    The .res file and the .png with the back box art included are meant for a 1920*1080 display, but of course you can resize them to your heart's content.

    I found this really cool pic at Pinside.com. This backglass is meant to be used in a 2 screen setup (1 screen for the playfield, 1 screen for the backglass), so no grill, no DMD, but you can put them in the same screen or a third one if you want. Since it has no DMD, the 7 lights for the doctors' portraits have been assigned to each corresponding image in the backglass so the doctors will illuminate as you progress through the game.
     
    The .res file and the .png with the back box art included are meant for a 1920*1080 display, but of course you can resize them to your heart's content. For the screenshot, I'm using a 5X DMD (1284x325).

    I found this cool pic at bellmans.co.uk, it has  amazing colors and a very good quality. It's already illuminated but still looks really cool. The .res and the frame pic are meant for a 1920x1080 display but of course you can resize them to your heart's content. The side art frame is courtesy (stolen 😅) from the amazing Protomech:

    also made the image proportionally authentic (that's all about how you have your res file setup)

    Thanks to Wildman for the original b2s

    I upscaled to 2k and clean up little bits of art. 
    Added bulbs, and placement should be accurate to the original now.
    Added all the original text for high score, ball in play, ect.
    Added a full DMD with modified cab and back box art.
    This is for 7 digit.
     
     
    If you are not getting Credit and Match lights to populate, hit F6 and select them in the dip switch menu. Restart table.
