- "Sharp" button and crisp slider. This runs after the logo is scaled
  down and pushes every pixel to either fully on or off, so the edges
  come out hard instead of a soft grey smear. Colours stay put.
- Batch can now go through subfolders. When you start it, it asks two
  things: include subfolders, and whether every logo gets the same
  settings or a random preset each. Output is flat as name.gif. If two
  logos in different folders have the same name, the second becomes
  name_2.gif so nothing gets overwritten.

Fixed
- Some readability sliders did nothing - offset, spread and bold were
  being cancelled out. They all work now. In silhouette mode the colour
  sliders act on the fill colour.
