A classic pairing of Wayne Neyens and Roy Parker brings us Gigi, a deceptively cute yet challenging pinball. A product of its time featuring Marilyn Monroe and some “hillbilly” humor makes one wonder the direction they really intended.

The rules are simple. From the IPDB:

Quote

“Lighting all of the bumpers of either color lights the ‘Speshul’ for replays. However, lighting a bumper in one color will turn off the like-numbered bumper of the other color, making it harder to achieve this objective. Lighting a complete chevron of either color resets the bumpers and scores an Advance on lower playfield.”

@EMUnderdogs has labored for months (in their spare time of course!) to bring this table to a more accurate representation than has ever been previously released. @Silversurfer painstakingly recreated the backglass, playfield and plastics in vectors which gave the rest of us a perfect platform to build upon. All elements scaled properly to the blueprint and nfozzy physics materials applied. EM sounds updated and lighting and shadows tweaked to near perfection.

Take Gigi out for a spin and keep in mind that this has a manual ball lifter (right magna or 1 key).

There is an option menu by holding the left flipper a few seconds that lets you change to automatic ball lift instead as well as several scoring options. There are also desktop scoring or b2s backdrops available by changing in the editor/toggle backglass view / DT Image dropdown.

Now with VR added by @DGrimmReaper!

@Silversurfer and @hauntfreaks new backglass:

Thanks to @GordonJames for testing and providing valuable feedback, especially on lighting and shadows.

Enjoy @EMUnderdogs Gigi!

Another great table from you guys, thanks for the hard work - certainly paid off, as this is one 'speshul' creation!
Plays, looks and sounds superb, lovely vector work! Excellent attention to detail all round.

What a beautiful table! And it plays really good. Thanks a lot for sharing this one, EMUnderdogs!

The ball was getting stuck on the right side of the apron, specially while executing a death save move (a nudge). I think the problem is the  GATE4. I just made it a bit smaller (length 80) and moved it a bit downwards.

This is one of my favourite tables on here.   The effort that was made is apparent within 60-seconds of playing this gem.

I have great memories of this table and I love how vivid the details are, it seasons my nostalgia with joy.

 Amazing.

What a great level of detail.

I would like to say 'screw-perfect' but as non-English native speaker I'm not totally sure if that doesn't mean something else 😁

So a big Thanks to all these amazing talented guys (girls??) who made this beauty,

Thanks! 👍
