Hi DnaDisturber, Thank you for your work on PINemHi. Any chance you will eventually be adding support for the roms for the tables below from Atari, Zaccaria and Stern Electronics? At least I don't think they are currently supported by PINemHi.

Airborne Avenger (Atari 1977); aavenger
Atarians (Atari 1976); atarians
Devil Riders (Zaccaria 1984); dvlrider
Earth Wind Fire (Zaccaria 1981); ewf
Farfalla (Zaccaria 1983); farfalla
Galaxy (Stern Electronics 1980); galaxy
Hot Hand (Stern Electronics 1979); hothand
House Of Diamonds (Zaccaria 1978); hod
Magic Castle (Zaccaria 198; mcastle
Middle Earth (Atari 1978); midearth
Pinball Champ 82 (Zaccaria 1982); pinchamp
Robot (Zaccaria 1985); robot
Shooting the Rapids (Zaccaria 1979); strapids
Soccer Kings (Zaccaria 1982); socrking
Space Riders (Atari 1978); spcrider
Star God (Zaccaria 1980); stargoda
Strike (Zaccaria 1978); strike
Time Machine (Zaccaria 1983); tmachzac

Hi BostonBuckeye,

The Zaccaria ones are on the to do list (have to look if they save the hiscore in the nvram)

The Atari ones, i know that airborne avengers doesn't save a hiscore in nvram...an educated guess would be that the other ones also don't save hiscores to nvram :(

As for Stern's  Hot Hand....i'll have a look to see if it can be added

To be fair...my focus is more on the leaderboard part these days....so not sure if and when zaccaria will be in

Thank you very much DnaDisturber!

Hi DnaDisturber, I checked my nvram folder and can confirm all of the Atari tables save high scores in nvram including Airborne Avengers. I can confirm the same is true for the Zaccaria tables.

zaccaria has its own leaderboards so it would be a low priority if it was up to me

Hi DnaDisturber - I have messaged you via PinEmHi about the possibility of changing my username, i don't know how often you check it or what ungodly hour i sent it...im in the uk - i didn't realise hotkeys were on, and assumed that numbers weren't allowed, i'd like to keep the same username across the board, if possible, if not no matter.

Anyway, I love what you've done here, thanks

I already sent you a reply (email)
just looking at the response you sent me now
I'll get right on it

P.S. I don't think BostonBuckeye means Zaccaria the pinball software, he is referring to the zaccaria roms that are supported in vpinmame (that aren't in pinemhi yet, not pinemhi leaderboard stuff)

Apologies - Every day is a school day!!! I didn't know Zaccaria were real tables, I just thought it was a clunky game thats been in beta for a decade. Its so weird being a 50 year old noob....

You are correct DnaDisturber. I mean the Zaccaria roms supported in vpinmame, not the pinball software put out by Magic Pixel.

Wow, that's not a nice thing to say about our Argentinian friends :(
People have questioned  your  excellent hiscores as well sometimes because they are very high

Could be the same thing  going on here

I dont know if the translation is exactly what i wanted to express, but nevertheless remember the smiley 😉, which should show that its not meant to be deadly serious.

Esto no pretende ser mortalmente serio.

Nevertheless its too obvious, but who cares, theres no fun in achieving lie-scores and no pain in getting beaten by one.

Hi makmak!

I'm registered as a MAB (VPA Team) and I just found out about your comment today (unfortunate, by the way).

Most of us are in our 50s, and the truth is, we wouldn't play this game as a trap, as it makes no sense. I understand that some scores might catch your attention, but as you well know, there are some tables that practically function like a video game (they always do the same thing).

Personally, I once contacted DNA to ask them to delete two of my scores on two tables because better versions of those tables had come out and my scores no longer made sense. But unfortunately, not all of us do that, so I didn't bother continuing.

Some of my teammates have played pinball their whole lives (and are very good players), and I'm truly sorry if you have that perception about us, when all we do is play and respect all players.
I can understand your doubt, since my colleagues and I have seen some really strange scores (like the 600,000,000,000 that appeared in AFM).

I could understand if you had a doubt and questioned it, but I think taking it for granted would be more about you than about us.

