Emperor Ming Awaits!

Prepare for the VPW Mod of the fantastic Flash Gordon 2.0 created by rothbauerw and bord — true saviors of the universe whose powers rival even the Hawkmen themselves. For this update, the table has been amped up with a full visual refresh utilizing the power of the blender toolkit. Materials gleam brighter than the lightning fields of Mongo, lighting has been tuned with all the drama of a space-opera spotlight, and inserts now pop like a proper technicolor showdown. Much of bord’s original Blender work remains proudly woven into the build. On the gameplay front, the physics have been updated in collaboration with rotherbauerw, incorporating his latest refinements since the previous release. The soul is still here — just with more heroic momentum behind every shot. So, tighten your gauntlets, summon your inner stadium-chant energy, and step boldly into the arena — FLASH!

Good job VPW team!

The table plays just perfect and it's crafted tight and neatly as always.

IMHO the playfield looks a bit washed out no matter the LUT or the light settings but you can change it to your heart's content using Photoshop , just edit the Nestmap 0.webp.

Thanks for sharing another cool table, VPW!

Thank you for creating this legendary Flash Gordon EM table. Beautiful work from the team! The table is fantastic and a real pleasure to play. Great job and much appreciated!

An update I didn't realise I needed! Loved the previous Rothbauerw version but this version takes that beauty and gets it even closer to the real pin. That bastard right outlane remains as determined an adversary as usual albeit thankfully the multipliers shot seems a little more lenient than the previous version. This is an all-time classic and rightly takes its place alongside other VPW masterpieces.  As always, simple thanks seems insufficient but I'll give you a million anyway.

I know times are tight for many but would urge everyone who can afford it to donate when possible and help the team to continue to produce these works of art. Happy New Year guys!

This year, every day is Christmas for me... each new table is the table I've been waiting for.

The execution here is simply masterful and requires no comment.

Thank You guys.

I know it sounds cliché to say “fantastic job,” but once again, the work is outstanding.

Thank you to everyone involved for your passion, your dedication, and for sharing it with all of us.

Beautiful table! However, since it's locked down I am unable to hide the backglass digits from showing up on my playfield.

Great work.

Great job on this Table. I play a real version of this on a weekly basis at my local arcades Tournament. Very good representation of it. The only thing different is the drop targets actually go down when hit in this version, so many times they don't on the real one. Love it. Definitely going to the top of my favorites list

Wow, and again a level higher in recreation! Thanks, VPW crew.

Great work and VR is killer!
Normally not a lover of this old of tables but when it feels super realistic it just adds so much.

Small issue: During a full (button hold) plunge if I hold it and wait for plunger to be at max it actually only goes about 3/4 power and doesn't make it onto the field. If I time it so it is almost max it seems to work.

thanks for amazing work
