illustrator.
Logo came from worldvectorlogo.com.
Fonts - Helvetica thanks to ephifonts.com and Astounder by Nate Piekos and Blambot.com, downloaded from download-free-fonts.com.
Huge thanks to ninuzzu for extracting a great reference image from the TPA table. I pulled some graphic elements from that image. It would have been pretty rough without it.
Special thanks to Pinballnews.com for a playfield image which had the 30th anniversary promotional card and a playfield insert decal image that I could copy off and use in the card. As always thanks to Inkochnito for the coin cards.
The additional images come from Stern's Ghostbusters Basic Guide and from JP's Ghostbusters Slimer ruleset. Images were just dumped straight from the PDF to Flash using pdftools.
Flyers - raw image extracted directly from the factory PDFs using xpdfbin and converted to lossless PNG using ImageMagick.
Wheel images in turn extracted from the flyer images and cleaned up using the GIMP.
Videos are in native format. If you need to rotate or convert videos for use on your specific setup, I encourage you to use TerryRed's converter scripts:

The Munsters (Stern 2019) HPMP
By CarnyPriest
Includes reproductions of the English language factory card, promo card as found in the flyers, and a "family portrait" promo card as found in other promotional materials. Also includes coinage card, US currency only. Image clean-up for Grandpa and the promo cards used GIMP. Type, layout, assembly, vectorization, and colorization to simulate print out on Solar Yellow stock in Adobe Illustrator. Also includes Fantasy full(er) color versions of instruction and promo cards.
Fonts include House of Death Monster font from House Industries, courtesy best-font.com.
High(er) rez logo for the reproduction cards extracted from The Munsters' Scary Little Christmas title found at cinematerial.com.
Hi rez color logo for the fantasy cards is from sternpinball.com.
Family portrait images are taken from the Pro translite as found in promotional materials hosted by Pinside.
Main reference images are from my own photos of a Pro machine at Pinballz, Austin Texas. The original card has a misspelling which is retained in one of the versions of the card. There is also a version included that has the misspelling corrected. The fantasy version has correct spelling.
Flyers - raw image extracted directly from the factory PDFs using xpdfbin and converted to lossless PNG using ImageMagick.
Added Promo Video and Tutorial Video as supported by PinballX and perhaps other front-ends. Source: Stern Pinball's YT channel.
Videos are in native format and unmodified. I'll point to TerryRed's conversion scripts here, if you need to rotate the videos for your specific hardware setup:

Special thanks to Inkochnito for being the original host of the card reproductions.
