Pmax65 Posted June 19, 2025 Posted June 19, 2025 I don't know if my solution is universal valid, but after having investigated I discovered that this table uses an exaggerated video RAM for the textures and my NVIDIA GTX 1060 with 3GB video RAM is not sufficient. For this reason the parameter "Maximum Texture Dimension" in the VPX 8 "Video Graphic Option" must be limited at a value of 4096 or less, not that this doesn't produce appreciable artifacts on the screen, setting this the emulation result smooth without the noisy stutters that were present before. To know if this issue is the same for your cabinet, just activate the F11 timings monitor and about every 3s you should see exaggerated peaks in each graphic . Note that this bad setting is evidenced by the suspension of the logging during the glitch. After limiting the texture those peak disappears and the graphics return smooth. Sometimes you can still see some peaks here or there in the Physics graphic or in the Script graphic because of the intense job of the CPU, this is normal. Please note that the value 4096 is right for my configuration, maybe your system requires a different value. P.S. remember to close and reopen the table after changing the "Maximum Texture Dimension", if you don't do it the parameter seems not working (I spent 10 day to realize that I was just stupid ignoring the warning message )