If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to write to me; I won't take it the wrong way.

Best regards!

I dont need any more proof VPATeam players are the most outstanding. It takes them just an hour to triple any once-in-a-lifetime highscore. Maximum respect, lol.

I was the first registered user from Argentina on PinemHi. When I discovered this wonderful app created by DNAdisturber, I fell in love with it and started playing nonstop, trying to break into the top 10 of every table. Back then I’d just gotten my virtual pinball and was pretty awful—still am, really—but at least I’ve managed to land in a few top-10s now.

I liked the app so much that I began showing it off in WhatsApp groups for virtual pinball. I even put together a Spanish tutorial on how to install and use it so my friends could get started. They began signing up and added “VPA Team” to their usernames so people would know they’re from Argentina, since most of us don’t use our real names.

Some of us have met in person at local meet-ups where we play together; others live hundreds or thousands of kilometers away and we’ve never seen each other. But I can guarantee there’s no conspiracy to rig scores—most of my friends don’t even have the technical know-how to cheat. Quite a few couldn’t even install PinemHi on their own; a teammate had to do it for them remotely.

There are simply people who play incredibly well (and they’re from all over the world). Yes, they’ve crushed me too. For a long time I was the highest-scoring player in Argentina, but when better players showed up they annihilated my records.

Sometimes I’ll enter a weekly challenge, see the scores, and know I won’t win—but that only makes me want to play more and get better, not complain because someone else is stronger. Back in the day beating YAN-YLF felt impossible, yet I did manage to win the odd weekly challenge against him.

I never thought YAN-YLF was cheating, just as I know my Argentine teammates aren’t. I hope one of them will soon upload a full game video so everyone can see the scores are legit. As for me, I’ll keep trying to improve—slowly, but steadily.

I understand your frustration and helplessness after playing every table (every single one, even those 4-5 tables that anyone with any self-respect would be ashamed to play just to rack up points and climb the leaderboard) and still having to watch from the bottom.

There's been talk of creating a Facebook group to upload gameplay videos and eliminate any doubts about the scores (it would be even more transparent).

Anticipating your tears, I made some gameplay videos from this past week (Machine Bride of Pinbot). I'll upload them as soon as I can. And from now on, I'll try to record gameplay videos to upload to the group, along with everyone else who wants to make their scores even more transparent.

Our respect to the entire PinemHi community (except for a person who has lost that respect, justifying their performance with tears).

P.S.: (haha)

Yes, of course! With the "small detail" that those tables you never played on, you "coincidentally" decided to start playing them when you realized that not even golf was enough to get you where you wanted to be. Don't lie to yourself, and don't lie to us. We saw it every day.

If you have something to say about someone, then stand by your words. Mention the player you distrust, instead of crying and hiding; you're a grown-up (I think).

What's the point of playing this by cheating and investing HOURS??? The only thing you'd achieve is discouraging everyone who has good intentions and ending up ruining everything.

And I'll tell you more: if your distrust is towards ALE 54, let me inform you that he's a person who doesn't know much about computers; he needed help installing PinemHi and help adding the lines to the scripts of those tables that don't have ROMs.

And if your distrust is towards me, ask me for a gameplay WHENEVER YOU WANT;  It will be a real pleasure to do it exclusively for you, even though I won't be able to see your face while you get all your questions answered.

And for the future, I hope you'll stop being so decisive in your comments and not assume things. We wouldn't take offense at any questions or gameplay requests, since the idea behind PinemHi is for it to be a positive experience that attracts players rather than scares them away.

Hi DNA! Love the leaderboard, I'm getting more familiar with using it, but I'm trying to understand why the futurama table is not saving my score;

I copied the code snippets, have romsub.exe in the tables folder, quitted the table after registering my first high score the table will let me register, but it didn't submit it. Maybe because I restarted the table to fast after? Or is it because I accidentaly added a second player to that game?
Here's my log:

----------------------------------------------------------------------
29/11/2025, 00:02
pinemhi leaderboard version :  3.6.3.0
VPinmame version :  3.6.0.1227
Player :  OldGabe53
detected game with rom description :
matching romname :  futurama
previous futurama score extracted
