First of all...

....Phantom of the Opera was the table that got me hooked on VP. I really like the table art and atmosphere.
After playing numerous playthroughs I wanted to add more to the experience and after several times picking up this project,
and starting from scratch again and again, I finally found the formula to complete the project.

Hope you enjoy the outcome - my small contribution to the community

NOTE/INFO
   - Extract zip content to your \Visual Pinball\VPinMAME\altsound\ -location
   - Correct poto-folder according to your table/script
   - I noticed a slight 1-2sec. delay before the ALTsound activates when you boot up the table with the ALTsound activated.
   - My poto-table crashed first 2-3 times after activating this ALTsound, dont know if isolated issue.

Table will probably crash the first couple of start-ups after enabling ALTsound pak but
will run and work, after 1rst succesfull start-up.

Please download the one you would like to use, I recommend Pinsound.

Music has been replaced with Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoon show music.
All other sounds are original.

This is an altsound conversion of the amazing pinsound package by Julian42 featuring The Who's Tommy OST, and enhanced sounds. Does not required pinsound studio to play

Instructions: unzip tomy_400 folder with files into vPinMAME/altsound folder (create the folder if you haven't already), start table, hit F1, and change alt sound mode to 1. Exit table and restart.

Tip from AnTiBoDy: for the VPWorkshop version, rename the altsound directory from tomy_400 to tomy_500

Changes from original pinsound package: adjusted timing of Christmas to match start of lightshow, adjusted start of ball 3 song

Issues: End of game song plays to completion over any new game.

Youtube search tommy pinsound to see if you like it, but you're going to want this.

Twilight Zone was intended to be the first pinball released with Williams DCS sound system but due to hardware development delays the sound was rewritten for WPC hardware. This sound profile includes the initial sound design done for the DCS system for TZ before the hardware change was implemented.

Custom soundpack adding enhanced music score, sfx and voice clips from the original 1997 movie.

Please notice

SEGA tables and ALTsound at the current state arent 100% working perfectly meaning events sometime are not triggering coresponding sound events. Ive tryed to work around this and done some extensive testing securing the best outcome possible.

Should compatibility for SEGA tables and ALTsound be improved in the future, I will need to redo this package due to the steps I needed to take to force best result.

This is a custom sound package containing and including a mix content from Tyler (PinSound), dcbenji and my own.

Aprox 400+ sounds (call outs, music score, sfx) majority coming from the 1991 movie "Hook" - and some personal tweaks and replacements.

Please note that the original file came from boater from his work on PinSound.
This file has 100 % music from the movies, 95% of the voice files have been replaced with actual sound clips from the movie, and about 50% of the FX sounds have been redone as well.
You may need to edit the Gain on the .csv file depending on if the sound is too loud or too low.

Altsound - No Good Golfers (Williams)1.0.0

This is an altsound using the Caddy Shack Soundtrack.
I released this early to go along with Hawkeyez88 excellent puppack.
There is still work to be done on this, every few balls there will be no sound.
I cannot figure out how to fix this yet, if you are able to please feel free to correct this issue and send it to me to reupload.
I would appreciate any help to try and get that issue resolved, when time permits, after the summer I plan to redo all the callouts as well.
Hope you enjoy, and sorry for it not be 100% yet.
