Due to system limitations searching with words of 3 or less characters will not return results. For instance; Doctor Who. This will not return results as the system is trying to search for both Doctor AND Who in which Who will not be found as it's a 3 character word. To find Doctor Who; you'd search for either Doctor or "Doctor Who".
Search Tips:
For specific searches; enclose your search with quotes. Example: "Doctor Who" or "Addams Family".

This is my first attempt at a sound mod, so please provide whatever feedback you have to help me improve. I have little experience in sound editing and am equipped with 62-year-old ears. Even so, I like the results and hope that you will too! I love the @LoadedWeapon cabinet mod for this table, but I found the rom sounds too 8-bit for my tastes. My sound mod contains around 60 new samples direct from the motion picture or its soundtrack by the incomparable John Williams. All new and existing samples have been normalized. There are still a few music tracks that I haven't replaced, but the main ones are here. I particularly want to thank @iDigStuff and @MrGrynch for their work on the altsound improvements and g-sound format. iDigStuff also produced some very informative videos. His standard installation notes are included below. Thanks also to @lucky1 for his altsound editor (available on this website). The project was originally done in altsound format, but once it neared completion, I knew that it had to be converted to g-sound. I truly believe that just converting it made things work much better. Anyone is free to modify this work as they see fit providing they acknowlege this or subsequent versions by me as the basis for their work. Installation Notes: Place the download in your Altsound folder and set Altsound mode to 1 in Vpinmame table menu (F1). Included in the download, you'll find a convenient .CSV file, just like before, and now, a separate .ini file. No need to touch the included .ini file. Everything is set. The .ini is for authors and troubleshooting. -

May the Force be with you! I'm happy to share my Star Wars Trilogy colorization in Serum format. This is the OG/Purist version where every frame has been hand colored (the digitized movie sequences were NOT FUN! 🥵). This project took me ~150 hours. At a minimum, you will need the Serum DLL file version 2.2.0 (released June 10th 2025) for this colorization as it uses dynamic sprites. Simply download and drop it in your vPinMame folder. The factory PDF is available at Inkochnito's but there is an alternate version that describes the Skill Shot, so I reproduced that one based on photos I took on a recent visit to a local arcade. And I refreshed the factory PDF version, replacing logos with vector-based versions prior to export to Flash. I found that on my old version of the card on the PinballX FTP Acrobat had substituted a different font for what was supposed to be displayed. So, I fixed that as well. Type and layout of the Skill Shot rule completed using InDesign. Edits and assembly used Illustrator. The promo card is included. I did not retrace the line art on the logo card. That's beyond what I can attempt. Coinage cards also included. Helvetica fonts obtained at ephifonts.com. Sega Pinball vector-based logo based on one I created. Details here: https://www.gameex.info/forums/topic/17886-new-stern-old-gottlieb-and-old-taito-company-logos/?do=findComment&comment=177479 Star Wars Trilogy vector-based logo obtained at seeklogo.com. This in turn was used to create an ultra hi-rez wheel image. Extracted a high rez wheel image from a movie poster hosted at starwars.wikia.com. Cleaning and effects in GIMP. 300dpi scans of the flyer courtesy http://flyers.cdyn.com/ I also included flyer scans from nypinball.com. The quality may be better. Stern published a series of infographics on Facebook celebrating 30 years of business. I included the one for Star Wars Trilogy. There are two versions, one with some extra trivia and the other is just the infographic. Both included. I use these as additional flyer images. Thanks to Pinballz for having the machine available. Thanks to marcospecialties.com for the reference image of the promo card. Special thanks to Inkochnito for hosting the factory PDFs. This work is free to use by the community without attribution.
