Due to system limitations searching with words of 3 or less characters will not return results. For instance; Doctor Who.  This will not return results as the system is trying to search for both Doctor AND Who in which Who will not be found as it's a 3 character word.  To find Doctor Who; you'd search for either Doctor or "Doctor Who".

    Search Tips:
For specific searches; enclose your search with quotes. Example: "Doctor Who" or "Addams Family".

World Poker Tour (Stern 2006) 2+3 SCR - Alt Backglass 1-7 - B2S UPDATE 1.1 - - - - - - - - - - Made a slight change to Backglass #7in the 1 - 7 download - Created a 'Combo' version that cycles through all 7 backglass shown, changing every 1 minute - so now you can have all 7 in 1 B2S file - no more having to pick. - - - - - - - - - So I have been playing a lot of Bord's WPT table - and the original backglass made by Stern has to be one if the WORST they ever made. The 3 characters look ridiculous, which is a shame for such a great table. I decided to create new 'Alternate Backglass' for the table ... and then I got carried away and made 6+ more because I couldn't decide which one I liked the best. Regardless ... I decided to upload all 7 here so people can choose which one THEY like best if they (you) decide to use it. B2S run authentic 'TURN ON' animation when first booted. Be sure ot post in the COMMENTS or REVIEWS sections as to which one you chose to use! Remember to name the backglass file the same name as your table. - Enjoy! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This project took considerable time ... so "thanks" or comments in the support topic would be greatly appreciated. PLEASE NOTE: I create these videos for fun and for the dedicated VPX pinball users on this and other forum. I DID NOT create this for you to download as SELL, MAKE MONEY OR PROFIT ON! v2.5a UPDATE: - - - - - - - - - - Due to popluar demand and requests - the backglass breaking effects has been added to the Original Backglass B2S as well. If you have already downloaded everything else, you ONLY need to re-download the 'Fog, The - Original Backglass 2.5a.zip' file. v2.5 UPDATE: - - - - - - - - - - This is a major update for The Fog (Gottlieb 1979) VPX table. NOTE: YOU MUST USE VISUAL PINBALL 10.7 TO PLAY THIS TABLE - 10.7 included features needed that were not in the previous version. You must update ALL the files, including the 'fog' music files folder and backglass. A ton of work went into not only improving the game / gameplay - but building in lots of cool extras. The table plays completely differently than before. 'Cabinet Users / Players' SHOULD DEFINITELY USE the new Special Collector's Edition Backglass - you won't be disappointed! Make sure you look at the top of the table script for setting the specific options. The table has already been configured for cabinet users especially - so you might need to change some options if you are a desktop player. I want to give a shout out to the VPW crew and Apophis who made some serious contributions to this table and was patient explaining things to me. Read the previous description (below) so you know how to set up things and use some of the great features now built into the table. Apophis Additions: - NEW - Playfield Mesh - NEW - nFozzy / Rothbauerw Physics and Flippers - NEW - Rothbauerw Drop Targets - NEW - Fog Animation Scripting HiRez00 Additions: - NEW Special Collector's Edition Backglass (THIS IS A MUST FOR CABINET USERS / PLAYERS) - NEW Included Video Backglass w/ Trailer .mp4 for Front-End System - Sound / Visual FX Enhancements - Graphics / Lighting Updates - Spelling Mistake Fixed on Original Backglass - More Intro Audio / Music Tracks Added - More Gameplay Audio / Music Tracks Added - More End Game Audio / Music Tracks Added - - - - - - - - - - - The late, great Loserman76 really helped me a lot with this table - so out of respect for his passing - I am uploading it here so more can enjoy it. - - - - - - - - - - - Fog, The (Gottlieb 1979) PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED: This VPX is a re-skin / re-theme of BorgDog's Space Walk (Gottlieb 1979) table. If Gottlieb had made this table back in the day ... this is what it SHOULD have looked like - with some extra modern features. A couple weeks ago, my wife an I had our weekly "date night" and decided to watch John Carpenter's original The Fog (1980) on Blu-Ray after not have seeing it for many years. I had forgotten how good a movie it is. In 1980 it was labelled as a gorey horror movie by critics, BUT, much like Halloween, there is practically no gore at all - and by today's standards - it is VERY tame in comparison. It is more of a creepy 'ghost story' than a 'horror movie'. The film relied on darkness, likable characters, story, and jump scares for it's driving force - and because visual pinball is a great platform to preserve a better / basic