Hi, I got a big problem. I have a Cabinet with a high end PC, a pinscape controller and a lot of toys. A few days ago, I had a power defect and my cabinet crashed a few times. As I did not know where to find the problem, I checked my pinscape and disconnected everything. Now the pinscape is connected again. I tested all the inputs and outputs using the pinscape config tool. Everything works. But if I start a vpx or future pinball table, the left flipper and both slingshot toys do not fire (the do, if I use the pinscape config tool). The other toys fire (f. e. right flipper, shaker, gear, LEDs, flasher). I already reinstalled vpx and b2s server, but nothing changes. My DOF config is correct. Probably my hard drive suffered some damage, as my front end starts a usually but has lost the configured systems (vpx, future pinball etc.). Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.

For what ever reason my pinscape controller just stops working randomly; it's not disconeccting but just stops working ( unresponsive). when I look at the board, its just a solid green or blue light not both. I have had the same board and setup for about a year so I don't know what would have happened. If I unplug and plug back in, it's fine, then again randomly stops working. Yes, I have tried other USB ports, different usb cable, and disconeccting other USB things so only KL25Z is connected. Again, nothing changed. This just started. A table can be launched, or not and it will stop working (not disconnecting, just not responsive with a green or blue solid light). I have also gone through and made sure all USB ports in device manager were not allowing the computer to turn off USB devices to save power to no avile. If anyone has information or can help, that would be awesome! Thanks!

Hello to all of you. I got a big Problem with my cabinet. I built my cabinet 4 years ago. The shaker is an original Stern shaker. The I/O Controller is a pinscape with power board and a chimeboard. The shaker is connected to the power board. In the DOF-Config the Shaker is reduced to 15/48. During the last 4 years I had no problems with my shaker. In january this year I updated the PC and the playfield to 120Hz 4k. Now I got an Intel I9 with a RTX 4090. Now I got the problem that windows sometimes gets freezed during playing visual pinball 10.8 RC3. Everything is freezed, I can´t do anything. Ctrl + Alt + Del is not working. I have to press the power button till the computer shuts down. When rebooting there is no error message. In the beginning this happend only once a week, now it happens more often. I found out that this is related to shaker activation. I can also provoke this when activating the shaker in the Pinscape config tool. The Stern shaker has a coil diode from the beginning. Now I red once again in the pinscape built guide bei mjrnet and included to inductors. But nothing changes. If I witch the shaker off in the DOF-Config, everything works fine (but I miss my shaker). I already changed the port of the power board where the shaker is connected. After that I had no problems for one week and thought this should be the problem. But now it is the same again. Any help would be appreciated
