  4. Batman 66 (Stern 2016) HPMP

Includes a reproduction of the English language factory card (Premium/Limited Edition). 99% of the credit goes to pinball-universe.de. I simply added the correct part number based on my own reference images. Type and layout in Adobe Illustrator. Assembly using GIMP. The card is available in both SWF and 300dpi PNG formats.

A huge ultra hi-rez logo was extracted directly from sternpinball.com. It is included as an ultra hi-rez wheel image.
I used that image to make a trimmed down alternate wheel image. It is still ulta hi-rez and also included.

Reference images were from photos I took of a machine at Pinballz (original location) in Austin, TX. https://pinballz.com/

Flyers - raw image extracted directly from the factory PDFs using xpdfbin and converted to lossless PNG using ImageMagick.

You can find a very nice looking German language card at pinball-universe.de. There is nothing for me to change with it.

No coin cards included in this pack. Machines were distributed with Topp Batman TV Series trading cards as the other card on the apron:
    https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/post-your-batman-66-trading-cards

You can find plenty of these card images on Google, ebay, pinside.com, archive.org, etc.

Special thanks to Inkochnito for being the original host for card reproductions.

    - Instruction cards (1600x1200, created from screenshots of the game)
    - Table audio (Recorded from the game with Audacity. Each song loops twice and then fades out)
    - Wheel images (Taken from game screenshots and upscaled; I decided against a softening filter as the pixely look supports the feeling that these are older games. One exception is the Duke Nukem logo, which I found online)

  15. NFL (Stern 2001) HPMP

Pack contains some improvements on the original factory cards. Replaced logo on the promo card with a vector-based version. Assembly and coloring used Illustrator. Appropriate coinage card also included (US currency only).
Logos from Wikipedia and seek-logo.com. Used to create ultra hi-res wheel images.
    Football graphics from wilson.com

  22. Whoa Nellie! Big Juicy Melons (Whizbang 2011) Media Pack

The media pack for the Stern version is here:
This pack is for the original production version based on conversions of old Gottlieb cabinets. Includes instruction card, score card, a Chicago Expo "PinKit" promo card,  and a small assortment of title cards. Type and layout in InDesign and graphics processed with the GIMP. Assembly and export to Flash in Illustrator.
Title cards include one with a black background used in images taken at Chicago Expo 2010, one used on an EM home build (for authenticity use with Inkochnito's Gottlieb Continental Cafe set), and a fantasy title card where I simply dropped in a Stern leaderboard display ad.
Wheel images - one is the same as in the Stern media pack (extracted from Stern's flyer). The other is based on one of the title cards. It is a bit of an improvement over the one in the Stern pack as it was tweaked to more closely resemble the one in reference images.
No flyers were produced as far as I am aware.
Fonts - Signboard obtained at fontsgeek.com. Helvetica thanks to ephifonts.com.
Facebook icon from their media images respository
Whizbang logo from PinballLife.com (a great vendor I should add!)
Thanks to classicplayfields.com, hardcoregamer.com, Jay Stafford and IPDB.org, ministryofpinball.com, pinballsupernova.wordpress.com, resetera.com, thedeadlyspawn.com, and znet on YouTube from whose videos I took some screenshots to verify content.

New vector-based card reproductions based on images at IPDB and Pinside among others. Score/coin cards also based on images of the factory cards. Includes reproductions of the coin card and numbered plaque produced by PMI for their run of the table in 2007. Type and layout in InDesign and assembly used Illustrator.
Helvetica obtained at ephifonts.com. Clarendon LT obtained at freakfonts.com. Logan Five by Jonathan Hill was obtained at legionfonts.com and was heavily modified by me using FontForge and InDesign to better match the factory card images.
Metal texture for the numbered plaque by trabzonsport
Ultra hi-rez wheel images are based on the typefaces used by Capcom and by PMI. They don't look like anything else found on the table, but if you are looking for something unique then there they are. Effects produced with the GIMP.
    PMI flyer front courtesy IPDB.
Special thanks to Pinsider Robert Winter for the scan of the original typeface and layout that he used in one of his custom cards. I could not have completed the card without that reference image. Thanks to pinb and Pinside, flippers.be, Kim Mitchell and IPDB for additional reference images.