time of our lives ... I wanted to make a Fog pinball. Originally shot and slated for release in 1979 (which is why I chose a 1979 table to start with as a basis) the movies release date was pushed back several months into 1980 so the film makers could re-shoot / add some additional scenes and elements to compete with other 'horror' movies of the time. I decided to go with the very last EM table Gottlieb released as my basic starting point, keeping all the original basic integrity of an EM functionality - with some new bells and whistles - but not too much that would destroy / overwhelm the player. Kiss = Keep it simple, stupid. I wanted to start with a BASIC table with very simple rules and easy to play so you can actually enjoy the game. Call me old-fashioned. After being granted permission by BorgDog to use his original Space Walk table - I went through and redesigned all the artwork for the playfield, plastics, apron, backglass, etc. Because there are some 'bugs' with how a totally scripted table / b2s work - with the assistance of Loserman76's and Rascal's scripting knowledge - we went through and completely updated the script driven table, fixing some existing bugs, and improving on some functionality, added a load of features, updated SSF, and overall player experience. Because I am a 'cabinet' pinball user - I relied on Rascal to make sure everything worked properly for Desktop users as any cab user would as well. As I said, this was not just a re-skin / theme - this was a overhaul and update. TABLE ADDITIONS: - - - - - - - - - - New playfield, plastics, backglass, etc graphics. - Added 13 LUT Brightness / Contrast Adjustments that can be done during Gameplay. - Added Flipper Shadows that can be turned ON or OFF at the top of the table script. - Added Ball Shadows that can be turned ON or OFF at the top of the table script. - Added Score and Settings saving to the VPX Users folder as text file instead of Registry. - Fixed Desktop SSF and B2S when playing in Desktop Mode. - Added Alternate Flipper Color options that can be changed at the top of the table script. - Adjusted Hundreds of Playfield Parts, Lights and Options for smoother gameplay. - Enhanced GI Lighting. - Fixed Scoring and Player error. - Added Startup, Game Play, and Gave Over music / audio - Each able to be turned ON or OFF at the top of the table script. USING LUT OPTIONS (VERY IMPORTANT): - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - When you boot the table for the first time, the table might appear a lot brighter than it is intended. Hold down the LEFT MAGNASAVE and then press the RIGHT MAGNASAVE to cycle through the 13 LUT options. This bypasses the need of using the Day / Night slider. Depending on the resolution of your playfield monitor, everyones preferred LUT setting is different. When you cycle through the LUT options, when you select the one you prefer for your setup - it will automatically be saved when you exit / quit the table for the next time you play the table. You can adjust the LUT Option at any time when the table is loaded, even during gameplay. PLEASE NOTE: Pressing the LEFT MAGNASAVE will shut off the music as well. Simply press the RIGHT MAGNASAVE (without the LEFT MAGNASAVE pressed) to resume music playback. MUSIC OPTION: - - - - - - - - - - I opted NOT to use sound fx and dialog from the movie within the table itself, i.e.: hitting bumpers or slingshots, etc. I wanted to keep all the original EM sound fx and not overwhelm the gameplay. The addition of music and dialog to this table is done in the background ambient audio tracks to create a 'mood' and NOT a sound fx and music extravaganza. It successfully creates an overall tone for the table very well, especially if you dim your lights in the room and play practically in the dark. By default, the table is set up to play one of several random startup tracks, cycled Game Play tracks, and several random Game Over tracks. Instead of giving the option to turn ON or OFF all music, we split the options up at the top of the table script. You can adjust each type of music playback based on your preference. You can isolate and turn ON or OFF either the 3 options at the top of the script. If you want to temporarily turn off the music, press the LEFT MAGNASAVE and it will stop the CURRENT music track. You can then press the RIGHT MAGNASAVE (without the LEFT MAGNASAVE pressed) to resume music playback. During gameplay, and ONLY during gameplay, you can change the music track by pressing the RIGHT MAGNASAVE to switch to one of 6 music tracks. During actual gameplay is the only time this feature works. All music and audio has been properly balanced, equalized, and completely re-mixed so no audio 'interferes' with the sounds of the game itself. OPTIONS MENU: - - - - - - - - - - - - - When NOT in gameplay (i.e.: no ball in the plunger lane or game started) you can access