Content Provider Javier15 Posted April 22, 2014 Author Content Provider Share Posted April 22, 2014 Thanks 85Vett, the table is already finished but as you say we have to respect the forum rules.
MTPPC
I would welcome a dropbox link pm'ed (purely as a beta tester).
etherealmusic478
I'd love to have a dropbox link to be able to play this great table aswell! Or is this against the rules aswell? Drop me a PM with link if it's ok!
cspiby
I'd love to test it too, I'm never going to be able to own one so lost revenue is really a moot point.

Administrators Dazz Posted April 24, 2014 Administrators Share Posted April 24, 2014 heres a Q - how come x-men is hosted here when its only 2 years old??? Because X-Men is out of production. AC/DC is still being produced.
etherealmusic478
I truly doubt that Gary Stern himself would really care if the table was hosted on here. Unless there is an agreement between him and this site (the site owner) already? And IF and only IF Gary Stern has something to say about it, then simply remove the table from the site. Simple as that, no matter what the "rules" are, if you ask me.
Loafmeister
We would all like to play it but let's not push the envelope so much and let us respect this sites rules.
Content Provider DeeGor Posted April 24, 2014 Content Provider Share Posted April 24, 2014 In the meantime. Just load up the T2 table and load up your favorite AC/DC mp3s. They're essentiall the same game.
Loafmeister
No, it's more like lethal weapon Yeah but there's nothing like hitting that bell shot eheh. On the real pin, I drive my brother in law nuts by repeating that line every time I hit that shot. . Seriously though, what makes acdc totally different for me is that incredible deep software, just feels like I am playing a totally different pin. Content Provider gtxjoe Posted April 24, 2014 Content Provider Share Posted April 24, 2014 Based on the updated Stern website, can we consider Transformers and Avengers out of production now.
Content Provider freneticamnesic Posted April 25, 2014 Content Provider Share Posted April 25, 2014 Based on the updated Stern website, can we consider Transformers and Avengers out of production now. That's my thought, it's up to Dazz though, I mentioned it previously but didn't get an answer.
Loafmeister
If it's not in production it should be ok then as per this sites rules, but that does not mean tables are near ready of course. I am surprised though I thought they were still doing some avengers premium for the Asian market (seriously)
Administrators Dazz Posted April 25, 2014 Administrators Share Posted April 25, 2014 Based on the updated Stern website, can we consider Transformers and Avengers out of production now. If they are out of production... they are viable for re-creation per our site rules. I would still rather see some of the more older games recreated before the newer ones get completed. etherealmusic478
Would be truly awesome to be able to play a 'Transformers'.re-creation It's a bad ass pin in real life!
Loafmeister
Would be nice to see a stern TDK or family guy released first but on a purely selfish level, I traded my avengers LE for a stern Star Trek, love the move so far but I am of course missing my hulk pin a bit so yeah, looking forward to seeing an avengers released lol
ArkMalmeida
Just played a Dale Jr. at a local mall today (Holyoke, MA). Had never even heard of that one before. It was actually a pretty fun machine with some interesting shots. Weird that I can't even find it on the Stern site - apparently only 600 of them were made? Anyone know the story behind this one? It's really odd that one just randomly showed up in the crappy little arcade they have there (replaced a Monopoly that was there for years). Obviously would love to see a VP recreation some day (if good enough assets even exist).
ain14
looks great! i hope to see soon this beauty in vp desktop !
karl
Dale Jr. is the same machine as Nascar (in the US) and Grand Prix (in Europe) designed by Pat Lawler
coolball
I played the old vp version of nascar so much. It's a fantastic table but a clean new version would be great.
ArkMalmeida
Dale Jr. is the same machine as Nascar (in the US) and Grand Prix (in Europe) designed by Pat Lawler Ah, OK. So they just re-branded it for the 600 machine run as Dale Jr.?
sigma415
Maybe we should ask Stern to stopp production of AC/DC tables, so that Javier15 could finally publish his work ;-)
Loafmeister
Speaking of that stern released a new update to this game.
