Time Fantasy (Williams 1983) VPW

Time Fantasy, Williams’ wonderfully bizarre 1983 pinball machine, looks like someone asked an artist to mix time travel, cosmic symbols, and a few suspiciously enlightened snails—and then left them unattended for way too long. The gameplay is classic early-’80s Williams, but the artwork absolutely steals the show, especially if you’ve recently enjoyed a little snack that tends to make colors breathe and snails offer surprisingly deep life advice. Under those conditions, the whole machine feels less like pinball and more like a gentle cosmic revelation with flippers (especially in VR).

We are having lots of fun with this one. Thank you! The 'keep shooting' light doesn't stay on and you lose a life instantly if you drain. Can you help me fix it if possible. Thanks again

The "keep shooting" light isn't a conventional ball save, it only lights once you start the "TIME BALL" mode, and lasts for the duration of time you've earned during play. During "TIME BALL" mode if you drain you'll have to manually plunge the ball back into play.

Thank you. I realized it and came back here to delete my comment but it's too late haha. A little embarrassing! My brain wasn't working yesterday. Awesome table huh? My wife is kicking my butt at it

I had a strange thing happen.  There is nothing wrong with the code.  I downloaded the game and ROM, and found that I could not start a game.  Using the standard "add credit" button, it would register in that I hear the coin sound, but could not start a game.  After a bit of messing with it, I discovered that the "add credit 1" and "add credit 2" were not actually adding credits as far as the ROM was concerned, which is why I couldn't start a game.  I had to hit the 5 key (Coin 3) to get a credit to register.  In this case, every press of '5' adds 3 credits.  I tried two different ROMS, deleting NVRAM, etc..  I thought I would share my experience in case anyone else runs into the same issue.  I am in the process of getting an NVRAM from someone that is not having the same problem.  Hopefully that will fix it for me.

Great game!  Absolutely love the VR Room!  Thanks guys!
