Double Awards: Press Start Key a 2nd time (while 2nd Coin light is blinking prior to shooting 1st ball)
   to light & win double replays.
Ball tray enlarged to prevent next ball being generated too soon by balls moving around in tray.
Replays awarded for 50,60,70,80 & 90 points.
Scoring and other bugs fixed.
