This project was started originally by wrd1972 and iaakki in VPW started to rebuild it to match the correct dimensions.
This is almost a full rebuild as everything had to move and various things were fixed, so that this can support PROC games too (officially there may not be such available as of now).

Other VPW members who helped making this:
fluffhead, Leojreimroc, Fleep, Sixtoe, ClarkKent, rothbauerw, Nestorgian, Rawd, Cyberpez, Bord, Apophis, Wylte, Niwak, RIK, PinStartsDan

Most notable changes by VPW:
 - New table dimensions and new PF scan from ClarkKent
 - Totally new SSF sounds for flips, bumpers and slings edited by Fleep. Recorded from Pinbot by major_drain_pinball
 - Baked lighting for GI and flashers, and all colors can be changed via script options
 - 3D inserts from Flupper and vectorized insert texts
 - New plastics and metal walls primitives
 - Support for Proc games
 - VRRoom with full backglass
 - Updated NF/Roth physics
 - Full change notes at the end of the file

Amazing table. Love love their work.

@bietekwiet which B2S are you using? I like that vintage look but I’m wondering if it’s the monitor. can you let me know what authors b2s you’re using? Thanks.

This is simply stunning. I used to own this machine but sold it many years ago.  What a great recreation.

Well done to all involved.

Now we only need a BOP 2.0 Dutch pinball ver. The ruleset on that one is really fun

Cheers

Karl

Extremely well done; just like all the other  enjoyable tables given to us by VPinWorkshop; thanks!

In the category of personal preference, attached find script changes that could be inserted along with an accompanying backglass file (3scr version only)  that illuminates the DMD face currently being displayed on the playfield.

In the spirit of trying to be helpful, screw40, l37a, p37a, p37aa & p008 could have their heights lowered to align things up.  Of course,  you need to be borderline OCD to even notice.

Happy holidays and thanks.

One of my favourite games by my favourite creators. The game plays better than ever, and the lighting is sooo good. The textures are crisp, and the game comes with so many customisations.

I recommend enabling the Spaceship toy. It looks so good :)

I wouldn't say I liked the table incline and adjusted it to my liking, but the game played flawlessly from the get-go.

The Hard flipper rubbers feel so good, and the bounce is perfect.

I enabled random Lady faces and have yet to trigger them, so there is much to explore on this table.

A great table made even better :)

VPW's and others' great reproductions are the pinnacle of Virtual Pinball, as there's always a game from the past that could use improvement. We are blessed this time with an absolute masterpiece. My VPX cabinet sits adjacent to a real-life EM, so you can bet your bottom Dogecoin I'm comparing physics (with wiggle-room depending on the era/make) to determine what goes on the Favorites list.

What I love about VPW's Bride of Pinbot repro:

  • Lighting - Shadows on the sidewalls, and everywhere else shadows go
  • Physics - All of the flipper tricks, backhands that work with the real machine, and none of those tap pass attempts that send the ball to the moon
  • 3D Models - Man these things look real, and you don't need a deluxe mushroom pizza to experience it

Gripes? (not really lol):

  • Ball Image - Overly dark/blurry(?) on my cab. Easily changeable by the end-user to hf-ball-bright (I think that's it)
  • Skill Shot Ramp - You can sometimes launch it through the "end-guard" straight into the bumpers. Probably gonna slip an invisible wall there

I love this game. 5 stars for your service to society!

Just going to 5 star this though because it's from VPW.. One of my favorite tables. While I'm not a fan of the more narrow table, it still looks nice.
