Dof Does Not Detect My File Cabinet

I have problems with DOF, install a SainSmart, detects sometimes and sometimes not, for example when it detects start a table entered b2s settings tab and plugin is activated in the file cabinet but nothing appears.

I have a Clone Ledwiz I thought it was that the problem but the SainSmart does the same.

 

This is the structure of my installation.

 

C:\Visual Pinball\Tables\plugin\DirectOutput

The truth is that it can not be the problem.
