    This is my first attempt at a sound mod, so please provide whatever feedback you have to help me improve.  I have little experience in sound editing and am equipped with 62-year-old ears.  Even so, I like the results and hope that you will too!
     
    I love the @LoadedWeapon cabinet mod for this table, but I found the rom sounds too 8-bit for my tastes.  My sound mod contains around 60 new samples direct from the motion picture or its soundtrack by the incomparable John Williams.  All new and existing samples have been normalized.  There are still a few music tracks that I haven't replaced, but the main ones are here.
     
    I particularly want to thank @iDigStuff and @MrGrynch for their work on the altsound improvements and g-sound format.  iDigStuff also produced some very informative videos.  His standard installation notes are included below.  Thanks also to @lucky1 for his altsound editor (available on this website).
     
    The project was originally done in altsound format, but once it neared completion, I knew that it had to be converted to g-sound.  I truly believe that just converting it made things work much better.
     
    Anyone is free to modify this work as they see fit providing they acknowlege this or subsequent versions by me as the basis for their work.
     
    Installation Notes:
    Place the download in your Altsound folder and set Altsound mode to 1 in Vpinmame table menu (F1).
    Included in the download, you'll find a convenient .CSV file, just like before, and now, a separate .ini file.
     
    No need to touch the included .ini file. Everything is set. The .ini is for authors and troubleshooting.

    Here we go with another Altsound - this time for "South Park" by Sega/Stern (it's now under Stern's licencing as all Sega pinball licences were bought by Stern)
    Songs used for the altsound -

    "Simeltanious Lovin'" (From the Chef Aid CD)
    "Hot Lava" (From the Chef Aid CD)
    "Kyle's mom is a bitch!" (From South Park: Bigger, Better & Uncut)

    Few more I cannot remember what I used!
    This uses the "sprk_103 rom. The reason why the chef aid songs sound a bit low, is because when I converted them to mono from stereo to use on the altsound, even when I used the "normalise" option and had it at volume level 6, it was mega loud and would irritate you from being able to enjoy them. This is the same for other songs i.e. Kyle's mom.

    Seeing as how I couldn't find a decent one, this took me a while to make as I had messed up quite a bit. 
    You have -
    Monstars Anthem "Hit 'em High" by Busta Rhymes, Coolio, Ll Cool J, Method Man & B Real - this will play when you activate multiball
    "Basketball Jones" - Chris Rock & Barry White - plays when you hit the jackpot in multiball
    Space Jam - Quad City DJ's - plays when you end a game
    Pump up the Jam (Instrumental version) - main game theme
    Fly Like An Eagle - Seal - Plays when you have to reactivate multiball after draining the two balls.
    Chicago Bulls Theme aka SIRIUS by Alan Parsons Project - shooter theme (Works well when the main commentator is introducing Michael Jordan!)
    I Believe I Can Fly - R.Kelly - not sure when this plays.
    "Buggin" - Bugs Bunny feat Daffy Duck & Elmer Fudd - not sure when this plays, but it seemed to play as the shooter theme for when it tells you to activate Multiball mode.
    Jeopardy theme - Trivia mini game

    I have put this as "stwr_107" , however you can use it with the 106 rom if you wish.

    Okay, so I kinda went into trekkie mode there at the beginning lol. Decided to make an altsound for this pinball table with all the music I had purchased a while ago (Star Trek TNG Volumes 1-3) as I'm not really a huge fan of the stock soundtrack. You will notice new sounds like -
     
    Asteroid Field mission - The Booby Trap - Fatal Decision-Auto Destruct Melody (From the episode The Booby Trap where Picard slingshots the Enterprise-D around the asteroid field)
    Time Warp - Yesterday's Enterprise - Duality-Enterprise C
    Borg Multiball (and Locks #1 and #2) - Captain Borg (Best of Both Worlds Pt1)

    Game Over - Main Title V2 (This one actually never got used so it's unique for the Game Over/Enter Initials part. It WAS originally First Contact, but seeing as how I wanted it to be pre-First Contact, I decided to skip past that and just keep up until Generations since First Contact onwards was Enterprise-E and not Enterprise-D) 
     
    I cannot remember what else I put in there, but you will notice some of the music from the series in there.