the Game Options Menu by holding down the LEFT FLIPPER for 2 - 3 seconds. This allows you to change the number of balls, free play or coin play, high score visible setting, or Replay Score settings. INSTALLATION (VERY IMPORTANT): - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The install is fairly standard and straight forward, except for 1 IMPORTANT thing, the Music folder for VPX. In order to avoid the growing 'mess' of a million .mp3 files in your Music folder, the additional audio / music files for this table NEED TO BE INSIDE a folder called 'fog'. This reduced adding to the clutter and global warming problem. So when you unzip the music / audio for this table, the directory structure should look like this when installed 'Visual Pinball / Music / fog'. You will get an error when you boot the table if the mp3 files are simply dumped into the Music folder. FINAL NOTES: - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Overall - the table turnout out exactly as I envisioned. The look, features, sound, music, graphics and gameplay are how "I" wanted it for my cab. This was all my preference, and may differ from your tastes of preferences, which is one of the reasons why I included multiple options. This was also a HUGE learning experience for me. I have never really touched scripting prior and only concentrated on the graphics for tables I was a part of making. I started with an EM table because I 'thought' it would be an easier learning curve. I was wrong, because EVERYTHING is driven from the script and not reliant on a ROM to do the calculations and workload. Even though I had some help with Rascal and advice from Loserman76 (the EM guru) on some more complex things I wanted to add / change with the table, I am very proud how it turned out and now have a lot more confidence in myself to make MORE tables of this calibre in the future. "Rascal who? Crank Caller, Crank Caller! Just kidding." - Inside joke. FILES INCLUDED: - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I have included enough extra materials / goodies as a complete package to fill out every screen of your cab (if you are playing in a cab), with 2 wheels styles for PinballX and Popper front ends, RealColorDMD and Toppers or Over / Unders for LCD screens, Video Backglass for your front end (PinballX users should use the additional mp3 file as 'Table Audio' for backglass video), and some other things. Raven (Premier 1986) B2S Backglass + Alternate + Wheels PLEASE REMEMBER TO 'THANK YOU' AND 'LIKE' THE POST. Started with a "blah" backglass image. Clean up as best as possible. Recreated title and entire grill area to match the original. If anyone ever comes up with a BETTER backglass image - then I can swap it out for the existing one. In no way is the backglass perfect, but it is "ok" quality now. I also created an "alternate" version with a different character featured. The original backglass had a single fluorescent light illuminating the whole backglass - so I did my best to keep it authentic. Backglass only has a basic simulated "TURN ON" animation. Includes grill for 2-screen users with the option to 'Hide Grill' for 3-screen / cab users. Use the Grill: Hidden feature of B2S Backglass Server to hide the grill for 3 screen users. Also included is 2 new wheel images for your front end. Be sure to "rename" the backglass to the same file name as your VPX table. - - - - - - - - - PLEASE REMEMBER TO 'THANK YOU' AND 'LIKE' THE POST. Metallica Premium + Pro (Stern 2013) B2S Dual Backglass + BG Video + Wheels + More PLEASE REMEMBER TO SAY 'THANKS'. THIS IS ALWAYS APPRECIATED! The original backglass for these pinballs were simple translites with a single fluorescent bulb and wasn't very interesting, so I decided to make a couple new "authentic" and "fantasy" b2s backglasses that were the full original bacgkglass images - i.e.: not cropped. Both backglass are Dual Mode with Authentic (simulated turn on and constant illumination) and Fantasy (basic light animation). For Fantasy Mode - I deliberately did NOT tie any of the b2s lights / animations to the table ROMs, solenoids, or lamps, because this table is a heavy resource load for VPX and I have found that some other b2s's made for this table actually create "ball-stutter" and slow down gameplay dramatically when communicating with the b2s. Hence why I created simple looping / lighting animation instead. I also created MP4 video animation versions (PBX Videos) that don't use the actual b2s file at all to create animated lighting that is not possible with the b2s server. I actually created the MP4 video versions FIRST for my cab - and then made the B2S versions and additional materials strictly for other to have / use if so desired. I will explain more on how to use these MP4 versions further down in this post. Backglasses includes grill for 2-screen users with the option to 'Hide Grill' for 3-screen / cab users. Use the Grill: Hidden feature of B2S Backglass Server to hide the grill for 3 screen users. Also included is a few new wheel images (for the new backglass style), and a RealColorDMD avi and MP4 file video for your front end. There is also a new 1280x390 topper video for the Metallica Pro Edition version that is an add on the existing Metallica Toppers I did a few months ago. If you need the other topper videos, they are here: https://vpinball.com/VPBdownloads/metallica-premium-monsters-stern-2013-topperdmd-kit/ If you decide to use the b2s versions, be sure to "rename" the backglass to the same file name as your VPX table. