This beautiful table by VPW will challenge you for years to come. There is nothing easy about it but slowly but surely you see some progress towards finishing the table. Yes... the dream is there that you will one day make it right through and actually beat the table. The playfield, gameplay, sounds and PUP pack are filled with little details and are testimony to AstroNasty and the VPW teams love for the movies. I hope we see this as a real table one day because it is more than good enough. Well done team!

1/16/26 - Belated Christmas update:

I have a cabinet now. One of the first things I did with Die Hard was pull off a music video from the special edition DVD of Die Hard 4 (Live Free or Die Hard) and place it on the back glass attract (when Pinup Popper scrolls through table randomly.)

The story of the GuyzNite video aligns with virtual pinball IMO.

Basically, they made the coolest video of the Die Hard Trilogy with clips from the movie.

Fox got wind of this and asked the video to be taken down.

Then a bunch of people called up Fox and told them they were jerks from taking down the coolest video ever.

Fox apologized to GuyzNite and asked them to write a 4th verse and perform it at the Die Hard 4 premier. AWESOME!

Too cool. Enjoy the video, procure a copy of this video, and add it to your VCab TODAY (operators are standing by.)

Amazing table.

I just setup Pinup Popper, and made playlist of the VPW tables. They are all epic.

There's just one small issue with this table... I went to the the pinball arcade looking for this pin, and couldn't find it.

With most original tables,  you can tell that they were never made IRL. This table fooled me for a minute; I thought it was a recreation. It's that good.

The playfield is extremely busy,  but the ball manages to flow really nicely; I didn't get any STDM drains. Be sure to get the necessary PUP pack for the scoreboard and clips.

I also like that the PUP pack compliments the table, rather than overshadows  it. Sometimes, I forgot it was on until I locked a ball or progressed along in the story. There are a few PUP packs that I turn off, because the experience feels too busy. This one is like baby bear, (just right.)

The physics are wonderful, and I especially like the layering effect. Refreshing flipper placement and upper playfield. 

I'm  looking forward to examining the ruleset and working my way through the stories.

Great table for a great movie franchise.

Man i spend 3 days to make this table working... Finally done today with my old PC and 2 screens (pup pack are so problematics with single screen desktop). verdict : is that worth the effort ? Damn yes ! Love the theme, the atmosphere and the rules are excellent ! Tables looks fantastics and play flawlessly !

PupPack rocks too.

I usually don’t play original tables because the physics and sound typically aren’t near as good, but this one is amazing. Love the theme, plays and looks like a real machine that could have existed in the 90’s. Awesome work, thanks! 

This is an absolutely great original table. The playfield layout is so well thought out, it is hard to believe this is not coming from a professional designer. There is not a single part of the playfield that feels under or over utilized. The shots are perfectly designed and so original. But they don't feel to be designed just to be original, they really work well and the gameplay feels so good, while still being so original. It is near perfection. Coupler that with the awesome visual candy VPW is able to produce and this table is near perfection. Thanks for all your hard work!

This table right here is one of the best ive ever played in VR! On top of that with it being a custom table it takes it to another level. The pup pack is awesome and it just looks amazing in VR. The 3d enviroment with helicopter is insane! Sometime this week you guys will be getting a tip/beer money!

This table is  so well done, lights,pup,effects, I had goosebumps on my arms. Thanks to the team for sharing this masterpiece, its out of the park!

What a gem! The lighting on this table is from another planet together with the table design and execution which is  next level.

It's just such an awesomely insane level of professionalism. Stern should be jealous to have guys like you onboard in their game development ;).

I'm late to the party but had fun playing this baby. It's fun trying to figure it out, the Pup Pack mixes in perfect and the table looks great. The VR Room is awesome as is the table in VR, thanks for those!!

This is the best looking table to date 10 stars.

After 6 or 7 games I am really appreciating how well balanced the layout and flow are. It's a table that has plenty of action but at the same time the speed and flipper strength are perfect and it can also be a table you can have a nice long relaxing game on without a bunch of nudging every 10 seconds to avoid a drain. (And it looks awesome, too, but everybody already said that )

As soon as the first pictures appeared, I knew it was going to be something special. Then when I saw a video about it, I knew for sure! The end result of the two years of work that the team put in is fantastic! The topic and the idea itself are great, but the implementation was excellent! I don't want to believe that this is not a copy of an existing table! What I see is incredibly beautiful and lifelike, and the gameplay is complex enough to keep it enjoyable for a long time!
I have a few theme ideas in my head that deserve a pinball machine, and this is how I envision them to be implemented!

Where is the 10 Star button? This is the best Christmas gift ever! It's going to be enjoyed every year at Christmas and that's mandatory! The level of realism in this is so incredible. How can something so precise and beautiful not be a real table in real life? It looks soo real, and the replayability is nuts, It's so tough at first, but once you dive in the gameplay and rules are so much fun. Talk about a Christmas miracle! from concept to finish, after 2 years of hard work, a massive team of talented people came together to destroy all expectations and raise the bar soo high it is safe to say we reached a ceiling here in VPX and this is it. 

     Without a doubt, this table is going to be slammed in all Pincabs worldwide and you can be certain of that Jack! We are not worthy! Thank you all! Thank you and God Bless all of you! You creative talented hardworking bastards! I LOVE YOU ALL!!!

Astro had a visiona long time ago and to see him grind out oneof the best original VPX tables you will find has been an amazing experience.  Everyone at VPW who worked on this in cluding those who lent a hand wherever they could should be proud of themselves.  You all crushed it and gave the VPX community a nice little early Christmas gift.  Well done!

As if we needed another reminder that the people that love and support and are talented in this strange little hobby extend well beyond those paid to do so by the big names, comes this labour of love.

Amazingly well done; better than most "real" pinball tables and that's not hyperbole at all.  Might give Blood Machines a run for its money as my favorite Original!
