The backglass artwork for this table that I could find on the internet is not in great shape.  So I went a different route for this video.  The only element from the original game I used is the audio sample "Welcome to Bushido" which is weird, because Bushido isn't a place.  Instead, I put together several interesting Samurai-related Ukiyo-e artworks together with the track "Butterfly" from Dance Dance Revolution.  Is it authentic?  Eh, it's not any less authentic than the table is.

I love this game's artwork.  It's very reminiscent of business advertising from this time period, and so I reworked it into something that looks like it could have been a TV ad - if TV's in the 70's had been 9x16 LCD monitors.  The audio is a stock audio clip called "Challenging Strategy," which really emphasizes the capitalist utopia vibe of the table.

The artwork is taken from the game's backglass.  The audio is Steely Dan's "Do It Again", which I couldn't get out of my head while working on this video.  I kept mis-singing the lyrics as "You go Black Jack and do it again!"  In my defense, Jack does seem to have a gambling problem, so there's at least a link to the theme of the game.

This video uses the game's logo, some stock footage and a little bit of transition trickery.  The music is the song that play when you trigger the "Big Kahuna" bonus round in the slot machine "Catch-A-Wave," which is the inspiration for the table.

I tried to imagine what the heck was supposed to be going on in this game.  My best guess is that they have encountered some creature that causes earthquakes and sound like a pinball machine bumper.  Whatever.  The video uses the game's backglass and AI voice imitations of Cecil Palmer from "Welcome to Nightfall", Gunnery Sgt. Hartman from "Full Metal Jacket" and the generic female voice from "Outriders".  I used Uberduck to generate the voices.  It's hard to get the right emotions out of this kind of voice generation, so there was a lot of trial and error.

It was difficult to find a way to animate the art from this game due to the aspect ratio, so I opted to use stock video instead.  The logo is the only asset taken directly from the game..

You have a choice of two versions of this video, the difference being which audio track you prefer.  The main version uses music from the game itself.  The alt version uses a metal remix by Cory Thunderlick of M.I.A.'s "Bad Girls".  The alt version isn't very true to the game, but it is the version I chose to put on my own cabinet.

This is probably the most stereotypical video it would be possible to make for this game, but the game's theme is pretty much a stereotype anyway.

The video is made from the game's backglass.  The audio was made using a Kontact library called Action Strikes and a didgeridoo sample.

I'm not a huge fan of this game's backglass, and there wasn't a good way to animate it anyway, so this is what I came up with.  This video is made from stock footage and the game's logo.