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - In order to use any of the MP4 backglass videos instead of the B2s versions, the process is quite simple. Option 1: Remove the b2s backglass from your VPX/Tables folder so you only leave the VPX table in the VPX/Tables folder. Option 2: Make a copy of the Metallica VPX table and name it something different than the original table with NO corresponding / accompanying backglass. Make sure the name is really different than the original - so VPX will NOT load a backglass at all when loading the table. In PinballX, using the Game Manager, go to the existing (if you simply removed the b2s backglass from the Tables folder) or new / renamed table and use the 'Import' option for that table and import the backglass MP4 of your choice. You can also do this by naming the backglass MP4 video of your choice exact the same as your table and put the MP4 in the "PinballX/Media/VPX/Backglass Videos" folder. Please note: Your 'path' to your media / backglass videos might be different than the one I listed here. In PinballX 'Game Manager' make sure you have 'Hide Backglass' UNCHECKED. That way when you load the table through PinballX - when PinballX goes to load the table, it will keep the backglass video running the whole time as if it was the actual backglass. Everything else should play exactly as it should with the table, but now you have a cool VIDEO backglass running instead that in no way will slow down the table / gameplay. I've used this process / technique for several other DMD tables where the backglass is generally static and it works very well. All files have been fully tested. Tee'd Off (Gottlieb 1993) Gopher Topper Video New fully animated topper - 1280x 390 for the new Tee'd Off (Gottlieb 1993) VPX table. Sure, I could have grabbed some footage from 'Caddyshack' to make the topper - but I wanted to make this original topper completely from scratch. This one took a $hit-load of time with all the animations and fx built in ... so "thanks" or comments in the support topic would be greatly appreciated. Use as an actual Topper or this can also be used as an over or under on your LCD DMD. Load it into your front end (PinballX or Pinup Popper) so it will play continuously while you enjoy playing the pinball table. I spent my 52nd Birthday yesterday making this new topper video - so if you feel the urge to $$$ Beer Me (Using the Button Above) for this and the other toppers, graphics, videos, tables, b2s, etc I have done - feel free ... Strip Joker Poker (Gottlieb 1978) Special Edition NOTE: This table and pup pack contains nudity and themes that might be considered offensive. If you are offended easily - DO NOT DOWNLOAD! - - - - - - - - - - I am very pleased to release my very special version of Strip Joker Poker (Gottlieb 1978). This is a solid rebuild of the original table by BorgDog, that has been updated to the max with some very special additional features. Let me give you some back story on this project: I own one of only 12 existing Casino Strip Laserdisc games in the world. This was a special laserdisc game that came out in the early 80's when there was a slew of other laserdisc games making bank in the arcades. Casino Strip Laserdisc game had 2 screens. 1 was connected directly to the laserdisc player, the other (mid cabinet) was connected to a PCB with a Jack's or Better poker game on it. When you won a hand, the character on the upper screen would strip a piece of clothing. If you lost, the laserdisc player would run the footage in reverse and the character would "suck" their clothes back on in a weird manner (because it was in reverse). This was incredibly rare feature of a laser player in the 80s. You can imagine that any game with nudity was not in your regular arcade, so these machines were in bars and strip clubs and made a huge amount of money. The company that made the game made multiple laserdiscs pressings (11 in all) with different characters and different rom sets you can swamp out in the main PCB and laser player. I have to admit, the first 8 or 9 discs are pretty terrible quality - but discs 10 and 11 are much better, which is the ones I used for this mod. When I was working on the rebuild of Joker Poker - it was GoldChicco that suggested I should make a "Strip Joker Poker" as well. I thought it would be cool to combine Joker Poker with the 80's Casino Strip Laserdisc theme and video. Keeping both in the same era / time period - early eighties - with a little cheese! I digitized the laserdiscs and edited the footage to work in both VPX and Pup, using a special new feature in VPX 10.7 that allows you to mirror video onto a flasher in any VPX table. Thus, the video plays right in the center of the playfield, so no more having to look UP at a backglass or DMD to watch this video, at least not in this release, because this table has full motion video right in your main viewing area of the table ... not sure, but I think this is a first! I had NEVER built a pup pack before, let alone programmed one for an EM table with no rom or triggers ... so that was a huge learning experience and with the help of Pinballfan2018 ... we all made it happen. I learned a lot about pup packs, how they work, and how to program them now ... do not be diswayed this is my first pup pack, a learned how it works from the best and this pup pack runs smooth and accurate. Big shout out to Apophis for all his assistance, additions, suggestions, and testing (see credits below). For those wondering, the standard Joker Poker EM (Gottlieb 1978) I re-did will be released in about a week. Enough of all this ... lets get to the good stuff. - - - - - - - - - - INSTRUCTION AND INFO: - You need the latest version of Pinup Player (or Pinup Popper) for this to run properly. At least 1.45 but preferably 1.46. - You need VPX 10.7 for this table to load and run properly. 10.6 will NOT work! - Download the st-jp-em.zip file, unblock and unzip it and put it in your PUPVideos folder. - Download the VPX table zip - this zip also includes a new backglass. - Download the DMDs+Wheels+Toppers if you need to fill all the screens of your cab. - This table WILL work for Desktop users because Pinup Popper DOES NOT use your backglass or any other screen for this setup. - There are 16 characters for you to choose from to strip for you during the game. But wait ... it isn't just nak'ed ladies, there are 4 men characters to choose from as well ... like my wife says "Something for the ladies ..." - The game rules are the same as the regular versions of Joker Poker with one exception ... the characters will strip off a piece of clothing every 10,000 points. This sounds easy ... it isn't. There are 10 pieces of clothing in total per character. - If a video is playing and you score another 10,000 while the video is playing, the NEW video will interrupt the previous one. This is normal. - You MUST keep the ball going or the videos will abruptly STOP. This prevents you from just hanging the ball on a flipper or some other way delaying the game so you can watch the video. - Note to cabinet users, the pup video will play on your backglass video for 2 seconds when you boot the table and then automatically move behind the backglass ... never to be seen again. - Again, there is NO ROM for this table ... it is fully programmed and ready to go! - - - - - - - - - - Needless to say, this was a huge amount of work, not just because it was an EM and my first pup-pack, but because every detail was covered ... Including, 12 LUT settings you can select with holding down the LEFT MAGNASAVE and pressing the RIGHT MAGNASAVE, a light being added just above the video screen so the light will increase and you lower the LUT level, and OPTIONS menu you can access BEFORE you start any game by holding down the LEFT FLIPPER for 3 seconds, this menu you can set the number of balls, apron color, freeplay, replay scores, etc, all the video digitizing, editing, re-compiling / compressing the new de-interlaced and edit video, and all the new table graphics, combining the 'theme' of the original 'Casino Strip' Laserdisc game. All this took WAY longer than I originally had planned, but I think the final result is amazing and well worth it! This is a re-upload that was originally on Vpinball.com before it went down for good. The late, great Loserman76 really helped me a lot with this table - so out of respect for his passing - I am uploading it here so more can enjoy it. - - - - - - - - - - - Grand Prix (Williams 1976) EM A few months back, forum member aka "Shark's Mouth" found a real Grand Prix in the back of the building he was working at. He managed to take about 150 hi-resolution photos of the entire playfield, plastics and backglass (I mean just about every inch) - and he posted those photos on this site, hoping someday someone could use them to make a clean new VPX table from them. I stitched them all together and embarked on a complete redraw of the playfield, plastics and backglass - that took a couple weeks on and off. Loserman76 (being the EM guru that he is) built a brand new table using the new playfield