Hello there. New member of community here. I just finished downloading and installing Visual pinball and all necessities required to play tables and I wanted this one to be of my firsts I'll play. I got everything running... but when I launched the table, there was no music. I did everything according to instructions and even gotten a new version of VPinMAME, but I don't know what can be a cause of that. Can I possibly ask for help, please?

Is it possible to print scores on real dmd (I use pin2dmd) with this table? I don't find how to do that.

Thanks for this great table and for your help.

I am running the 2.3 version of this table with the compressed pup videos. The table works like a charm, but I am experiencing stutter only when I press the flipper buttons. Are there any other people having this issue? And if so, is there a way to tweak the script to offset this?

As a relatively new member of this community, I cannot thank the creators of this table enough for their hard work and dedication. Thanks so much!

For me, this table stutters so badly it's totally unplayable.  Even reducing textures to 1024 and using the "slow CPU" setting.  Literally can't play the table.  Which is a shame because it's EPIC.

I've got an issue where one of the bottom aprons is displaying on the top right of the playfield. Running popper 1.5, I used VPX8 beta 7 and beta 5, both results are the same. Two screen setup. I tried switching the pup config on the aprons to popback, didn't help. Any thoughts on how to get the apron off my playfield?

Interestingly on other tables with the video aprons, they tend to load in the same top right corner, but then they move to their correct location. On this table, they appear in the correct location and the top right corner.

I have this same issue. Did you ever figure it out?

Amazing table! 😍

I was having serious FPS drops and lag in my very humble PC but I deleted "apron_left.mp4" and "apron_right.mp4"  in the "PUPVideos\DarkestDungeon\Apron" folder and now my FPS are back to normal.

I guess my PC can't handle 3 1080p videos running at the same time. Still, every time another video from the "Apron" folder gets activated, the frames drop, but not as much. Could it be possible to replace all the "Apron" videos for static images to make the table lighter?

BTW, before deleting the apron_* files, I tried all the possible PUP packs and all of them had the same terrible framerates.

For VR, the pup packs aren't displaying.  I hear music, the guys voice, and the normal pinball sounds, but no pup pack is displaying.  Or at least it is not displaying where I assume it is supposed to be, on back glass.  I've run the script for VR and I am using the Updated VR file.  I downloaded everything from VPU.

Interestingly, the pup pack works for Desktop mode.

Can anyone help me with this?  Maybe see if it works for you in VR?

Great table,  but I cannot hear the table sound effects at all all i hear is the voice over and music. I have turned up all the sound effects in the table options and that makes it BARLEY able to be herd. I am playing on a desktop with 2 screens. Any one have an idea on how to fix this? Thanks

Edit: Ok, fixed it. For future internet people. Check your sound settings in the Windows volume mixer to make sure that you didn't lower the visual pinball application relative to your system volume.

Hi! Newish user here. I'm really enjoying this table but I can't seem to get any high scores to show. I have tried the reset in the instructions and still nothing. Do I have to use scorbit or is there a way to display high scores just from at home play. Sorry if this is a dumb question I'm still figuring out all this virtual pinball stuff. Thanks in advance.

No so much for support but to say that after all this time, I found a little oversight. The right flipper button,, when pressed, shows inside the table (near the plunger).

Like the Daft Punk song, "human after all" :D

Wondering if someone can shed some light on my issue. It looks like the apron videos are also displaying onto the playfield. Any ideas? It's setup using the 2screen bat file. Much appreciated.

I wanted to confirm the latest status on this table. Can it really not work work VPX 10.8 beta 7? I tried starting the table but it fails with an error relating to LoadEM.

Happy New Year to All!  I saw this update and was excited to check it out.  I am currently using Pinup Popper 1.5 installed with the standard baller installer.  When I try the updated table, I receive the alert that the table requires PUP Player Version 1.5 or greater (which I am on).  I see the note that requires Pinup Beta 160 or later along with the link to the two associated .exe files, but I cannot find any documentation associated with the Pinup Beta files and am concerned about impact of just dropping them in and replacing the current .exe files (PinUpDisplayX and PinUpPlayer).  Does anyone have any guidance or recommendations? Is it best to wait for the officially released PinUp files?  Thanks (big fan of the original Darkest Dungeon table)!

Have a warning message about running the right bat file for my setup over the whole playfield. I've ran as administrator multiple times and even tried other ones. Nothing seems to change. Original table is my #1 table and I love it. Really wish I could get this to run. Any suggestions would be awesome.

Thanks for a great table! 🙂

Too bad it crashed while fighting the Hag. I got a “Runtime error – Line: 30041, Stack error Debug 3”.

Using version 3.01.

This table looks amazing.  That said I have the same concern/question about the pinup 1.6 Beta.  I couldn't find anything on Nailbuster's site about 1.6.
I have everything working on Pinup 1.5.  Not sure I want to risk that for one table. Would love to hear from the experts on the 1.6 Beta; like how to install it, how easy is it to reverse, how does it perform with other tables.

After updating 3.0.2 the table seems slower and definitely getting 10-40fps less.
It now dips to the 200FPS while previously I had to cap it to 240FPS (to match my monitor's refresh rate).

It feels and plays slower though I don't have any stutter (never had).

I use options "no sync" and "max framerate" set to 240.
G-sync monitor on an i5-10600k and rtx3080.

/edit. OK I think it is something to do with the some nvidia settings though it is weird that if I set "max framerate" to 0 it works fine at 240... if I cap it to 240, it's around 220 and dips to 200!

I had the same issue, great game if it doesn't crash on me during multiballs.
