    While the artwork for this game is very similar to that of Gottlieb's "Orbit" and "Outer Space," it isn't exactly the same, nor is it the same table.  So I built a similar, but not quite the same video for it as well.
     
    The video is built from the game's backglass, except for the logo, which comes from the game's flyer, and the spaceship floating by, which is actually the one from "Orbit."  The music is "Magic Fly" by Space.

    After sitting with this one for a few days, I realize I accidentally made the loading video equivalent of a TV ad for your local golden oldies station.  But that's OK, it kinda works.
     
    The video is made from a fairly significantly edited version of the backglass plus a moving star field effect.  The audio is several top hits from 1972: "Brandy (You're a Fine Girl)" by Looking Glass, "American Pie" by Don McLean, "Rocketman" by Elton John, and "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" by Roberta Flack.

    This video is made from the game's backglass, except for the baseball, which is a piece of clip art that looks much better than any of the baseballs that are visible on the backglass, mainly due to the backglass' resolution.  The audio is a deliberately-chosen-because-it-was-generically-called home run from the 1972 World Series.  I honestly don't recall who hit the ball, I just remember that it was Oakland.

    The available artwork for this game isn't very easy to use in a video, especially in one that has to ultimately be in a 9x16 aspect ratio.  So I elected to redraw most of the elements myself on this one.  Also, I used the logo as it appears on the game's flyer because it's has a more interesting look.  The rest of the video is made from some stock video of fireworks and a clip from NBC's broadcast of game 4 of the 1972 World Series where Dick Green hits a line drive that results in a double - and Pete Rose almost manages to throw him out.  The video quality is a bit shaky, but you can see what's going on.  The video and audio are both slightly edited to make the clip more compact and comprehensible.
     
    If you are wondering how I managed to find a random clip of a line drive in a 2+ hour broadcast (even with the commercials removed), it turns out that if you download the automated subtitle track that YouTube generates for most of their videos, you can search it for keywords and then use the timestamp of the caption to find a specific event in the video.

    With this video, I think every 1971 pinball machine that is currently playable in VPX now has a full screen loading video available either at VPUniverse or through Popper's media search.  Now onto 1972!
     
    This video is made from the game's backglass plus some footage from a tutorial about how to create a honey dripping effect in Cinema 4D.  I don't have access to that tool, so I just swiped the video of their final render, then matted and composited it into this video.   The music is "Sugar Sugar" by The Archies.