as a guide - that looked and played great. Because the playfield and plastics were a new redraw - no matter what lighting approach I took within VPX - the lighting always looked FLAT and not realistic. Enter Bord ... Bord imported everything into Blender and "enhanced" all the lighting and rendered out a beautiful and ultra realistic output. I am a big fan of 60s and 70s EM tables and I wanted to do it justice since we started with such great resources. This final version is a example of great collaboration between all involved. Included with this download is the new VPX version of Grand Prix, new Backglass, and new wheel image. Also included is an mp3 file named: Grand Prix (Williams 1976) EM - F1 Race Ambience.mp3. This is a subtle sound effect track that you can load into your front end system (PinballX) that will play before the table is loaded. At the top of the table script you can choose if you want the ball / flipper shadows ON or OFF. I suggest you turn them OFF if you a using a slower system. Also built into the table is the JP Salas LUT selector. Hold down the LEFT MAGNASAVE and then press the RIGHT MAGNASAVE to cycle through the 9 different LUT brightnesses. Hold down LEFT FLIPPER for 3 - 4 seconds BEFORE starting a game to access the build in Game Menu to change the game options. - Enjoy. Playboy (Bally 1978) VPX + Backglass + Extras This is a re-upload (previously on VPinball) for the Playboy (Bally 1978) VPX table that GoldChicco and I did a complete overhaul on and loaded with lots of extra feature. If you already downloaded this from VPinball last year - there is no need to re-download. We decided to upload it here so it can be archived properly and others can enjoy this 'classic / special edition' table. GoldChicco ask me to upload this today (Christmas) because he has a previous commitment and would not be near a computer today. This download included the VPX version of the table, an Authentic Backglass, RealColorDMD for your front end, music files, and wheels. PLEASE READ THE NOTES BELOW: TABLE ADDITIONS: - - - - - - - - - - New playfield, plastics, backglass, etc graphics. - Added 86 Game Play music tracks that can be played in either Playlist order or Random play and the ability to be turned ON or OFF at the top of the table script. - Added 13 LUT Brightness / Contrast Adjustments that can be done during game play. - Added Flipper Shadows that can be turned ON or OFF at the top of the table script. - Added Ball Shadows that can be turned ON or OFF at the top of the table script. - Added 3 Ball and 5 Ball Cards, and 3 different Instructions Cards Option depending on your ROM settings. - Added Prims for all visible holes for giving the illusion of playfield DEPTH. Look at the wood around and under the drop targets and the lower lane roll overs to see this feature. - Updated Physics - Adjusted Hundreds of Playfield Parts, Lights and Options for smoother gameplay. - Enhanced / New GI Lighting. - Included 2 .HDR environments that can be changed in the Table Options > Lighting setting. Default is Environment 1. Environment 2 has slightly "muted" colors. ROM SETTINGS: - - - - - - - - - - This table uses the "playboyb.zip" 7-digit rom. When the table is loaded, press the F6 key on your keyboard to set the ROM options for the table to your liking. These options will also determine which 'Instruction Card' and 'Ball Card' you should display on the apron with the script options at the top of the table script. You can also set the MATCH feature, # of Balls, and Show Credits with this feature. If you decide to use the Music feature, the ROM sounds are a little too loud. Press the F12 key to open the ROM sound volume adjustment. 0 is default. You cannot RAISE the volume over 0. Use this feature to set the ROM volume to -5 or -6 so the ROM sound is quieter. When you set the volume DB lower and click 'OK' or 'SAVE', VPX will automatically save this setting. You will need to restart the table for this new setting to take affect. The F12 feature is a little known option in VPX and is a BIG HELP for reducing the ROM volume for older tables like this one and some others that the ROM sounds are much too loud. I have used this feature with SEVERAL early Stern tables that were deafening compared to others. USING LUT OPTIONS: - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - When you boot the table for the first time, the table might appear a lot brighter than it is intended. MUSIC OPTION: - - - - - - - - - - By default, the Music Option is set to "Ordered Playlist". Start the Music at anytime by pressing the RIGHT MAGNASAVE button. If you want to turn OFF the music at anytime, press the LEFT MAGNASAVE. All music and audio has been properly balanced, equalized, and completely re-mixed so no audio 'interferes' with the sounds of the game itself. If you turn OFF the music when adjusting the LUT feature, simply