I would for sure recommend randr's last post on how he mounted the panels... the frame i'm working on will be best used in a custom speaker panel with a custom sized viewing hole for the new size of these panels..... randr beat me to it because I had the same Idea about the mounting them using the available frame and a plexy for and all in one. we had the same idea, niceeee Love it randr!!

Content Provider UncleSash Posted November 18, 2015 Content Provider Posted November 18, 2015 The arduino is to slow for the refresh and data handling. Maybe an Arduino Due with the 32 bit mcu. But then you have almost the same costs as with the stm. And you have to write the software again.

They are only talking about a digital arcade marquee, which would not need to refresh at any considerable rate since it's a static image in 99% of the cases
