Super Spin (Gottlieb 1977) - Loading

By cerebusk

Format: 1080p

This video is made from elements of the game's backglass. It uses a different stock video clip than the 4 player version, Jet Spin, so there's that.

I originally made this video in 60fps, but the file size was huge. I tried to convert it to 30fps, but apparently downconverting the circular motion in the background really confuses Handbreak, so the resulting video looked insane, and not in a pleasant way, but more in a "I-think-I'm-going-to-be-sick" nausea-inducing way. I ended up recreating the timeline in order to get the framerate down to 30.

Slick Chick (Gottlieb 1963) - Loading

By cerebusk

Format 1080p

This video is made from elements of the backglass. The audio is "Hello My Baby" from a 1997 Phish concert recording. Apparently, Phish sometimes does barbershop quartet numbers, or at least used to, go figure.

Skyrocket (Bally 1971) - Loading

By cerebusk

Format: 1080p

This video is made from elements of the game's backglass, plus some stock video. I had to change the color of the building the people are in so it would register against the black background.

Sing Along (Gottlieb 1967) Loading

By cerebusk

Format: 1080p

I almost added a "follow the bouncing ball" animation to this, but it turned out to be a lot of trouble. As it is, you'll have to be content with just the lyrics from "Sing Along" by Mitch Miller and His Orchestra.

The rest of the video is made up from the backglass plus several of the plastics from the playfield.

Space Odyssey (Williams 1976) - Loading

By cerebusk

Format: 1080p

The video in this file is from a recreation of the Apollo-Soyuz mission built in Kerbal Space Program, the same mission shown on the game's backglass. The audio clip is from "moon-and-6 - Apollo-Soyuz" and has been edited to highlight the radio dialogue. The logo is from the game's backglass.

Surf Champ (Gottlieb, 1977) Loading Video

By cerebusk

Format: 1080p

This video is built from a video recorded from my cabinet, elements of the game's back glass, the flyer from the Meresa version of the game (it was the easiest way to get the game's logo) and some stock footage. Surf Champ is the 4 player version of Surfer, so if you download that video too, you are going to find that they look really similar.