press the RIGHT MAGNASAVE to start the music again. You can skip to the NEXT MUSIC TRACK by pressing the RIGHT MAGNASAVE again while the music is playing. INSTALLATION (VERY IMPORTANT): - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The install is fairly standard and straight forward, except for 1 IMPORTANT thing, the Music folder for VPX. In order to avoid the growing 'mess' of a million .mp3 files in your Music folder, the additional audio / music files for this table NEED TO BE INSIDE a folder called 'playboy78'. This reduced adding to the clutter and global warming problem. So when you unzip the music / audio for this table, the directory structure should look like this when installed 'Visual Pinball / Music / playboy78'. You will get an error when you boot the table if the mp3 files are simply dumped into the Music folder. - Enjoy the table. Gorgar (Williams 1979) Authentic B2S This is a brand new backglass created from the new repro backglass from the actual Gorgar pinball I own. The 'font' for all the text, Ball in Play, Game Over, etc is not an actual font - so I had to redraw all the text to match the original. I also removed the backglass from my cab and took a photo of the bulb placement to match the bulb placement and lights to the match the original. Backglass is 2000px x 1800px - so it is a nice big / clean image. - - - - - - - - - - Don't be a leech and just download the files ... leave a comment or at least hit the LIKE button if you download it and like it! Pharaoh (Williams 1981) 16x9 Alternate Animating Backglass+Wheels I never really liked the original backglass for Pharaoh (Willliams 1981) VPX - so I decided to make my own version. BE SURE TO ENABLE FANTASY MOD WITH THIS BACKGLASS: To do this, open the backglass with the table, right click on the backglass and towards the top of the menu - select Fantasy Mod - then save the backglass. The current VPX table out there is a little outdated and needs a tune up and graphics update - HINT HINT .... would love to see someone who has the time and skills do that for this really fun play table. Iron Man (Stern 2010) Siggi Mod Video Backglass + Topper and Wheel Images Kit 1.1 UPDATE: - - - - - - - - - - - - - Re-Uploaded HD + 2K Video Backglass due to 1 version missing from original upload. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A B2S / DIRECTB2S BACKLESS FILE. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This special VIDEO backglass was made specifically for Siggi's new Iron Man (Stern 2010) VPX table mod. Siggi did an amazing job on this graphics mod (a serious improvement over the original) and I decided to do something special for him and fellow cab owners. The original tables backglass was a single fluorescent light that just illuminated the backglass translite and I wanted a totally difference backglass for this special table. What I wanted to do with this VIDEO backglass was not possible with a b2s file (fire and spark fx) without either a huge file size or the risk of slowing down the tables gameplay - ie: ball stutter. That's why I opted to make VIDEO version that continuously loops, instead. The drastically reduced any lag or stutter that would happen with a "busy" bs2 backglass file. Backglass Videos were created in 2 formats (sizes) and colors - yellow and blue in both HD (1920 x 1080) and 2k (2200 x 1238) resolutions. I also made a couple topper videos as well - which are also included in 1280 x 390, 1280 x 540, 1280 x 720 scales / sizes. Backglass videos, wheels, and topper videos have been split into separate .zip files so you only need to download what you want / need. INCLUDED FILES: - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Iron Man (Stern 2010) Siggi-Mod Blue - 2K.mp4 Iron Man (Stern 2010) Siggi-Mod Blue - HD.mp4 Iron Man (Stern 2010) Siggi-Mod Yellow - 2K.mp4 Iron Man (Stern 2010) Siggi-Mod Yellow - HD.mp4 Iron Man (Stern 2010) Topper - 1280x390.mp4 Iron Man (Stern 2010) Topper - 1280x540.mp4 Iron Man (Stern 2010) Topper - 1280x720.mp4 Iron Man (Stern 2010) Wheel 1.png Iron Man (Stern 2010) Wheel 2.png - - - - - - - - - - - - - - HOW TO USE VIA PINBALLX : 1.) Make sure you name / rename the VPX table a completely different name than any other version of the table you may have. So instead of naming the table Iron Man (Stern 2010).vpx - name the table IM-Siggi-Mod (Stern 2010).vpx - or something else creative. This will prevent VPX from trying to "match" the b2s file to the table when it loads. You should NOT rename any pirates b2s to that file name. It should load without any backglass present because there is no backglass named that special name. 2.) Load PinballX's game manager and select "Add New" table. Use the manager to add the IM-Siggi-Mod (Stern 2010) table as the table name. You can set the Description to whatever you want ... Using the Import pulldown menu, and select Backglass - and load the backglass .MP4 file. Load the other stuff if you want at this time, i.e.: Wheel Image, Topper, etc. 3.) IMPORTANT: Directly under the Table name and Description for this table in PinballX, there is a row of check boxes. Make sure "Hide Backglass" is UNCHECKED. This will keep the backglass video running when load the table through PinballX and keep it on the screen looping while you are playing the table. 