version 1.0 doesn't save your selected LUT on exit. Add this at the very bottom of your script so it will save LUT settings when you exit (save the table after adding this):

Sub table1_Exit

      SaveLUT

      Controller.Stop

End Sub 

 

I'll add this into the next update also
