The 3.0.2 versión

Sorry if I'm uploading multiple versions, but for me it's literally reporting all the bugs, testing them myself while creating them... I fix them as they report them to me.

---------------------------- ----------------------------

Fixed the sound assignation of various audio files so they sound good in the cabinet.

The errors had been reported by some users.  (Thanks to user deadmanworking for the audio order list.)

Hello everyone.

Here I leave you the new Original VPX table of team A.

The goal when I started this, my second table, was to know a little better how flexDMD works for my real DMDI have tried to make as much of a 90' table as possible. It´s NOT based on a particular table, it has similar things to what I have played on many tables from that era.

I finally managed to get close to what I wanted, especially with the DMD, which is interactive and even has several video modes included. I am aware that there is still work to do and parts to debug so that they look as I really have in my head, but I don't want to postpone the release because the code for me would be finished. There may be some bugs in the code, but testing it enough times to find bugs was simple at the beginning and very complicated at the end. If you find any bugs, please let me know.

The actual file includes a Backglass, a PDF with the rules, the images folder and of course the table. YOU MUST HAVE THE LATEST UPDATE of FlexDMD and almost VPX 10.7.2 installed.

The folder with the gifs must be in the same place as the VPX file.

ATENTION!

The code has been written for the latest version of VPX 10.7.4. According to the experience of several users, the table is now stable in the versions VPX 10.8.0.

Thanks to JP Salas for the advice and part of the codes that I have used, and to everyone who has tested while it was a WIP and has encouraged along the way, especially Joe Hadesbeck.

Thanks to Abhcoide for the code for the DOF code to flippers and other toys. T

Before anyone asks, I answer. There is no Pup Pack or light remapping in blender...Maybe with time. I don't know how to do it well, I'm not a programmer, my language is not English (I don't understand some tutorials

Now is complete nFozzy physics and Fleep Sounds. I'll be debugging things.

I hope you like it, and sorry for my bad English. All the best!!!

Awesome design and build!  This is a great looking table and quite fun to play. I pity the fool that doesn't download this one.  Oh and don't apologize for your English, it's infinitely better than my any other language and is better than a lot of  native english speakers I have met.

Fantastic looking table and super fun. I had to change the playfield friction to make it feel a bit faster for me personally, but great work!

i think you hit a nerve that alot of us look for in playing these tables.   That feeling that brings us back to when we were kids.   Thanks for the hard work.   I still post this everywhere, but I'm dying for a VOLTRON based pinball table.  I mean , I wish I could put whats in my head onto the screen , just like you said in your description. lol.   For Voltron, we have 5 lions to unlock and then of course they form voltron to fight enemies.   its the perfect pinball game storyline. lol.

sorry i got carried away, when I read your description about the DMD and wanting what your thinking to show up on the DMD, its exactly how I feel.

I appreciate the hard work all you artists put into your tables.

@jicho2003 Man what a jewel of pinball you did.....for we 80's childrens this table is a dream....this table has everything , ramp, target, trap etc...maybe it is a most complete for variety of things to do...so step by step try to improve the physics and this table will become maybe the best original table...so keep going man

Wonderful Job! I loved that show growing up. Your theme is spot on! This will be a great addition to the cab. Thank you for your work!

Wow! Talk about nailing a theme! Very well done, everything from the DMD, the launch lane, the models everywhere, the music, and callouts. Job well done. This is a Real For Real Table. Should be in everybody's collection! Fantastik work!

I had already downloaded this table in a "demo" version and even then the table was playable and enjoyable, now it looks even better and has noteworthy playability. Good job.

Fantastic design and build.

I pity the fact (pun intended) that the table is riddled with bugs to such an extent that a game cannot be completed... subscript out of range errors, physics go wonky, ball gets lost, flippers freeze in the up position... someone should debug this one!

Response from the author:

It will surely not be me as the creator who debugs the code with comments and ratings like the one you just wrote.

Just a couple of details.

As it says in the description, the table is made to play in 10.7 since my computer cannot handle 10.8. In fact it only behaves strangely in some versions.

And the second, I invite you to waste about a year and a half of work in your free time to contribute something to the community...because with scores like the ones you just made, I don't have the slightest courage.

Fantastic artwork and table sounds/call-outs... takes me back to my childhood. Would be awesome to have a Pup Pack with old video clips.

I wish it has was nFozzy physics... the table play is laggy and the ball acts odd. Wish I had the skills to add it.

Response from the author:

There will be none of this at the moment.

I already explained the reasons in the main thread

What a beauty! The presentation is very professional. I love the callouts and DMD

I'm on 10.8.0 (64 bit) and the table runs but there are several problems:

- the balls gets stuck in the upper area from time to time, nudging them only helps sometimes.

- tilting results in a total lockup, vpx has to be restarted

This very much feels like a Data East pinball, so cool. I must admit that the second van shot is extremely difficult. Maybe it's just me;-)

Very impressive. Thanks a lot for sharing!

Edit: The ball gets stuck at the road barrier, next to the dynamite, just under the right A-Team spinner.

Thanks for the comment.

I'll check the tilt issue.

Where does the ball get stuck?

I love it when a table comes together!  My inner child is screaming THANK YOU at the top of it's lungs from the highest mountain, with the largest megaphone known to man.  I absolutely love this table!!  The nostalgia is strong with this table and I can't get enough of it.  The A Team is a classic show and this table follows in it's footsteps like it's own shadow.  You have done a marvelous job sir and I can't wait to see the wonderful new things that you upgrade on this table as time passes as well as other wonderful tables you will surely create in the future.  Keep up the great work and know that you have won the '80s heart of an A Team fanboy.

Response from the author:

Thank you very much for your review. I love that you enjoyed the table, swizzle1234

Response from the author:

Great gameplay and design. Thanks for your hard work

You really earned this review with the 2.0.8 version! 😃 Table has always been really well-designed, you clearly have a vision for table-creation. But I needed better physics and fleep mechanical sounds to get into it fully, and I'm really enjoying it now. The A Team is such an obvious theme for pinball... how did the big pinball companies drop the ball on this theme back in the day?! Anyways, great work and keep 'em coming! 🍻

Response from the author:

Thanks for your review.

I try to continue learning to improve the table (the topic deserves it). I will continue reviewing things and evolving, (I hope to learn about VR, DOF...)