4.) Load PinballX, scroll through to this particular table, and go ahead and load it ... and go PLAY pinball! That's it! Similar styled front ends can use "basically" the same process. - - - - - - - - - - PLEASE NOTE: I create these videos for fun and for the dedicated VPX pinball users on this and other forum. Black Pyramid (Bally 1984) Authentic and Fantasy B2S Backglass The Black Pyramid (Bally 1984) VPX table was the very first table I loaded when I upgraded my cab to 4k - and wanted to make the best possible (with available resourced) animated b2 for it. I still play it regularly and it is one of my favorite tables. Started with an 'ok' backglass image, upscaled with AI, cleaned it up as best as possible - but it is still no where near perfect - but the Fantasy version makes up for any flaws. Created semi-authentic lighting with photoshop snippets and created 2 versions: Authentic Version - with 'turn on' feature Fantasy Version - added real 30 fps (49 frame) torch flame animation Because of the complexity of the Fantasy animation - I could not make 1 backglass with Authentic and Fantasy Modes, which is why there are 2 file versions. If the Fantasy version bogs-down your system, then use the Authentic version or set the B2s to skip frames or slow down the torch animation. Also included is a new clean wheel image. Topper and DMDs can be found in a one of my previous uploads: https://www.vpforums.org/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=14770 Both versions have been color matched and fully tested. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - DO NOT include any of these files with other downloads or projects without asking / getting permission first. Cactus Canyon + CC Continued 2+3 SCR (Bally 1998) B2S Backglass With Chicago Coin doing a Re-Make of the original Cactus Canyon Pinball - I managed to get a really good image of the reproduced backglass. If you want to use the 3 screen version, simply RIGHT-CLICK on the backglass and set the Grill to 'Hidden' and re-boot the table. As for the Cactus Canyon Continued Backglass - there were multiple examples and multiple colorings on the web - so I opted to do a normal coloring and a sunset tinted coloring for both backglass. In my cab, I use the normal colored CC backglass for CC and the tinted one for CCC to separate the two different tables. The original CCC backglass was definitely an orange / yellow tint, with 'CONTINUED' in all black. I opted to take some creative license from the great 'Wildman' and match a similar font and coloring to what he did in previous versions of the CCC backglass and also included the 'P-ROC' logo as well. From all the videos I watched of the original pinball and the CCC version, it was really hard to tell if any of the lighting in the backglass was tied to the lights / solenoids in the pinball ... so I decided to ONLY add a "turn on" animation feature and simulated the translite backlight via Photoshop snippets. Remember to name the backglass file you end up using for each table to the same name as the actual table you want each one to load with. - Enjoy! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This project took considerable time ... so "thanks" or comments in the support topic would be greatly appreciated. Ripley's Believe It Or Not! - RBION (Stern 2003) Authentic B2S Backglass Started with an "ok" backglass image. Clean up as best as possible. Re-did most of the text and logos so they would be better and clean images. In no way is the backglass perfect, but it is "ok" quality now. - - - - - - - - PLEASE REMEMBER TO SAY 'THANKS' THE FIRST POST IN THE SUPPORT TOPIC BY CLICKING ON THE 'THANKS' BUTTON. Both versions are included in the same file download. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This is a brand new alternate-style backglass (B2S) for Diamond Lady (Gottlieb 1988) VPX table. I enjoy this table, but there isn't a good quality backglass image anywhere, and it was also during the time period Gottlieb started trying out new backglass designs and moved the DMD area ABOVE the backglass, which always looked odd to me ... so I created my own new backglass. B2S has a turn ON feature as the initial animation at startup - and remains ON during gameplay. Also included are 500px and 1000px wheels using the same image design. - - - - - - - - - - Don't be a leech and just download the files ... leave a comment or at least hit the LIKE button if you download it and like it!
