  1. More information about "NBA (MAC 1986) Alternate"

    NBA (MAC 1986) Alternate

    By Rivermatty

So I found a reasonable Backglass Image for NBA Mac and asked ChatGPT to Enhance it and remove the Glare and it did an amazing job but it also changed some of the wording on the Grill Labels and the Signage and the faces of some of the players haha. What can you do?

Nevertheless it looks a lot better than what was available previously IMO.

I'm calling this an Alternate Backglass because it's not quite true to the original.

Have added Reels and Lights, I copied the rom numbers from the other available Backglasses so thanks to previous Backglass creators for their work in finding all the right numbers.

Hope you like it, please, if you don't like it blame ChatGPT not me haha.

I made a new "slim" grill, to make the LCDdisplays bigger. Also includes a frame with the back box artwork. The .res and the frame pic a are meant for a 1920*1080 display but of course you can resize them to your heart's content.

Here's an alt backglass for Marty's killer new BORDERLANDS
I included a replacement file for the backwall, since I unwittingly used the same image on the FullDMD - just replace the original in the VPX image manager if you want to use it.

2 screeners can just slap the DMD onto the backglass (shown below)

    NFL (Stern 2001) Backglass Alternate

    By lolzilla

That magical time of the year it's almost here: the football season, and since Stern never made a backglass of my favorite team (Houston Oilers), I just made a fantasy backglass with all the logos instead. The logos illuminate as you defeat the teams and during attract mode, they make a nice light show. It's meant  for a 16:9 screen ratio in a 2 display setup (1 display for the playfield, 1 display for the backglass and the DMD).

    By Cordsl

Laser Cue - Alternative Backglass with FullDMD
This is my alternative backglass featuring a FullDMD setup for Laser Cue.
To get a better look at the score displays, I removed them from the original artwork and placed them in a matching FullDMD window. I also did some retouching on the colors to make them pop, and added some extra artwork to the sides so it fills out nicely on a 16:9 monitor.
Huge credit to Hauntfreaks for the "clean, resampled, remastered 3K source image that carefully retains the original halftone patterns."

Rocky Legends (Original 2026) Backglass and Full DMD

    By Autobott

I take no credit for this, I simply combined JoeD's Art provided with Rocky Legends into a B2S and added a little lighting animation.

I made this to go along with JoeD's PUP that I wanted to put on my full dmd screen.
I included Full DMD in the B2S, you will need to disable it to use along with the PUP.

    By lolzilla

This is a mod of master HauntFreaks' The Sopranos backglass:

I usually play with the playfield zoomed-in as much as possible, so I'm always willing to sacrifice the apron and the back wall. That's why I moved the portraits to the backglass. The .res file is meant for a 1920x1080 display, but of course you can resize it to your heart's content.
